110 healthy apes of the different age hamadryads have been examined. The aim is to determine the phenotypical and functional special features of the peripheric blood mononucleares and cells of the lymph nodes of the apes of the hamadryds in comparative aspect in the order of the Primates (apes, man). It has been determined that the T- and B-lymphocytes of the apes express the majority of the surface antigens which recognize the monoclonal antibodies (MoAB) against the man's leucocytic antigens and that the part of MoAB possessing the agonistic activity for lymphocytes of the apes regulates their activation and differentiation processes, i.e. they recognize their functional homologues among apes. The specified crossed reactivity of the lymphocytes among apes with all the studied MoAB is very important for understanding prodesses of the standard differentiation of the lymphoid cells among Primates including man, and also for development of the immunocorrection and immunotherapy methods of different pathological man's states.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
