The problem proposed to be treated in the following paper is the legal regime of land ownership on whichthere are going to set up forest protection curtains. Identifying the owners on whose land will be established the forestprotection curtains and obtaining their consent represents a step without you cannot achieve forest protection curtain. This step could not be performed due to the unclear situations of land properties existing in the administrative units. OnNovember2, 2011, it was published in the Official Gazette, Law 213/2011 for amending and supplementing Law no.289/2002 on forest protection curtains. This bill stipulates that the forest belt network forms the National system ofprotective forest belts, declared as a public utility

The aim of this paper was the study of the influence of ammonium nitrate applied in maize cultures simultaneously with sowing, the maize yields, as well as humidity. The research were made on the experimental field from The Research Station Jucu in 2011 and the biological material taken into study was created at SDCA Turda from hybrids that were in production and on perspective, namely: TURDA 201 - trilinear, semi early hybrid, created at SDCA Turda, group FAO 320, TURDA 200- double, early hybrid, registered in 1976, booked in The Official Catalogue in 2000 and TURDA 165 - early, trilinear hybrid belonging to the group FAO 270.The obtained results show us that the ammonium nitrate has a different influence on the maize hybrids in the moment

Alfalfa crop is considered queen of forage plants, but if we want to get a good production we need to respect all the techniques. Alfalfa is the primary forage crop in Transylvania and is a key element in the county dairy industry. Also we need to know all diseases, pets and prevention techniques. The attack of pathogens can reduce the production with over 40%. In Transylvania, on research period, the most important diseases which produce damage on alfalfa crop was: Alfalfa mosaic virus or Lucerne mosaic virus, Downy mildew of Lucerne - Peronospora aestivalis, Alfalfa powdery mildews - Erysiphe communis Grew. E. medicaginis Dietr., Alfalfa leaf spot - Pseudopeziza medicaginis Sacc., Alfalfa yellow leaf spot - Pseudopeziza josenii Nannf., f.c. Sporonema phacidioides Desm., Alfalfa phomosis - Phoma melaena Mont. et Dur.and in September, on third mow period, was observed Alfalfa rust - Uromyces striatus Schroter. To gain high productions on alfalfa cultures are recommended the following measures: introducing rotation of culture with annual plants especially cereals, choosing optimal seeding densities; to use healthy certified seed callousness sorts; destroying of spontaneous leguminous; monitories and to fight against of vector insects; to harvest (mowing) and destruction of ill plants diminishes otherwise the attack expand

Studies Regarding the Management of the Products Quality in a Unit of Public Food

    Get PDF
The management of quality represents an assembly of qualities that have as a goal the achievement of some objectives, at the level of undertaking, through the proper use of resources. The included activities refer to: planning, coordination, control, improvement and assurance of the quality (Apostu, 2009). The quality has to be looked through the eyes of the client, because adding to a product of some characteristics that are not useful or important for the client doesn’t represent an improvement of the quality, but only an unjustified raising of the costs (Juran, 1990). The studies and research made within the present paper mark out the importance of the quality of the products in a unit of public food, namely from the hotel”Dracula Castle” in Piatra Fantanele, Bistrita-Nasaud county. The obtained results shows us that in the unit taken into study the raw materials and the ingredients maintains the quality and the safety of the food, being situated in requirements and obeying the present rules. The food supply of the unit is made only by approved suppliers, the qualitative reception of the products being made on the base of the reception register

Chemical Control of Phytophthora infestans Pathogen on Potato Crop under Differentiated Fertilizing Conditions

Untill present, chemical control of Phytophthora infestans remains the most efficient and economic method. Therefore we compared three chemotherapy recipes in agro-pedo-ecoclimatic conditions within SDE Cojocna from May – September 2011, characterized by a slightly droughty precipitations regime, excepting July, slightly rainy, and by a warm and hot thermal regime compared to multiannual average, on a potato crop estabilished with planting material of Desiree cultivar, experimentally placed on three fields: an unfertilized one, a organically fertilized one and the last chemically fertilized, to test and estabilish which is the most therapeutically efficient treatment variant referred to fertilizing conditions. After comparison synthesis by Duncan test, it results that treatment recipe no.2, composed of Previcur Energy, Champ, Infinito, Antracol and Melody Compact fungicides, applied on the organically fertilized field caused the lowest attack degree (AD = 3.88%), and recipe no.3, composed of Mikal Flash, Bouille Bordelaise, Acrobat MZ, Polyram and Curzate Manox fungicides, administered on the chemically fertilized field induced the highest attack degree (AD = 8.39%). On the chemically fertilized field, the lowest attack degree (AD = 4.82%) was determined by utilization of recipe nr.1, composed of Verita, Cupritim, Consento, Bravo and Ridomil Gold Plus fungicides

The main objective of this paper is to analyze some business units with field activity in the trade andproduction business in Cluj-Napoca city, in order to observe the implementation degree of the HACCP system, namelythe ISO 9001 standard, or if they are willing to implement this standard. Conducting the necessary investigation andcollecting the necessary information took place for over 6 weeks and the research instrument that was used was thequestionnaire. Following the research undertaken it was noted that most of the studied units with field activity in foodbusiness have implemented the HACCP system and know what this system represents, its importance and benefits
