Testing of micronized praziquantel and albendazole dosage forms against bothriocephalosis of cyprinids
The purpose of the research is to develop and test new dosage forms against bothriocephalosis of cyprinids.Materials and methods. The study was performed in the experimental therapy laboratory of the VNIIP – FSC VIEV, and on a cage fish farm of Cherepetsky Rybkhoz JSC (Suvorov, Tula Region). A formulation was developed for two micronized dosage forms of albendazole and praziquantel to prevent and treat cestodosis in fish, namely, micronized albendazole and micronized praziquantel. For experiments to test micronized dosage forms of the drugs against bothriocephalosis of cyprinids, medicated feeds were developed using a special technology with added hot water and beet molasses. Each medicated feed contained 2% of the praziquantel- and albendazole-based dosage form. To determine the infection of the fish with cestodes, carp yearlings were studied at Cherepetsky Rybkhoz JSC. Clinical examination and pathoanatomical dissection of the fish were conducted selectively using a common method, after which the prevalence and intensity of the Bothriocephalus sp. infection were determined in fish. The medicated feed was given at the rate of 5% of fish weight in the trays, and put into the feeders installed at the bottom of the trays. The first group of fish received the medicated food with micronized albendazole, and the second, with micronized praziquantel. The doses were 25 and 30 mg/kg for the active substance, respectively. The effectiveness of experimental batches of the medicated feeds with praziquantel and albendazole dosage forms was recorded by results of the helminthological dissection of all experimental and control fish on day 4 of the therapeutic feeding. Results and discussion. Preliminary tests of the micronized albendazole and praziquantel dosage forms in the medicated feeds showed a 58.3% extense-effectiveness with a 61.9% intense-effectiveness, and a 75.0% extense-effectiveness with a 88.1% intense-effectiveness when applied once at a dose of 5% of fish weight (doses of 25 and 30 mg/kg for the AS, respectively)
On the Implementation of the Program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation»
The digitalization of Russia is the task of the whole society, it is a matter of the national security of our country. Patriotism, information openness, creative thinking of Russians, widespread distribution of non-cash payments - this is the basis on which Russia will be able not only to catch up with world leaders, but also to take the lead in certain segments. On the basis of our study, we proposed a model for the interaction of subjects in the digital economy of Russia. The presented model reflects five levels of interaction of subjects: mego-, macro-, meso-, micro- and household level. The macro-level is represented by the main regulatory organizations that form the overall strategy of the country's economic development and the digital economy in particular. Meso-level has regional organizations that coordinate and direct the actions of economic entities in the Russian digital economy market. The micro-level covers the activities of Internet entrepreneurs and private investors, the level of households is represented by individuals and families as consumers of goods and services

GR 290 (Romano's Star): 2. Light history and evolutionary state
We have built the historical light curve of the luminous variable GR 290 back
to 1901, from old observations of the star found in several archival plates of
M 33. These old recordings together with published and new data show that for
at least half a century the star was in a low luminosity state, with B ~18.
After 1960, five large variability cycles of visual luminosity were recorded.
The amplitude of the oscillations was seen increasing towards the 1992-1994
maximum, then decreasing during the last maxima. The recent light curve
indicates that the photometric variations have been quite similar in all the
bands, and that the B-V color index has been constant within +/-0.1 m despite
the 1.5m change of the visual luminosity. The spectrum of GR 290 at the large
maximum of 1992-94, was equivalent to late-B type, while, during 2002-2014, it
has varied between WN10h-11h near the visual maxima to WN8h-9h at the
luminosity minima. We have detected, during this same period, a clear
anti-correlation between the visual luminosity, the strength of the HeII 4686 A
emission line, the strength of the 4600-4700 A lines blend and the spectral
type. From a model analysis of the spectra collected during the whole 2002-2014
period we find that the Rosseland radius R_{2/3}, changed between the minimum
and maximum luminosity phases by a factor of 3, while T_eff varied between
about 33,000 K and 23,000 K. The bolometric luminosity of the star was not
constant, but increased by a factor of ~1.5 between minimum and maximum
luminosity, in phase with the apparent luminosity variations. In the light of
current evolutionary models of very massive stars, we find that GR 290 has
evolved from a ~60 M_Sun progenitor star and should have an age of about 4
million years. We argue that it has left the LBV stage and is moving to a
Wolf-Rayet stage of late nitrogen spectral type.Comment: Accepted on The Astronomical Journal, 10 figures. Replaced because

Influence of polymer modification of complex fertilizer on the efficiency of phosphorus and potassium use by winter wheat on the southern chernozem
In modern conditions of unprecedented challenges, an alternative to the technological degradation of fertilizer application systems can be the development of original forms of long-acting fertilizers. Despite significant progress in the adaptation of progressive systems of agrochemical impacts, the use of traditional forms of mineral fertilizers does not allow using the full potential of the introduced nutrients, since the processes of incomplete denitrification, immobilization and leaching (leaching) of the main macronutrients (NPK), along with the action of urease, lead to unproductive loss of nutrients in the soil. In addition to economic losses, there are negative environmental consequences – eutrophication of water bodies, emission of greenhouse gases. The studies were carried out in 2022 under production conditions in the Kursk district of the Stavropol Territory on the farm of “StavAgroCom” on southern carbonate chernozem. As a modifier of mineral fertilizers, one of the most common synthetic polymers, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), was used. The polymer consumption rate was 3, 5 and 7 kg per 1 ton of fertilizer. Yield growth was positively correlated with the dose of polymer in the fertilizer. The analysis of soil properties was carried out by the method of principal components. The resulting clustering in the coordinates of the first two components (in total they explain 65% of the data variation) shows significant differences in soil properties under different experimental options. To assess the efficiency of the use of nutrients depending on the dose of the polymer, a differential indicator was proposed – the additional efficiency of the use of nutrients (E). It was estimated from the increase in yield relative to the zero dose of the polymer per unit reduction in the concentration of this element in the soil according to the proposed formula. It is shown that the polymer use in fertilizer gives a statistically significant increase in the efficiency of phosphorus and potassium use by winter wheat
