A COMPARISON OF COSTUMERS BEHAVIOR BEFORE AND AFTER INTEREST RATES DEPRECIATION
The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the behavior of customers in bank saving activity before and
after interest rate depreciation. Data were collected using questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed in closed form and
distributed to customers with convenience sampling method. The data collected then analyzed using a multi-level structural
equation models. The results showed that there’s difference in customer perception towards bank saving account as an
investment mode before and after bank regulation. As well it is also found that there’s difference in customer perception
towards bank interest rate before and after bank regulation. It is also found the different between before and after bank
regulation on customer trust toward bank saving account
SISTEM E-LEARNING UNTUK APLIKASI ON LINE DAN OFFLINE PADA BANK MANDIRI
Adanya Sistem e-learning yang memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dalam penyampaian materi kursus membuat jarak, tempat, dan waktu tidak dibatasi. Sistem e-learning pada Bank Mandiri merupakan sistem yang dirancang agar dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pembelajaran dengan dua cara yaitu secara online melalui akses Internet ataupun intranet dan secara offline. Pada penulisan ini dibahas mengenai Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Elearning untuk aplikasi online dan offline pada Bank Mandiri. Sistem desain aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS) digunakan untuk pengaksesan e-learning secara online, sistem desain aplikasi Offline Player yang digunakan untuk pengaksesan e-learning secara offline serta Implementasi sistem pada program berupa tampilan output program pad a aplikasi offline player dan aplikasi Learning Management Sistem (LMS)
