Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Hasil Belajar IPS Ekonomi Kelas VII di SMP N 1 Bayang
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) How much influence student learning motivation on learning outcomes of students in social studies economics at SMP N 1 Bayang. 2) How much influence method learning on student learning outcomes in social studies economics at SMP N 1 Bayang. 3) How big is the influence of learning media on outcomes of students learning in social studies economics at SMP N 1 Bayang. 4) How much motivation influence, methods and instructional media on outcomes economic learning student IPS in SMP N 1 Bayang.This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research was carried out for 1 week. The population of this study was student of class VII in SMP N 1 Bayang totaling 105 people. This research sampling technique is proportional random sampling technique which means the technique used to obtain samples at each sampling unit which samples were taken every class conducted lottery or random. This type of data is the primary data (ie, questionnaires) and secondary data. Data analysis was descriptive and inferential analysis through hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with α = 0.05 The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes of IPS Economy Grade VII in SMP N 1 Bayang, significance of 0.002, 2) there are significant between the learning method on learning outcomes Economics social studies class VII in SMP N 1 Bayang, then the significance of 0.000, 3) there is a significant relationship between instructional media on the learning results of class VII social studies Economics The SMP N 1 Bayang, significant at 0.024, 4) motivation, methods of learning and instructional media have a significant effect together on learning outcomes in SMPN 1 Bayang, with a significance level of 0.130.In this study the authors suggested that students are more motivated to learn well and the learning methods and instructional media should be used by teachers to improve student learning outcomes in the direction of bette

The customs are rules of conduct adopted hereditary and is valid for a long time that are tight and binding. Customs in a very diverse nation one of the customs of the Malay society is marriage, which has rules and regulations that have been determined by local custom. Marriage customs in Malay culture impressed umit as many stages through. In pekawinan traditional Malay ceremony conducted a series of detailed and neatly arranged all of which must be done by the bride and groom couples and families. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of customary marriages Malay community in Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir, to determine the forms and effects of shifting marriage customs Malay community in Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir, to determine the factors that causing a shift in the customary marriage Malay community in Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir, to know the business community in maintaining and preserving traditional marriage Malay community in Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. he method used is qualitative descriptive, where data were collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data was analyzed using qualitative way. The research locations namely Teluk Mega Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The research was conducted on the seminar proposal to the thesis examination. The results showed that the procedure of marriage customs Malay community in Teluk Mega still performed up to now. However, there are procedures for marriage customs are experiencing a shift in its implementation. Factors that cause a shift is technological progress, economic factors, modernization, renewal between cross/interbreeding and globalization. Kesesuaian Kompetensi Mahasiswa Calon Guru Akuntansi FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta Angkatan 2014 Dengan Kompetensi Guru Abad-21
This study is aimed to explore the standar of competency mastery by prospective students of accounting and to know the compatibility of competency owned by students prospective teacherof accounting in FKIP UMS and teacher’s competency in 21st century. The method of this study in qualitative type grounded theory and thetechniques of collecting data are interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is examined by using triangulation of data source. The results of the study show that there are compatibility of competences owned by prospective student of accounting and teacher’scompetency in 21st century. The competencies cover competency in following development of technology, cooperating with team, adaptation, communication and identifying problem, the elaboration and solution which is owned by prospective studentsof accounting has compability with competency owned by teacher in 21st century, therefore they need to be maximized in order to prospective students of accountancy they have competency of 21st century comprehensively.Mean while, the competency of responsibility is indreasted as positive result, in which almost all of the prospective students have good competency of responsibility. Unfortunately, in the competency of critical and creative thinking are still low, there are many prospective students of accountancy which are not able to think critically and creatively
