「全国学力・学習状況調査」により,学力を把握・分析し,指導方法の改善に活かす実践が進められている。徳島県教育委員会と鳴門教育大学は,「徳島『確かな学力』育成プロジェクト」において,平成27年度より連携協力を実施した。これにより阿南市立阿南第一中学校区,美馬市立美馬中学校区が拠点地域に指定された。拠点地域では,学力向上のための家庭学習支援において,鳴門教育大学「家庭学習支援事業」が積極的に活用された。鳴門教育大学教員,教育委員会指導主事等による継続的な助言・支援により,小学校間及び小中学校間の協力体制が構築された。また,協力体制によって,学力中間層の引き上げに取り組んでいる。他律から自律をキーワードにして,拠点地域の子どもたちのつけたい力を絞り込み,家庭学習支援策を検討してきた。具体的な児童生徒への働きかけとなるのが「生活・学習アンケート」の分析から作成された「家庭学習の友」である。「家庭学習の友」を,拠点地域に配布し,地域・保護者との連携や基本的生活習慣・学習習慣の定着を進め,一定の成果を得た。To improve teaching methods, activities to understand and analyze student’s academic ability with “National survey on academic ability and learning situation” are in progress. In this context, Tokushima prefectural board of education and Naruto University of Education have been collaborated in “Training Project on enhancement of academic ability in Tokushima” since Heisei 27 JFY. From this collaboration, school districts of Anan municipal 1st junior high school and Mima municipal Mima junior high school were designated as a target area. In the target area, “Support business in home learning” suggested by Naruto University of Education were actively utilized in student’s home learning support to enhance their academic ability. A cooperation among elementary school and junior high school has been established with continued advices and supports from faculty members of Naruto University of Education and supervisors of the board of education. Furthermore, the cooperation enhances academic ability of their middle academic ability level group. Using a keyword “From heteronomous to autonomous”, we narrowed down student’s academic ability to be enhanced and considered a plan of their home learning support. Encouragement for a specific student is “A guide of home learning” which was produced from analysis of “Questionnaire on student’s life and learning”. Distributing “A guide of home learning” in the target area promoted a cooperation with residents, parents and guardians and established a basic lifestyle and study habit for the students

鳴門教育大学は,「学び続ける教員」を支援し,地域の教育課題に対応するため,徳島県教育委員会並びに阿南市教育委員会,美馬市教育委員会と協力し,テレビ会議システムICTを利用した研修室)による教員研修を開始した。その結果,テレビ会議システムによる研修は,地理的環境や小規模校ゆえに研修参加・実施が困難な教員の研修を活性化し,教員が児童生徒と向き合う時間を確保しながら,研修の充実を図ることにもつながることが示された。さらに,校内研修や教育相談,各教科等の部会など既存の研修にテレビ会議システムを活用することにより,教科指導や生徒理解に関する専門的知見を得られたり,喫緊の教育課題についても即時的にアドバイスを受けたりすることができるなど,教員の資質向上を図る上で効果的であることが明らかになった。また,公開講座の配信によって,地域の社会教育の発展と充実に資する人材育成を図ることが可能になるなど,学校を支える地域の人材活用の推進にも資することが今後期待される。Naruto University of Education,in collaboration with Tokushima Prefectural Board of Education, Anan City Board of Education, Mima City Board of Education, has started teacher training with the Teleconference System (Training room using ICT) to support teachers who continue to learn and to cope with local education issues. As a result, training with the Teleconference System has been shown to revitalize the training of teachers who find it difficult to participate in training and implementation due to the geographical environment and small scale of schools, and it has shown that teachers can improve their training while securing the time to face the students. Furthermore, utilizing the Teleconference system for existing training, such as in-school training, educational counseling, and subject group meetings, teachers can utilize professional knowledge on subject guidance and student understanding, and can receive immediate advice on urgent issues. It has become clear that satellite training is effective for improving the abilities of teachers. Also, it is expected that it will contribute to the promotion and utilization of regional human resources supporting the school, such as being able to foster human resource that will contribute to the development and enhancement of local social education through delivery of open lectures
