    The investigation objects are the orthophosphoric and 1-amino-3-(N-glycine)propyledene-1,1-diphosphonic acids. The aim is to investigate the influence of temperature, nature and concentration of background electrolyte on the thermodynamic characterictics in the dissociation of 1-amino-3-(N-glycine) propyledene-1,1-diphosphonic acids in the aqueous solutions, to consider and analyze the obtained data, to reveal the general regularities and special features of the chelate behaviour in the aqueous solution. The step dissociation constants of 1-amino-3-(N-glycine) propyledene-1,1-diphosphonic acid at 298 K have been determined firstly. The thermal effects of chelate dissociation processed at some temperature values and ionic force have been obtained firstly. The total thermodynamical dissociation characteristics on the new compound in aqueous solution has been represented. The obtaibed results permit to determine the totality of passing processed in the investigated systems and are used as a reference material in the calculations; they are applicable for development of the medicinal and diagnostic agents.
