STATE ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE HANDLING CONTROL IN ROSTOV REGION

    No full text
Various trends of the state environmental regulation in the industrial waste handling sphere in Rostov Region are considered. The assessment of the regulation operating mechanisms in the industrial waste generation permits to elicit its key failing. A package plan oriented to improving the regulatory tools of the state environmental regulation in the industrial waste handling sphere is offered. The regulatory background development will promote the solution to the problems connected with the industrial wastes generation, accumulation, unauthorized disposal in Rostov Region. The efficiency of the state environmental regulation in the industrial waste generation will go up. Besides, industrial enterprises will have an economic interest in the environmental hazard reduction

REGIONAL ASPECTS OF MANAGERIAL SYSTEM OF PRODUCTION SPHERE ECOLOGIZATION AS INTEGRAL PART OF ENVIRONMENAL ECONOMICS

    No full text
Actual aspects of the system development of the production sphere state regulation are presented. The state authorities system as a development and organization basis of the public environmental protection policy has been constructed. The public regulatory system of the production sphere ecologization at the regional level has been developed. Basic lines of the production sphere ecologization are analysed

PRODUCTION SPHERE ECOLOGIZATION AND MODERN WAYS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT

    No full text
Basic aspects of the interaction between nature, man and manufacture are presented. Development issues of production sphere ecologization by means of such directions as ecologization of the wildlife management, application of the industrial waste disinfection and utilization technologies, ecological innovations adoption, etc., are considered

Efficiency improvement for assigning of cutting conditions on the basis of the thermo-EMF signal

    No full text
In the realities of modern machine-building production, control and management of processes occurring in the cutting zone are of great importance. The acquisition of control will significantly improve the stability and quality of processing, and the possibility of monitoring will help to increase the economic efficiency of production. This article presents the potential of the thermo-emf signal in a natural thermocouple “tool – workpiece” which is considered to be an information signal from the cutting zone. It also shows experimental proof of the influence between honing width on the front surface of the tool and its size

On-line diagnostics of the physical and mechanical properties of the surface at the production stage

The article deals with the issues of increasing the efficiency of the formation of the performance of the surface layer of machine parts. The results of computer modeling of thermophysical processes in the cutting zone are presented. The possibility of controlling the process of formation of the surface layer structure on the basis of the measurement of the thermal EMF, which make up the cutting forces, as well as the vibro-acoustic signal is considered

The article is devoted to the description of the experimental research method when developing a mathematical model for calculating the cutting speed based on information from the cutting zone obtained during the test run in the process of turning using steel coated tools as an example. This paper also presents the results of an experimental study which prove the effectiveness of applying the obtained mathematical dependence

Method for measuring thermo-emf of a “tool-workpiece” natural thermocouple in chip forming machining

    No full text
The article presents a new method and a device for measuring the signal of thermoelectromotive force of a "tool – workpiece” natural thermocouple in the chip forming machining during the turning process. It is proposed to use a device of stationary current-collecting connection for fixing and measuring thermo-electromotive force signal, which allows to eliminate the influence of the transient resistance for existing constructions of movable current collectors. This circumstance makes it possible to reduce the measurement error of the signal and at the same time to increase its reliability. The review and analysis of the most similar constructive solutions have been carried out and there are also experimental data values which have been obtained when comparing the proposed device and the prototype
