Salon kaupungin markkinointi sosiaalisessa mediassa

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee Salon kaupungin nykyistä viestintää ja markkinointia, sekä esittää uusia keinoja markkinoida kaupunkia sosiaalisessa mediassa. Sosiaalisen median välineiksi on valittu blogit, Facebook ja Twitter. Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuudessa käsitellään Salon kaupungin nykyistä tilannetta, vahvuuksia sekä kaupungin yleisiä toimintatehtäviä. Kuntaviestinnän kenttää käsitellään niin Salon kuin muidenkin kuntien näkökulmasta. Salon nykyisiä sosiaalisen median työkaluja arvioidaan ja esitetään uusia käyttömahdollisuuksia sekä toimintatapoja. Teoriaan pohjaten ja Salon tilanteeseen keskittyen, luodaan Salon kaupungin työntekijöille sosiaalisen median käyttöopas.This Thesis deals with the current marketing and communication of the city of Salo and represents new ways to market the city in the Social Media. As the tools in Social Media is selected blogs, Facebook and Twitter. The theoretical part deals with the current situation of Salo, its strengths, and the city's general operating tasks. Communication field of municipalities has been presented in the city of Salo as well as from the other municipalities point of view. The current social media tools of Salo have also been evaluated and presented new possibilities to use them and ways to benefit from them. Based on the theory and the current situation of Salo, there has been created a guide for the city employees about how to market in the Social Media

Variation in male genitalia of Coleophora vacciniella H.-S. (Lepidoptera, Coleophoridae)

We studied 105 genitalia of mostly Finnish male Coleophora vacciniella Herrich-Schäffer, 1861, in order to inspect the variation in certain features: the number of chitinous teeth on the dorsal side of the phallotheca, the number of spines at the distal end of it, and the number of cornuti in the vesica. All of the parameters were close to a normal distribution, which did not coincide with our original idea of splitting this species complex into two or even more species. On the contrary, we had to synonymise C. betulaenanae Klimesh, 1958, with C. vacciniella, as we could not find reasonable differences between them

Lapsen äkillisen välikorvatulehduksen hoidon ohjaus ja kotihoito-ohje vanhemmille

Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyömme tarkoituksena oli laatia vanhemmille kirjallinen kotihoito-ohje lasten äkillisen välikorvatulehduksen kotihoidosta sekä jälkitarkastuksesta Tikkurilan terveysasemalle. Lisäksi tarkoituksena oli kuvata opinnäytetyön teoreettisessa viitekehyksessä lasten äkillisen välikorvatulehduksen hoitoa ja lapsiperheen ohjaamista avovastaanotolla. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa hoitajien ohjauksen tueksi kotihoito-ohje lasten äkillisen välikorvatulehduksen kotihoidosta ja jälkitarkastuksesta. Opinnäytetyön teoreettinen viitekehys välikorvatulehduksesta ja sen hoidosta sekä viitekehyksen pohjalta laadittu kotihoito-ohje on laadittu ennen syyskuussa 2017 laadittuja uusia Käypä hoito -suosituksia. Äkillinen välikorvatulehdus on yksi lapsuusiän yleisimmistä infektioista. Suurimmillaan sen ilmaantuvuus on 0,5-2-vuotiailla lapsilla. Suomessa lapsilla diagnosoidaan arviolta 500 000 äkillistä välikorvatulehdusta vuosittain. Suurin osa niistä hoidetaan mikrobi- ja kipulääkkeillä kotona. Tämän vuoksi vanhempien riittävällä tiedolla lapsen äkillisestä välikorvatulehduksesta on suuri rooli hoidon onnistumisen näkökulmasta. Vastuu tiedon ja ohjauksen antamisesta on perhettä hoitavalla hoitohenkilökunnalla.The purpose of this functional thesis was to provide parents with home care instructions for children’s acute otitis media and post infection review guidance at Tikkurila Health Center. The theoretical framework of the thesis also discusses the treatment of children acute otitis media and family guidance on an open practice unit. The goal of this thesis was to develop home care instructions and post infection review practices for children acute otitis media which health care nurses can use while counseling parents. The theoretical framework of this thesis deals with acute otitis media and its treatment as well as the home care instructions that have been written before September 2017 when the Current Care Guidelines (Käypä hoito) were developed. Acute otitis media is one of the most common infections in childhood. At its highest, its incidence is in children aged 0.5-2 years. Approximately 500,000 acute otitis media are diagnosed in children every year in Finland. Most of them are treated with microbial- and analgesic medicine at home. Therefore, with sufficient information for the parents, the child´s acute otitis media plays a major role in the success of the treatment. The responsibility to provide information and guidance for families is borne by health care nurses

