In order to maintain biodiversity on intensively exploited agricultural land, the monitoring of harmful and useful species is extremely important, as it provides information on the quality of the land and, why not, can provide predictions on the stability of agroecosystems. The observations regarding the structure of the arthropod entomofauna were made between April and July in the year 2021 in a corn crop in the town of Ghigoiesti. The research carried out aimed to determine the structure and composition of the entomofauna, its abundance and diversity as well as their behavior in the maize crops in the station under observation, and the research was based on the use of Barber-type soil traps, a total of 6, placed in 3 in a row, which have as fixing solution a salt solution (NaCl) with a concentration of 20% for each of the three variants studied. The collected material is represented by species belonging to the arthropod fauna that systematically fall into the following orders: Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, Orthoptera, Diptera, Arachnida s.a

Within this station, three experimental variants were initiated that targeted the preceding culture. Therefore, the variants studied were: V1 maize in monoculture; V2 corn after sunflower; V3 corn after wheat. Barber-type soil traps were used to collect biological material, they worked continuously from April to July 2021, where a number of 5 collections were made for each variant. Barber traps consist of plastic containers of approx. 10-12 centimeters high and about 8-10 centimeters in diameter in which I used a salt solution (NaCl) with a concentration of about 20% as fixing liquid. Six traps were used for each experimental variant. Samples were collected at 12-15 day intervals when we changed the fixative – saline solution, replenished or, if necessary, replaced. The collected species were cleaned of all plant remains, other impurities, and then the coleoptera species were selected separately, and with the help of determinants they were identified. The structure, dynamics and abundance of coleopteran species were then determined according to each experimental variant, and the most frequently collected were: Tanymecus dilaticollis, Epicometis hirta, Coccinela 7- punctata, Harpalus calceatus, Harpalus distinguendus Formіcomus pedestrіs, Phyllotreta vittula, Opatrum sabulosum and Pentodonidiota

For the study of the arthropods species of apple orchards and observations were made of the collected material by the soil traps type Barber. The traps placed in plantation were six in number, it’s situated on two row, by three per line. The traps were put in a formaldehyde solution with a concentration of 3-4%. The gathering of the material was made on the following dates: 15.05; 30.05; 30.06 and 15.07. The most common taxons collected were: Coleoptera, Heteroptera, Diptera, Hymenoptera, Dermaptera, Arahnida, Miriapoda, Lepidoptera, Homoptera

The material was collected in the corn crop belonging to the Ghiorghesti stationary, Neamt. In this periode, constant harvest was carried out between May and August 2018, by taking over biological material represented by roots and maize stalks that have been brought into the laboratory for examination and processing the data obtained. From the collected biological material, the Diabrotica virgifera virgifera specimens that have been determined and centralized have been retained.  The material was harvested on the three variants represented by untreated seed maize (V1), maize crop to which was applied the granulated soil treatment (V2) and maize crop to which was applied the seed treatment (V3). During the period of observation, were collected a number of 1951 specimens of larvae of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera. Following the centralization at variant 1 we totaled 963 specimens, at variant 2 we totaled 476secimens and at variant 3 we totaled 512 specimens

The purpose of this research is that to identify the useful entomofauna of Coccinellidae (Coleoptera-Coccinellidae) within the maize crop that has been taken into this study. The researches were carried out within Adamachi station which belongs to University of Appled Sciences of Iasi, Romania. The biological material was sampled by the mean of Barber soil traps from June 3rd of 2017 until July 9th. In total, 7 samples were made. Five traps were placed in a row. In order to prevent the maceration of insects, a conservative liquid was used: water+washing powder in a proportion of 16%. After finishing the experiments within the field, the insects were brought into the Laboratory of Entomology, in order to be counted and identified. From the Coccinellidae family, the most dominant species were:  Coccinella septempunctata (63 samples); Adalia bipunctata (28 samples) and Propylaea quatordecimpunctata (25 samples)

In the current context, of banning neonicotinoids triatments, tillage systems and crop rotation are vrey important rings in controlling larval attack. The samples was collected in the corn crop from Ghigoiesti stationary, Neamt County. .The period of observation, harvest samples was carried out between May and August 2020, by taking over biological material represented by corn roots, that have been brought into the laboratory for examination and processing the data obtained. From the collected biological material, the Diabrotica virgifera virgifera specimens that have been determined and centralized have been retained.  The material was harvested on the three variants represented by no tillage (V1), minimum tillage  (V2) and conventional tillage (V3). All three varians are planting in soil tratament with Force G 1.5.Folloing the collection of samples and after analises, during the period of observation, were had colected a number of 1239 specimens of larvae of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera. And  after centralization at variant 1 we totaled 457 specimens, at variant 2 we totaled 418 secimens and at variant 3 we totaled 364 specimens

The purpose of this research is that to identify the useful entomofauna of Coccinellidae (Coleoptera-Coccinellidae) within the maize crop that has been taken into this study. The researches were carried out within Ezareni station which belongs to University of Appled Sciences of Iasi, Romania. The biological material was sampled by the mean of entomological net from May 12th to June 19h of 2018. In total, 7 samples were made. In order to collect insects, 10 plants were hiten for one minute each one. After finishing the experiments within the field, the insects were brought into the Laboratory of Entomology, in order to be counted and identified. From the Coccinellidae family, the most dominant species were:  Coccinella septempunctata (32 samples) and Adalia bipunctata (27 samples) and Harmonia axyridis (16 samples)

Observations were made at the SC Loturi Service SRL Delesti, Vaslui in a fruit tree apple orchards where a vegetal carpet is made especially of garlands between the rows of trees. In the plantation it was chosen to maintain the interval between rows as a black the field and as an overworked interval that could influence the local ecosystem conditions, with multiple effects on the quantity and quality of the fruit and finally on the profitability of the apple culture. To collect the biological material, were used six Barber soil traps which were arranged on a single row of trees at a distance of 10 m between them. The traps worked for 5 days in each of the three months: April, May, June. In April between 25 and 30, in May between 5 and 10 and in June between 10 and 15. At each collection, the trap material was cleansed by plant debris, and the entomofauna collected was brought to the lab and then the useful and harmful species were identified
