Factors Influencing Continuance Intention of Complaint Service: A Case Study of QLUE
The quality of information systems is the key to user satisfaction with an information system application. As a theoretical basis, this study uses the Information System Success Model to discuss the influence of the quality of information systems on the continued use of Information Systems applications. Qlue is used as a case study as one of the complaint service applications. This study uses a questionnaire with 299 data collected using Google Forms which are distributed through various social media. Then to test the hypothesis, we processed the data by Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS application. This study explains that the factors that influence the intention to continue using Qlue are satisfaction with system quality and information quality, including aesthetic design, immediacy, and customization
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi E-Sertifikat Berbasis Web pada DPK Apindo Kota Cirebon
DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon is an association consisting of Entrepreneurs and or Companies domiciled in Cirebon City. Every member registered with DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon has a certificate as proof that the company has become a member. However, the creation of this membership certificate is still manual so that in the creation of the certificate takes a long time and is inefficient, for that the author tries to make the final task regarding the e-certificate application of membership in DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon. In solving this problem, the author designing the application uses prototype development methods. E-certificate membership application was created based on the website in DPK APINDO Kota Cirebon by using the PHP programming language with mysql as a database and And FPDF is a PHP library that serves as converting PHP syntax into PDF
Study on Handing Process and Quality Degradation of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB)
The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship between quality of oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and handling processes. The study employs exploratory and descriptive design, with quantitative approach and purposive sampling using self-administrated questionnaires, were obtained from 30 smallholder respondents from the Southern Region, Peninsular Malaysia. The study reveals that there was a convincing relationship between quality of oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and handling processes. The main handling process factors influencing quality of oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB) were harvesting activity and handling at the plantation area. As a result, it can be deduced that the handling process factors variable explains 82.80% of the variance that reflects the quality of oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB). The overall findings reveal that the handling process factors do play a significant role in the quality of oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB)
