Critical success factors in ERP implementation: A review
ERP systems have become vital strategic tools in todayâs competitive business environment. This ongoing research study presents a review of recent research work in ERP systems. It attempts to identify the main benefits of ERP systems, the drawbacks and the critical success factors for implementation discussed in the relevant literature. The findings revealed that despite some organizations have faced challenges undertaking ERP implementations, many others have enjoyed the benefits that the systems have brought to the organizations. ERP system facilitates the smooth flow of common functional information and practices across the entire organization. In addition, it improves the performance of the supply chain and reduces the cycle times. However, without top management support, having appropriate business plan and vision, re-engineering business process, effective project management, user involvement and education and training, organizations can not embrace the full benefits of such complex system and the risk of failure might be at high level

Developing a conceptual model for the internal data source to measure customer satisfaction
Traditional CSM approach is performed at certain frequencies. The gap between such events can be termed as a âblind periodâ, because customer satisfaction is left unobserved and unmanaged. The blind period may sometimes accelerate the growth of customer dissatisfaction. One way to eliminate the impact of the blind period is to reduce the gap between CSM events. The initial assessment indicates that conducting CSM more frequently, may weaken the accuracy of measurement, and increase the cost of the programme. The authors believe that the reason behind these limitations is the use of the external data source, collecting data directly from customer, therefore suggests using the internal data source, as an alternative to measure customer satisfaction. The purpose of this paper is to develop a conceptual model for the internal data source to measure customer satisfaction. To achieve this objective, a conceptual model need to be developed based on three determined steps: define the formation of customer satisfaction value, identify the CSM factors and dimensions, and mirror the CSM instruments to identify the internal performance values. The paper indicates that internal data source could provide researchers with an alternative data source to measure customer satisfaction with minimum limitations on frequency of implementation, accuracy and cost

The driving factors of continuance online shopping: Gender differences in behaviour among students in Saudi Arabia
This study proposes a revised technology acceptance model that integrates expectation confirmation theory to measure student gender differences with regard to continuance online shopping intentions in Saudi Arabia. The 234-respondent sample consists of 61.5% women and 38.5% men. A structural equation model confirms model fit.
Perceived usefulness, enjoyment, and subjective norms are determinants of online shopping continuance in Saudi Arabia. Both male and female groups are equivalent. The structural weights are also largely equivalent, but the regression paths from subjective norms to enjoyment and subjective norms to continuance intention (in the men sample) and perceived usefulness to continuous intention (in the women sample) are not supported.
The model was operationally generalized across the whole of Saudi Arabia. This research moves beyond online shopping intentions and includes factors affecting online shopping continuance. The research model explains 71% of the intention to continue shopping online.
This research suggests that online strategies cannot ignore either the direct or indirect gender differences on continuance intentions in Saudi Arabia. The model can be generalized across Saudi Arabia
Driving online shopping: Spending and behavioral differences among women in Saudi Arabia
This study proposes a revised technology acceptance model that integrates expectation confirmation theory to measure gender differences with regard to continuance online shopping intentions in Saudi Arabia. The sample consists of 650 female respondents. A structural equation model confirms model fit. Perceived enjoyment, usefulness, and subjective norms are determinants of online shopping continuance in Saudi Arabia. High and low online spenders among women in Saudi Arabia are equivalent. The structural weights are also largely equivalent, but the regression paths from perceived site quality to perceived usefulness is not invariant between high and low e-shoppers in Saudi Arabia. This research moves beyond online shopping intentions and includes factors affecting online shopping continuance. The research model explains 60% of the female respondentsâ intention to continue shopping online. Online strategies cannot ignore either the direct and indirect spending differences on continuance intentions, and the model can be generalized across Saudi Arabia

The objective of this study is to clarify the theoretical problem and identify factors that could explain the level of continuance intention of e-shopping in context of Saudi Arabia. The sample (n=465) consists of 68.8% women and 31.4% men, 348 younger than 35 years old and 117 older than 35. A structural equation model confirms model fit. The research findings confirm that Perceived usefulness, enjoyment, and subjective norms are determinants of online shopping continuance in Saudi Arabia. The structural weights are mostly equivalent between the young and old groups, but the regression path from subjective norms to perceived usefulness is not invariant, with that relationship being stronger for the younger respondents.
