    The Simultaneous Development of Airworthiness Academic Education and Vocational Training

    AbstractAcademic education and vocational training are two primary ways for airworthiness professional personnel cultivation. The two ways have close relationship on function and form, and there are intersection and integration between then. In order to meet the sustained demand for airworthiness professional personnel, it is necessary to harmonize the relationship between academic education and vocational training, and make them develop simultaneously. This will be feasible through some measures, such as cooperation of multi-parties that concerned airworthiness, reasonable systematic management, and so on. Here some suggestions and considerations for the implementation and harmonize development on airworthiness education and training are proposed

    Combined 3D-QSAR and Docking Modelling Study on Indolocarbazole Series Compounds as Tie-2 Inhibitors

    Tie-2, a kind of endothelial cell tyrosine kinase receptor, is required for embryonic blood vessel development and tumor angiogenesis. Several compounds that showed potent activity toward this attractive anticancer drug target in the assay have been reported. In order to investigate the structure-activity correlation of indolocarbazole series compounds and modify them to improve their selectivity and activity, 3D-QSAR models were built using CoMFA and CoMSIA methods and molecular docking was used to check the results. Based on the common sketch align, two good QSAR models with high predictabilities (CoMFA model: q2 = 0.823, r2 = 0.979; CoMSIA model: q2 = 0.804, r2 = 0.967) were obtained and the contour maps obtained from both models were applied to identify the influence on the biological activity. Molecular docking was then used to confirm the results. Combined with the molecular docking results, the detail binding mode between the ligands and Tie-2 was elucidated, which enabled us to interpret the structure-activity relationship. These satisf actory results not only offered help to comprehend the action mechanism of indolocarbazole series compounds, but also provide new information for the design of new potent inhibitors

    Due to the particularity of the tunnel project, it is difficult to find out the exact geological conditions of the tunnel body during the survey stage. Once it encounters unfavorable geological bodies such as faults, fracture zones, and karst, it will bring great challenges to the construction and will easily cause major problems, economic losses, and casualties. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out geological forecast work in the tunnel construction process, which is of great significance for tunnel safety construction and avoiding major disaster accident losses. This lecture mainly introduces the commonly used methods of geological forecast in tunnel construction, the design principles, and contents of geological forecast and combines typical cases to show the implementation process of comprehensive geological forecast. Finally, the development direction of geological forecast theory, method, and technology is carried out. Prospects provide a useful reference for promoting the development of geological forecast of tunnels

    Randomized controlled trial to treat migraine with acupuncture: design and protocol

    <p>Abstract</p> <p>Background and motivation</p> <p>The effectiveness of using acupuncture to treat migraine is rarely and even suspectedly reported in the literature. In this article, we report the design and the protocol of a randomized controlled large-scale trial to treat migraine using acupuncture, aiming at testifying it is effective to use acupuncture to treat migraine. We demonstrate also that the effectiveness of the treatment may vary due to using acupoints of different meridians or different acupoints of one meridian.</p> <p>Methods and design</p> <p>A multi-center randomized controlled trial is currently undergoing, with three acupoints treatment groups and one non-acupoints control group. The acupuncture treatment consists of 20 sessions per patient with a observation period of 20 weeks. In total, 480 patients with Migraine are registered in this study within 8 hospitals in China from March 2008 to June 2009. These patients are randomly assigned to receive one of the following four acupoints treatment groups, i.e. 1) specific acupoints of Shaoyang meridians (120 patients), 2) non-specific acupoints of Shaoyang meridians (120 patients), 3) acupoints of other meridians (120 patients); or 4) non-acupoints control group (120 patients). The main outcome measurement in this trial is the effect comparison achieved among these four groups in terms of number of days with migraine and intensity of migraine during and after the baseline phase, i.e. the first 4 weeks before randomization and 4, 8 and 16 weeks after randomization. The intensity of headache including Headache intensity grade (0–3) and visual analogue scale (VAS) score will also be used in this study. In addition, the differences of Migraine-Specific Quality-of-Life Questionnaire (MSQ) and Transcranial Doppler Sonography (TCD) before and after randomization are also used as the secondary outcome measurement.</p> <p>Discussion</p> <p>The result of this trial (which will be available in 2009) will demonstrate the efficacy of using acupuncture to treat migraine, and verify whether the specific effect of acupoints exists and whether this specific effect of acupoints is related to meridian and a collection of meridian Qi.</p> <p>Trials registration</p> <p>Clinical Trials.gov NCT00599586</p

    Classification method of surrounding rock of plateau tunnel based on BP neural network

    Due to the unique high-altitude geological conditions of the railway in the cold region, the problem of high ground stress in the construction process is very prominent. In constructing high ground stress tunnels, accurately evaluating the surrounding rock grades is important in rock mass engineering. Based on this, based on a plateau tunnel under construction, this paper selects the classification index of the surrounding rock, which can accurately reflect the geological characteristics of high ground stress tunnel around the geological environment elements of the surrounding rock of high ground stress tunnel. Based on the rapid classification method of surrounding rock of the BP neural network, the classification method of the surrounding rock suitable for high ground stress tunnel is constructed, and the tunnel engineering data is introduced into the BP neural network classification method of surrounding rock for training and testing. It is found that the classification results of surrounding rock obtained by the classification method of surrounding rock of high ground stress tunnel are in good agreement with the actual situation, which provides an important guarantee for the accurate and rapid determination of the surrounding rock grade of high ground stress tunnel and the safe and efficient construction of the tunnel