 Coleophora sirella Tabell & Mutanen, sp. n. from Finland is described as new. The species resemblesmost closely C. glitzella O. Hofmann, 1869, C. murinella Tengström, 1848 and C. juncicolella Stainton, 1851 but has diagnostic differences in its life history, external appearance, genitalmorphology as well as DNA barcode. The new species feeds on Empetrum nigrum L. Adultmale and female, their genitalia as well as larval case are illustrated, and the known distribution range is given.DNAbarcodes are provided for the new species and its closestEuropean relatives

Descriptions of five morphologically and genetically confirmed new species of the Coleophora poecilella Walsingham, 1907 species group (Lepidoptera, Coleophoridae) from the Palearctic Region

Five new Coleophora species belonging to the C. poecilella species group are described: C. mirleftensis Tabell, sp. nov. from Morocco, C. embaensis Tabell, sp. nov. and C. charynensis Tabell, sp. nov. from Kazakhstan, C. nupponeni Tabell, sp. nov. from Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, and C. tugaicola Tabell, sp. nov. from Tajikistan. The male genitalia of C. hypomona (Falkovitsh, 1979) and the female genitalia of C. trichopterella Baldizzone, 1985 are illustrated for the first time. DNA barcodes are provided for each species, with a comparison to the genetically most similar species.Peer reviewe

