Evaluation of spot urinary albumin - creatinine ratio as a screening tool in the prediction of pre-eclampsia in early pregnancy: a pilot study
Background: Pre-eclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality in India. Objective of this study was to establish whether a spot urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) measured between 18-28 weeks of gestation can predict subsequent pre-eclampsia in asymptomatic pregnant women. Methods: A prospective observational study involving 50 registered antenatal cases visiting the obstetrics outpatient department between 18-28 weeks of singleton pregnancy with nil proteinuria upon dipstick measurement were included. ACR was determined from random single midstream urine sample. Statistical analysis was performed using Chi square test and Student’s t-test.Results: Of the study group, 10 patients had high ACR value, with 8(80%) developed pre-eclampsia and 2(20%) remained normotensive. ACR had a sensitivity of 80%, specificity 97.56%, positive predictive value of 88.89%, diagnostic accuracy of the test being 94.12%.Conclusions: The spot urinary protein creatinine ratio is a reliable predictor for pre-eclampsia in pregnancy
AN ERROR PRONE DIGITAL FILTERS BY APPLYING CODING FORMULATIONS
Within this ECC-based plan, the coding from the redundant filters is dependent on simple additions that switch the XOR binary operations in traditional ECCs. However, since both inputs and outputs from the filters are sequences of figures, a far more general coding may be used. Particularly, soft errors are an essential issue, and lots of techniques happen to be suggested through the years to mitigate them. The security of parallel filters only has been lately considered. This brief studies the security of parallel filters using more general coding techniques. Particularly, a vital difference with ECCs is the fact that both filter inputs and outputs are figures. To identify and proper errors, each filter may very well be a little within an ECC, and redundant filters can be included to form parity check bits. This differs from the approach suggested within this brief, where inputs are encoded however the processing from the filters isn't modified. ECC-based plan cuts down on the protection overhead compared by using TMR. The input signals are encoded utilizing a matrix with arbitrary coefficients to create the signals that go into the four original and 2 redundant filters. To simplify the implementation, individual’s rows must have values that minimize the complexness of multiplications and the rise in the dynamic range within the redundant filters. The sensible implementation was highlighted with two situation studies which were evaluated to have an FPGA implementation and in contrast to a formerly suggested technique. That technique depends on using ECCs so that each filter is treated like a bit within the ECC. The outcomes reveal that the suggested plan outperforms the ECC technique (lower costs achieving similar fault-tolerant capacity). Therefore, the suggested technique could be helpful to apply fault tolerant parallel filters
A EVIDENCE MULTICOPY DYNAMIC DATA POSSESSION IN MULTI CLOUD COMPUTING SYSTEM

Wind Energy Conversion Systems using DFIG with Integrated Active Filter Capabilities
Doubly Fed Induction Generator for Wind Energy Conversion Systems manages the operation of doubly nourished acceptance generator with an incorporated dynamic channel capacities utilizing network side converter (GSC). The principle commitment of this work lies in the control of GSC for providing sounds notwithstanding its slip control exchange. The rotor-side converter (RSC) is utilized for accomplishing most extreme power extraction and to supply required responsive energy to DFIG. Wind vitality change framework (WECS) functions as a static compensator (STATCOM) for providing music notwithstanding when the wind turbine is in shutdown condition. Control calculations of both GSC and RSC are introduced in detail. Actualized extend DFIG-based WECS is reproduced utilizing MATLAB/Simulink . A model of the proposed DFIG based WECS is produced utilizing a fluffy logic controller. The wind vitality is the favored for all renewable vitality sources. In the underlying days, wind turbines have been utilized as settled speed twist turbines with squirrel confine acceptance generator and capacitor banks. The majority of the wind turbines are settled speed as a result of their straightforwardness and minimal effort
Genome-wide identification and expression profile analysis of nuclear factor Y family genes in Sorghum bicolor L. (Moench)
Members of the plant Heme Activator Protein (HAP) or NUCLEAR FACTOR Y (NF-Y) are trimeric
transcription factor complexes composed of the NF-YA, NF-YB and NF-YC subfamilies.
They bind to the CCAAT box in the promoter regions of the target genes and regulate gene
expressions. Plant NF-Ys were reported to be involved in adaptation to several abiotic
stresses as well as in development. In silico analysis of Sorghum bicolor genome resulted in
the identification of a total of 42 NF-Y genes, among which 8 code for the SbNF-YA, 19 for
SbNF-YB and 15 for the SbNF-YC subunits. Analysis was also performed to characterize
gene structures, chromosomal distribution, duplication status, protein subcellular localizations,
conserved motifs, ancestral protein sequences, miRNAs and phylogenetic tree construction.
Phylogenetic relationships and ortholog predictions displayed that sorghum has additional
NF-YB genes with unknown functions in comparison with Arabidopsis. Analysis of promoters
revealed that they harbour many stress-related cis-elements like ABRE and HSE, but surprisingly,
DRE and MYB elements were not detected in any of the subfamilies. SbNF-YA1, 2, and
6 were found upregulated under 200 mM salt and 200 mM mannitol stresses. While NF-YA7
appeared associated with high temperature (40ËšC) stress, NF-YA8 was triggered by both cold
(4ËšC) and high temperature stresses. Among NF-YB genes, 7, 12, 15, and 16 were induced
under multiple stress conditions such as salt, mannitol, ABA, cold and high temperatures.
Likewise, NF-YC 6, 11, 12, 14, and 15 were enhanced significantly in a tissue specific manner
under multiple abiotic stress conditions. Majority of the mannitol (drought)-inducible genes
were also induced by salt, high temperature stresses and ABA. Few of the high temperature
stress-induced genes are also induced by cold stress (NF-YA2, 4, 6, 8, NF-YB2, 7, 10, 11, 12,
14, 16, 17, NF-YC4, 6, 12, and 13) thus suggesting a cross talk among them. This work paves
the way for investigating the roles of diverse sorghum NF-Y proteins during abiotic stress
responses and provides an insight into the evolution of diverse NF-Y members
OBSERVATIONS OF SEISMO-IONOSPHERIC PERTURBATIONS USING WAVELET ANALYSIS
Electromagnetic signals generated before and during the Earthquakes lie in a broad range of frequencies from MHz to Qasi DC frequencies (Darcy Karakelian et.,al 20001). These signals reach higher altitudes and perturb the background atmosphere by dumping their energy (V.V. Hegai et.,al 20062 , Tadahiko Ogawa et.,al 20123). These electromagnetic signals cause perturbations in the ion content of the ionosphere. The study of these perturbations is important to understand their evolution mechanisms.  The ionospheric variability is measured in terms of ionospheric Total Electron content (TEC). The complex time varying and non-linear characteristics of Seismo-ionospheric perturbations are different from other disturbances ( Li-ming He et.,al, 20114). The earthquake which occurred in Indonesian region on 1st Sepember 2013 with a magnitude M>6 is considered for the present study. The time frequency analysis of narrow transition regions of these signals are analyzed using Wavelets ( Gwal A.K., et., al 2025, Michael E. Contadakis et.,al 20126) . Analysis of the non-stationary data using wavelets provides time localized alternatives and complex wavelets are useful in accurate detection and recognition of transient signals. The results show that these perturbations are observed three days before the Earthquake and are increasing in nature. The observed periodicities on the Earthquake day may represent that there is possible transfer of momentum and energy from lower atmosphere to upper atmosphere
