NMR structure of the channel-former zervamicin IIB in isotropic solvents
AbstractSpatial structure of the membrane channel-forming hexadecapeptide, zervamicin IIB, was studied by NMR spectroscopy in mixed solvents of different polarity ranging from CDCl3/CD3OH (9:1, v/v) to CD3OH/H2O (1:1, v/v). The results show that in all solvents used the peptide has a very similar structure that is a bent amphiphilic helix with a mean backbone root mean square deviation (rmsd) value of ca. 0.3 Γ
. Side chains of Trp1, Ile2, Gln3, Ile5 and Thr6 are mobile. The results are discussed in relation to the validity of the obtained structure to serve as a building block of zervamicin IIB ion channels

The article describes the main decision support systems that provide the ability to manage enterprise resources. It reveals their advantages and disadvantages. It is shown that in modern conditions of digital transformation of enterprises and the necessity to increase the share of civil products up to 50% by 2025 in Russian high-tech enterprises, it is extremely important to introduce decision support systems. However, taking into account a closed nature of many such enterprises, as well as a number of shortcomings of systems, the article proposes a proprietary approach to building decision support systems that allows to manage a product life cycle while implementing innovative projects and gives an opportunity to assess its competitiveness and align its marketing strategy taking into account external factors, including risks.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΠΎΡ

Digital Transformation Management of the Organization as a Key to Its Sustainable Development
In the current context of increased competition in global markets, companies are forced to search for new ways and mechanisms to ensure sustainable development. Companiesβ digital transformation can become one of such effective mechanisms. The purpose of the study is to examine the influence of companyβs digital transformation on achieving the goals of sustainable development. To this end, we analyze annual reports and research on the issues of digital transformation, economic and sustainable development of the leading companies in the global electronic industry, namely: Samsung, Intel, and NVIDIA. For a better understanding of the correlation among the key components of the research subject, we apply the methods of schematization and classification of objects. The study shows four types of digital transformation management strategies depending on the level of the organizationβs digital maturity and the goals of its sustainable development. We conclude that sustainable development (including economic, social and environmental ones) in the long term in the current environment of complicated global economic and internal economic relations can be achieved, first of all, through the comprehensive digital transformation of the organization. In other words, digitally matured companies can achieve sustainability, and, therefore, competitiveness. Β© 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG
Competitiveness of the enterprises of the eurasian economic union: Assessment methodology
A generalizing approach to comparing the competitiveness of enterprises operating in a particular segment of the world market is proposed. The approach is based on the allocation of a group of basic competitiveness indicators, determination of their current and expected values at a certain point in the future, formation of the set of Pareto points (in the set of allocated enterprises) and determination of leaders in this Pareto set based on the values of generalizing criteria (formulated expertly-analytically). Scientific and Educational Cooperation in the Framework of the EAEU: Problems and Prospects
The Eurasian Economic Union is a major integration project nowadays, but various problems arise in its implementation course, including in the economic field and the humanitarian cooperation sphere, which determines the relevance of the research. The paper focuses on identifying these problems and finding promising directions for the long-term development of the EAEU. The problems of the EAEU that hinder its effective development are analyzed with the use of classical scientific knowledge methods (analysis, deduction, and induction). The scientific novelty of the research is in the development of the authorβs proposals for creating conditions for sustainable science and education interaction. It is the one that can provide a solution to the key task of the EAEU, its innovative production and competitiveness modernization on the world market. Β© Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020