Suomalainen opettaja ja rehtori osana koulutusvientiä

Tiivistelmä. Suomalainen kasvatus- ja koulutustyö perustuu korkeatasoiseen työntekijöiden koulutukseen, tutkimukseen, lapsikeskeisyyteen ja tasa-arvoon. Maailmanlaajuisesti tarkasteltuna suomalaisen järjestelmän tulokset ovat tasalaatuisia ja Suomi pärjää vuodesta toiseen kärkimaiden joukossa. Suomen talouden kannalta olisi ensi arvoisen tärkeää löytää uusia tapoja myydä omaa osaamista vientiä lisäämällä. Koulutusviennissä liikkuu rahaa kymmeniä miljardeja. Samaan aikaan on muistettava eettisyys, kohdemaiden ihmisten välinen tasa-arvo ja maiden oman kulttuuriperinteen kunnioittaminen. Tutkimukseni on laadullinen tutkimus, jossa käytän fenomenografiaa analyysiprosessissa sekä metodologisena lähestymistapana kuvaamassa suomalaisten luokanopettajien ja rehtoreiden kokemusmaailmaa koulutusviennissä työskentelystä. Tarkastelen koulutusvientiä tutkimuksessani haastateltavina olleiden opettajien ja rehtoreiden ymmärtämisen ja käsitysten kautta. Tutkimuksen teoreettinen viitekehys rakentuu kahdesta osasta. Ensimmäisessä osassa tarkastelen suomalaista koulutuskenttää koulutusviennin näkökulmasta. Jatkan koulutusviennin tarkastelua Suomen koulutusviennin strategiaa ja koulutusvientiä maailmanlaajuisesti. Teoreettisen viitekehyksen toisessa osassa kohdistan huomioni suomalaiseen opettajaan ja rehtoriin. Koulutusvientiprojektissa täytyy olla selkeä perehdytys valintaprosessin alusta lähtien ja tuki koko projektin ajan niin kohdemaassa kuin kotimaassakin. Lähtevän opettajan ja rehtorin työssä onnistuminen vaatii lähtevältä oikeanlaista motivaatiota ja valmistautumista ennen kohdemaahan siirtymistä. Työn ulkopuolisen elämän järjestäminen on keskeisessä roolissa kohdemassa. Opetustyössä ja koulunjohtamisessa tarvitaan kulttuurisensitiivisyyttä. Sen merkitys korostuu siinä, mitä kauempana ollaan suomalaisesta ja länsimaisesta kulttuurista. Kollegiaalinen tuki, yhteistyö paikallisten työntekijöiden kanssa sekä oman työn kokeminen merkitykselliseksi tukevat opettajan ja rehtorin työtä projektin työvaiheen aikana. Koulutusvientiprojektin haasteeksi muodostui kohdemaan hallintoon ja päätöksentekoon liittyvä ennakoimattomuus. Se vaikutti sekä työn ulkopuoliseen elämään että varsinaiseen työntekoon. Tärkeää koulutusviennin onnistumiselle ovat työntekijät, jotka tuntevat paikallisen kulttuurin ja päätöksentekotavan. Koulutusvienti muutti opettajuutta niin, että kulttuurituntemus, opetuksen suunnittelu, opetusmenetelmät ja kyky kohdat eri kulttuurista tulevia oppilaita lisääntyivät.Education export : teacher’s and principal’s perspective. Abstract. Finnish educational work is based on a high level of employee training, research, child-centered approach and equality. Globally, the results of the Finnish system are consistent. Year after year Finland is among the top countries, without a system that is unequal for children and youth. For the Finnish economy, it would be of primary importance to find new ways to sell its expertise by increasing the export. At the same time, the ethics, equality between target countries and respect for the countries’ own cultural traditions must be kept in mind. My research is a qualitative research. I use phenomenography in the analysis process and as a methodological approach to describe the Finnish class teachers and principals’ experiences of working in education export. I examine education export through the understanding and views of the teachers and principals that I interviewed. Theoretical framework of the study consists of two parts. In the first part, I look at the Finnish education field from the perspective of education export. I continue by exploring the Finland’s education export strategy and education export worldwide. In the second part of the theoretical framework, I concentrate on the Finnish teacher and principal. Education export project must have a distinct orientation that starts from the beginning of the selection process and lasts through the entire project, both in the target country and the home country. In order to succeed in the teacher and principals’ work, the person leaving must have the right kind of motivation and preparation level before transferring to the target country. Organizing the life outside of work is a key factor in the target country. Cultural sensitivity is needed in teaching and school management. It becomes increasingly important the farther away we get from Finnish and Western culture. Collegial support, co-operation with local workers, finding work meaningful support the teacher and principal in their work during the working phase of the project. The challenge in the education export project was the unpredictability of the target country’s administration and decision-making. It had an impact on both the extra-curricular life and the actual work. Employees who are familiar with the local culture and decision-making are important to the success of the education export. Educational export changed the teachership by increasing cultural awareness, planning of the teaching, teaching methods and the ability to meet students from different cultures

Characterization of Pleurotinae, with review of Pleurota species close to P. aristella (Linnaeus) from Morocco (Lepidoptera: Gelechioidea: Oecophoridae)

Morphological traits characterizing and delimiting Pleurotinae (Oecophoridae) are provided and discussed. The evidence supports the validity of the subfamily as suggested by recent molecular studies. The Pleurota aristella (Linnaeus, 1767) species group is characterized, and six new species belonging to the group from Morocco are described: Pleurota tricolor Tabell, sp. nov., P. pellicolor Tabell, sp. nov., P. lacteella Tabell, sp. nov., P. moroccoensis Tabell, sp. nov., P. ochreopalpella Tabell, sp. nov., and P. atlasensis Tabell, sp. nov. Habitus images and label data are provided for the types of P. goundafella Zerny, 1935; P. insignella Zerny, 1935; P. ochreostrigella Baker, 1885; P. macrosella Rebel, 1900; P. staintoniella Baker, 1888; P. mauretanica Baker, 1888; and P. algeriella Baker, 1885. Elachista deriventa sp. n. (Lepidoptera, Elachistidae: Elachistinae), a new species from southern Finland

Elachista (Elachista) deriventa Kaila & Mutanen sp. n. is described on the basis of specimens collected in southern Finland. The new species inhabits shady forests and Calamagrostis arundinacea is recorded as its host plant. The species is closest to E. elegans Frey, but differs from that by details in morphology and life history. Diagnostic characters and illustrations are provided for close relatives
