Pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial Guru terhadap Intensitas Hubungan Sosial Guru
This research was aimed at explaining the influence of teachers competence to the intensity of teachers social relation in SMA Negeri 1 Bangunrejo, Central Lampung in 2014/2015 academic year. This reserch used descriptive quantitative method. The result of this research showed that: (1) the influence of teachers social competence (x) dominate to the visible catagory with percentage 75%, (2) the intensity of social relation (y) dominate to the good category with the percentage 66%, (3) the result of this research showed that there was a strong relationship between the influence of social competence to the teachers social relation. It means that the more visible teachers social competence, it might be the higher teachers social relation intensity.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Kompetensi Sosial Guru Terhadap Intensitas Hubungan Sosial Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Bangunrejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru (X) dominan pada kategori nampak dengan persentase 75%, (2) intensitas hubungan sosial (Y) dominan pada kategori baik dengan persentase 66%, (3) hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang erat dan kategori keeratan kuat antara pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap intensitas hubungan sosial guru, artinya semakin nampaknya kompetensi sosial guru memungkinkan semakin meningkatkan intensitas hubungan sosial guru

The purpose of this research is to examine farmers income in Bandar Sari Years 2016. This research using descriptive method. The results showed: (1) Land area average 2,04 Ha. (2) Main income per month average Rp 8.783.333 (3) Addition income average Rp 1.695.238 (4) Net income average Rp 9.772.222 (5) Total expenditure average Rp 4.538.750 (6) The income balance average Rp 5.209.583. From income analysis there are 33 farmers able to continue their children education, but do not invest their income to education due to their income invested: (a) buying rubber plantation (b) saved (c) purchasing land (d) buying jewelry (e) adding venture capital.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani karet di Desa Bandar Sari Tahun 2016. Metode penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) luas lahan rata-rata 2,04 Ha (2) pendapatan pokok rata-rata per bulan Rp 8.783.333 (3) pendapatan tambahan rata-rata Rp 1.695.238 (4) pendapatan total rata-rata Rp 9.772.222 (5) total pengeluaran rata-rata Rp 4.538.750 (6) saldo pendapatan rata-rata Rp 5.209.583. Pengembangan Modul Termokimia Berbasis Problem Solving Untuk Siswa Sma/ma Kelas XI Semester 1 Kurikulum 2013
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui (1) hasil setiap tahapan pengembangan modul termokimia berbasis problem solving untuk siswa SMA kelas XI semester 1 Kurikulum 2013 (2) kelayakan modul termokimia berbasis problem solving yang dikembangkan berdasarkan validasi ahli, penilaian praktisi dan respon siswa (3) keefektifan modul termokimia berbasis problem solving yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa SMA kelas XI semester 1 Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian menggunakan prosedur pengembangan Borg & Gall yang telah disederhanakan menjadi sembilan tahapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hasil dari setiap tahapan pengembangan dimulai dari studi pendahuluan diperoleh informasi untuk dikembangkan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan karakter siswa dan kebutuhan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013 sehingga dikembangkan modul termokimia berbasis problem solving (2) modul termokimia berbasis problem solving yang telah dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran siswa SMA kelas XI semester 1 Kurikulum 2013 berdasarkan validasi ahli, penilaian praktisi dan respon siswa dengan persentase sebesar 83,87% (3) modul termokimia berbasis problem solving efektif meningkatkan prestasi belajar pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan siswa

Public service is the responsibility of the government and implemented by government agencies, be it in the central, local, and the environment of the State Owned Enterprises. One form of public service implemented by the government is fulfilling the needs of public health. Public Health Centre is one of the public organizations that provide health services to the people in the sub-district area. The existence of Public Health Centre because it is became the spearhead of the health services provided by local governments. This study aimed to describe the quality of services provided by 01 Public Health Centre Weleri to know what are the dimensions that hamper and support the service quality in 01 Weleri Public Health Centre. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive which look at the quality of service through the five dimensions of service that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that the dimensions that support the services at the 01 Public Health Centre Weleri are responsiveness and assurance while the dimensions that hamper are tangible, reliability, and empathy. This is proved by the results of interviews and field observations of researcher who showed that patients of 01 Public Health Centre 2 Weleri satisfied with the responsiveness and assurance given but patients are assessing tangible, reliability, and empathy given are still not good
