    Biodegradable nanoparticulated carriers have important potential applications for administration of therapeutic proteins and peptides. Chitosan based nanoparticles have attracted attention due to their biological properties such as biodegrability and biocompatibility. However, chitosan nanoparticles are not stable in colloid form.
