Intelligent Data Processing Methods for the Atypical Values Correction of Stock Quotes

    No full text
Purpose of the study. The purpose of the study is to carry out a comparative analysis of various methods for correcting atypical values of statistical data on the stock market and to develop recommendations for their use.Materials and methods. The article analyzes Russian and foreign bibliography on the research problem. Consideration of machine learning methods for detecting and correcting outliers in time series is proposed. The mathematical basis of machine learning methods is the Z-score method, the isolation forest method, support vector method for outlier detection, and winsorization and multiple imputation methods for outlier correction. To create the models, the Jupyter Notebook software tool, which supports the Python programming language, was used. To implement machine-learning methods, data from stock quotes of the Moscow Exchange are used.Results. The results of machine learning algorithms are demonstrated for sets of real statistical data representing the closing prices of shares of three Russian companies β€œSberbank”, β€œAeroflot”, β€œGazprom” in the period from 01.12.2019 to 30.11.2020, obtained from the website of the Investment Company β€œFINAM”. A comparative analysis of methods for detecting and correcting outliers by standard deviation has been carried out. The Z-score statistical method allows you to accurately determine the distance from the suspicious observation to the distribution center, which is an advantage. The disadvantage of this method is the influence of outliers on the mean and standard deviation, which can contribute to the masking of outliers or their incorrect detection. The isolation forest method recognizes outliers of various types, and when implementing the method, there are no parameters that require selection; but the disadvantage is the slower detection rate of outliers compared to other methods. The support vector machine is a very fast method and is reduced to solving a quadratic programming problem, which always has a unique solution. The winsorization method for correcting outliers reduces the effect of outliers on the mean and variance, which is an advantage, but may introduce bias due to the selection of thresholds to separate observations in the sample. The multiple imputation method creates for each missing value not one, but many imputations, which avoids a systematic error, but at the expense of high computational costs. For the initial data used in the work, the best result was shown by the implementation of the multiple imputation algorithm based on the detected outliers by the support vector method.Conclusion. There is no universal method for detecting and/or eliminating outliers in data analysis theory. In general, the determination of outliers is subjective, and the decision is made individually for each specific dataset, considering its characteristics or existing experience in this area. The practical implementation of the methods for detecting and eliminating outliers used in this work can be a tool for calculating more accurate indicators in any area, for example, to improve forecasting the stock price. As part of further work, it is possible to consider the optimization of the parameters used in the methods of detecting and correcting outliers to study their effect on the results of the models.</jats:p

Photobioacoustic methods of complex exposure allow correcting vegetative, vascular-cardiac disorders in children with autonomic nervous system somatoform dysfunction syndrome (ANSSDS) without pharmacological load. aim. To optimize the treatment of children with somatoform vegetative dysfunction (ANSSDS), often suffering from recurrent infections, using physiotherapy methods. The aim of the study was to optimize the treatment of children with somatoform vegetativedysfunction, often suffering from recurrent infections, using physiotherapy methods. Material and methods. The study included 140 children with autonomic nervous system somatoform dysfunction syndrome (ANSSDS), often suffering from recurrent infection. For the first time, clinical complaints, functional (ECG and cardiointerval recording KIR) and vegetative indicators (Kerdo, Hildebrandt index, Biend, Baoev-Parin) before/after application of the innovative photobioacoustic complex, including: BАБ-BFB-bioacoustic effects on the head and LLLR on the projection of the cubital region and thymus were analyzed. The duration of the procedure was 30 minutes and the course of treatment was 10 procedures. Before and after the procedures, vegetative indices and indicators of myocardial bioelectrogenesis were examined, comparing them with the norm in healthy children. results. 35% of children were diagnosed with parasympathicotonia (sympathetic imbalance -SI); 54.1% - sympathetic (SA) and 10.9% - mixed (etonia - E) type of vegetative dystonia. There were reveled gender-age differences in subjective complaints of children with ANSSDS, whose index vegetative indicators were correlated with the type of vegetative support. Children with SA were 2.5 times more likely to be diagnosed with cardiac syndrome and elevated blood pressure; in children with SI - 3.5 times more often detected: gastric, astheenoeurotic syndrome and allergic diseases; in children with E: asthenonevrotic, neurosis-like disorders and sleep disturbances that were differentiated after the use of photobioacoustic complex. Complaints and vegetative indices in children with SI and E were corrected more significantly than in SA. Conclusion. Evaluation of vegetative indicators in children 7-12 years with ANSSDS, often suffering from recurrent infection, allows to personify treatment programs and reduce the level of acute recurrent morbidity by 2.5 times. © 2021 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control. The article attempts to study the effectiveness of industrial policy in certain regions of the Russian Federation. The study is based on an analysis of the level of industrial development and its relationship with the socio-economic situation in certain regions of the Russian Federation. As the study of scientific literature shows, the modernization of industry can lay significant foundations for the sustainable development of the territory. However, the extent of this influence varies significantly depending on the country, industry, and other factors. In this regard, it is interesting to study the experience of industrial development in separate different Russian regions, its comparison and identification of the most successful practice of industrial development, and its inclusion in the general socio-economic development of the territory. The research is based on such methods as the mathematical method for calculating standardized indicators, the method of ranking and comparative analysis of data, and the classification method. The results of studying the level of industrial development and its impact on the socio-economic state of the regions of the Russian Federation made it possible to conclude the relatively low efficiency of the regional industrial policy. The analysis showed that the industry in the regions of the Russian Federation is developing extremely slowly, unevenly, and chaotically. It was concluded that there is a need for significant development of industrial production in the futur

Β© JPES. Objective Background Periodic weight loss is often necessary for judo athletes. The health of bones during weight loss in judokas has not been previously investigated. Weassessed a new method of rebalancing diet, which is basedon the circadian rhythm of various hormones. In addition, the psychophysiological functions of 12 male athletes (28 years old) were examined. The athletes engaged in judo training at a professional level and regularly (3_4 times a year) practiced fast weight reduction. Materials and Methods Weassessed 12 elite judoist men. They followed the LE PANSE method for 10 months. This method is based on hormonal peaks as well as individualized personalized training and medical attention to the subject. Lean mass(LM), fat mass (FM), lumbarspine (LS), total hip (TH), and whole body (WB) were measured using DEXA. Electroencephalography and the Spielberg methods of self-evaluation of anxiety were used. Results The LE PANSE method significantly increases bone density at all sites studied (-2.7 % whole body; 8.7% total hip, and 3.7% lumbar spine (p<0.05),decreases fat mass (-37.7%) (p<0.05) and preserves muscle mass. Studies conducted after psychophysical correction showed a decrease in functional tension in athletes. Conclusions Our data suggest that the LE PANSE method decreases fat mass, preserves muscle mass, and increase BMD at all sites measured without alteration in performance during national and international championships. The correction of the psychophysical state of athletes practicing weight loss, using the method of balanced nutrition Le Pans, will help to maintain the optimal functional state of the body and improve athletic performance