Software for the frontiers of quantum chemistry : An overview of developments in the Q-Chem 5 package
This article summarizes technical advances contained in the fifth major release of the Q-Chem quantum chemistry program package, covering developments since 2015. A comprehensive library of exchange–correlation functionals, along with a suite of correlated many-body methods, continues to be a hallmark of the Q-Chem software. The many-body methods include novel variants of both coupled-cluster and configuration-interaction approaches along with methods based on the algebraic diagrammatic construction and variational reduced density-matrix methods. Methods highlighted in Q-Chem 5 include a suite of tools for modeling core-level spectroscopy, methods for describing metastable resonances, methods for computing vibronic spectra, the nuclear–electronic orbital method, and several different energy decomposition analysis techniques. High-performance capabilities including multithreaded parallelism and support for calculations on graphics processing units are described. Tingkat Kepuasan Lulusan Terhadap Penyelenggaraan Dan Mutu Layanan, Serta Persepsi Pemangku Kepentingan Terhadap Kinerja Lulusan Program Studi Biologi Fmipa-ut
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kepuasan lulusan terhadap penyelenggaraan dan mutu layanan, serta persepsi pemangku kepentingan terhadap kinerja lulusan PS S-1 Biologi FMIPA-UT. Penelitian dilakukan pada 8 (delapan) kota UPBJJ-UT yang memiliki lulusan dan teman sejawat dari program studi Biologi. Sampel lulusan yaitu seluruh lulusan Biologi 3 tahun kebelakang pada tahun 2010 hingga 2013 sejumlah 24 lulusan. Jumlah sampel dari lulusan, atasan lulusan, dan teman sejawat adalah sebanyak 71 responden. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pengisian kuesioner atau angket dan diperdalam dengan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyelenggaraan program dan mutu layanan program studi umumnya sudah baik atau memuaskan bagi para lulusan. Namun demikian masih ada hal yang perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu adanya penambahan mata kuliah yang di-TTM-kan di setiap UPBJJ. Selain itu menurut persepsi pengguna lulusan, sikap dan kemampuan dan kinerja lulusan sudah baik, serta bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi lain
Improving Reading Comprehension by using Experience Text Relationship (ETR)
Comprehension is the main goal of reading. Reading comprehension is an attempt to understand, evaluate, and also recognize the author’s ideas in reading text. A reader needs comprehension to catch the content of message or information from the text. One of the alternative methods to improve the students’ reading comprehension is with Experience Text Relationship method. The purpose of this study is to improve the students’ reading comprehension, by implementing Experience Text Relationship (ETR). The method in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which has several sequenced procedures including planning, action, observation, and reflection. The technique of data analysis is divided into two namely quantitative which came from the reading tests, and qualitative data which came from the observation sheets. The result of the study shows that the ETR technique is one of the most effective strategies for teaching English especially to improve students’ reading comprehension because the students had more chance to tell their stories that might be related to the materials that were taught
DESMOCAM (DETECTION SMOKING CAMERA): INTEGRATION OF IOT AND MACHINE LEARNING FOR ACTIVE SMOKER DETECTION TO SUPPORT SMART CITIES IN INDONESIA
Cigarettes are an addictive substance that kills around 8 million people every year, as of 2022 there will be around 8,67 million deaths in the world caused by cigarettes and other tobacco products with resulting economic losses of around 2 trillion USD. Efforts to reduce losses due to smoking in Indonesia have been implemented through various regulations and rules that have been established, such as Law Number 36 of 2009 Article 115 concerning non-smoking areas. The target for non-smoking areas (NSA) regulations in Indonesia will reach 100% by 2023. However, currently, only 86% of regions have NSA regulations and must continue to monitor and evaluate through regulations set by the government. One solution to emphasize non-smoking areas with the latest technology connections to support Smart City is a smoke detection system using IoT. DesMoCam (Detection Smoking Camera) applies the latest machine learning model, InceptionResNet2, which has high accuracy and has the ability to detect smokers precisely in a Non-Smoking Area (NSA). DesMoCam uses a Raspberry Pi with ESP32-CAM to capture situations in a smoking-free room and warnings through the speaker. Machine learning modeling includes data acquisition with smoking and non-smoking images, data preprocessing, two-way modeling with and without a freeze layer, and analysis of model results. The InceptionResnet2 model used for image identification and classification, achieved an accuracy of 92.75%
