AKSARA BALI DALAM PENULISAN PAPAN NAMA BERBAHASA ASING; SEKILAS TINJAUAN IMPLEMENTASI PERGUB BALI NO. 80 TAHUN 2018
Pergub Bali Number 80 of 2018 concerning the Protection and Use of Balinese Language, Literacy and Literature and the Implementation of the Bali Language Month is to be like an oasis for lovers and observers of Balinese language, script and literature. With this regulation, the Balinese script in particular gained wider scope in the public sphere. Thus, Balinese script extends not only to Balinese but to international languages as Balinese itself is a world tourist destination. Government agencies, educational institutions, and the private sector have simultaneously followed the policy. A number of business entities have tried to put the Balinese script on the nameplate, but there are still many mistakes that occur. For this reason, it is necessary to have guidelines for writing foreign languages into the Balinese script. Some things that should be considered in writing a foreign language into Balinese are determining the pronunciation of the language as a starting point. “GURU SUSRUSA”; NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PADA TEKS ADI PARWA BAGIAN CERITA BHAGAWAN DOMYA
The text of Adi Parwa as the first part of the 18 parwa (Asta Dasa Parwa) is one of the parwa literature that is in great demand among observers of Old Javanese literature. How could it not be, the parwa contains various stories behind the occurrence of the Mahabhatara story (the Indian version of the term) which eventually led to a big war written on kakawin Bharathayudha. One part of Adi Parwa's story that is quite well known and is very thick with educational values is the story of Bhagawan Domya who has three students namely Sang Arunika, Sang Utamanyu, and Sang Weda. Each was given a very difficult task to test his loyalty and sincerity in studying Vedic science. There is one important note in the test which is oriented towards how a student is obliged to his teacher who is called "guru susrusa". The task given by Bhagawan Domya describes an initiative to strengthen a student's mental and spiritual pursuit of knowledge. To prove this, the loyalty of the three of them is tested in sacrifice, understanding the rights and obligations of a student, and the value of a teacher's gift. The quality of education is supported by subjects with integrity to advance the quality of educational outcomes. Educators play a role in carrying out government policies to produce students who have succeeded in becoming qualified graduates. The promotion of the quality of education should be based on character education that can be obtained from the values of local wisdom. One of the local wisdoms in Bali is to prioritize literacy as a crystallization of traditional cultural values and knowledge systems. Balinese literacy in the body of literature is important as a source of learning in order to improve the quality of education and build morality. One of the mandatory sources that is important as the basis and role model of education is the Adi Parwa text. Adi Parwa suggests the complexity of the value of life which is full of education. Research on Adi Parwa does not only focus on Pandavas and Kurawa figures but also includes minor figures who can be used as role models. Ekalawya is one of them, namely as a learner figure making teachers and students as a union in absorbing knowledge. Ekalawya is proof that the quality of education can be realized by devotion. Offering to the teacher is not merely a form of gratitude, but the teacher's recognition of the success and quality of students. Thus, the commitment of educators and the persistence of students is a big asset in improving the quality of education

Thus, the values in Balinese literature wealth are still proper to be applied in the era of education 4.0. To make it, the special innovations are needed to compile the literature for the millennial students. The effort to do is the application of Youtube Visual Media or other communication media to serve interesting learning materials.
