GERAKAN LITERASI BACA-TULIS (GLBT) DALAM MEMBANGUN EKOSISTEM SEKOLAH LITERAT (ESL) PADA SMA DI KABUPATEN GARUT
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Baca-Tulis (GLBT) di SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, kuesioner, riset terfokus, dan telaah data sekunder dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut telah melaksanakan GLBT secara terbatas meliputi tahap pendahuluan, pembiasaan, pengembangan, pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Dari seluruh tahapan, ditemukan beberapa kendala yaitu keterbatasan fasilitas perpustakaan, keterbatasan sumber bacaan, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Adapun solusi untuk mengatasinya meliputi sosialisasi secara masif kepada siswa, menyusun dan mengirimkan proposal bantuan, optimalisasi peran perpustakaan, dan memperkuat sinergitas komite sekolah dengan masyarakat. Meski hasilnya belum optimal, tetapi program GLBT telah menjadi langkah awal demi membangun Ekosistem Sekolah Literat (ESL). Kata Kunci: literasi; perpustakaan; sumber bacaan
Perencanaan dakwah lintas organisasi masyarakat Islam dalam optimalisasi kegiatan masjid : Studi deskriptif pada program Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid Besar Ciparay
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya perencanaan dakwah lintas organisasi masyarakat Islam yaitu, upaya perbaikan perencanaan organisasi dari segi penetapan tujuan, pemilihan kebijakan, penentuan prosedur, dan penetapan program Masjid Besar Ciparay yang telah melakukan perencanaan sebagaimana mestinya untuk optimalisasi penyempurnaan organisasi yang dilaksanakan dari tahun-ketahun agar tidak terulang kembali kesalahan atau kekurangan yang terjadi pada masa-masa sebelumnya, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan yang matang.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penentuan tujuan, pemilihan

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penerapan fungsi perencanaan dakwah lintas organisasi masyarakat Islam dalam optimalisasi kegiatan masjid, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian mrnunjukkan bahwa Masjid Besar Ciparay telah menerapkan fungsi perencanaan yaitu tahap pertama penetapan tujuan utama Masjid Besar Ciparay dengan cara mengadakan pertemuan atau rapat para pengurus untuk merumuskan tujuan yang diharapkan dapat mempererat tali silaturahmi dan rasa tanggungjawab setiap ormas, tahap kedua pemilihan kebijakan yaitu memilih metode atau jalan yang harus ditempuh oleh pengurus DKM Masjid Besar Ciparay dalam mencapai tujuan dengan cara pembagian jadwal yang sama dan tanggungjawab yang sama terhadap perwakilan organisasi masyarakat Islam, lalu tahap ketiga penentuan prosedur penetapan pembagian tugas dan tanggungjawab terhadap amanah yang diberikan serta hubungan komunikasi yang berjalan dengan baik diantara pengurus DKM Masjid Besar Ciparay,

Implementasi Penetapan Standar Mutu Melalui Proses Penjaminan Mutu Internal di Universitas Islam Nusantara
This study aims to describe the implementation of quality standard-setting through the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) process, in improving the quality of input, process, output, and outcome of Higher Education. This is very important considering the performance problems of the study program is so complex, starting from student input, the learning process, meeting quality standards for higher education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The technique of collecting data through observation, search documents and archives, and interviews. The results showed the existence of policies and concepts such as documents SPMI academic quality standards and document non-academic quality standards were drawn up by the Directorate of Quality Assurance (DPM) as a reference in formulating the quality standard at the level of the study program, which coordinates with GPM and UPM in the process of determining, implementing, evaluating, controlling, and improving the quality standards of the study program.
Manajemen Pembelajaran Moral dan Keagamaan dalam Meningkatkan Karakter Anak Usia Dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kab. Bandung
The background of this research is the decline in moral and religious character in children, then coupled with a child's unfavorable environment, resulting in a decrease in character in children. The general purpose of this study was to find out the description of character improvement through moral and religious learning in early childhood in Pembina State Kindergarten and Al Kaustar Kindergarten, Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach through the case study method with observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that: 1) The planning of moral and religious learning was prepared jointly by the head of the kindergarten, teachers, and some parents of students, set out in writing in the form of an Implementation Plan that refers to the 2013 PAUD curriculum, 2) The organization carried out was to form a team, namely the head of schools, teachers and parents and school stakeholders who design, develop programs and socialize to supervisors and parents of students, 3) The implementation of moral and religious learning includes opening activities, core activities and closing activities, in accordance with the required learning process standards, 4) Evaluation carried out found is to guarantee the achievement of predetermined basic competencies, check weaknesses in the implementation process, look for the causes of weaknesses and errors, find out the success of the program, diagnose and program improvement efforts, and be accountable to education stakeholders, 5) The obstacle is parents not playing an active role in helping schools realize and stimulate moral and religious learning at home, there are still many children who have not gotten used to moral and religious learning programs so that teachers must continue to be patient in getting used to every learning activity, 6) The solution is to involve teachers in training, explore various activities to improve children's character, provide education to parents about the importance of introducing various activities in improving children's character. The conclusion of this study is that the management of moral and religious learning in early childhood characters has been carried out in accordance with the provisions. Implementation of Regulation of The Minister of Religion Number 2 of 2012 for Islamic Education Supervisers at Schools in The Department of Education in Sukabumi Regency
Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 2 of 2012 concerning Madrasah Supervisors and Supervisory Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Schools, is a policy product issued by the Ministry of Religion which gave rise to a new nomenclature, amidst the regulations of School / Madrasah supervisors, namely supervisory functional positions. PAI on Schools. This regulation has implications for the implementation of PAI supervisor duties at schools. This research was motivated by the inadequate implementation of the activities of Islamic Education Supervisors at schools in the Sukabumi District Education Office. The focus of this research is the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 2 of 2012 for Islamic Education supervisors at schools in the Sukabumi District Education Office. The purpose of this research is to find out about: 1) Implementation of PMA Number 2 of 2012 for PAI supervisors in the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency; 2) Problems faced by PAI supervisors at the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency in implementing PMA Number 2 of 2012, and 3) Efforts to improve in the future in implementing PMA Number 2 of 2012. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation study. This is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description of the phenomenon under study. The results of the research findings show: 1) The implementation of PMA Number 2 of 2012 for PAI supervisors at the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency is not running optimally; 2) The root of the main problems faced by PAI supervisors: Policy standards; Budget; Psychological burden; Coordination; and performance appraisal. 3) Improvement efforts are made by: Directorate of PAI by compiling a draft revision of PMA Number 2 of 2012; The Sukabumi District Education Office issues a SK to assign a school supervisor to the PAI supervisor; The Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi Regency has substantially increased the pattern of guidance; PAI supervisors increase creativity and motivation in carrying out their duties and supervisory functions. Recommendations for this study are addressed to the PAI Directorate of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, in the form of: PMA Revision Number 2 of 2012 so that it is relevant to the regulations of school / madrasah supervisors; Review of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) supervisor nominations in schools; Adequacy of the budget for improving the quality of supervisors; and Strengthen coordination between related institutions
Manajemen Pembelajaran Daring Melalui Platform E-Learning dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik di Sekolah Menengah Atas (Studi Kualitatif di SMA Negeri 24 Bandung dan SMA Swasta Pasundan 1 Bandung)
Perubahan teknologi tidak serta merta mengubah dengan cepat seluruh proses yang ada dalam dunia pendidikan. Banyak hambatan yang harus dilalui salah satunya ketidaksiapan sumber daya manusia yang ada di lembaga pendidikan khususnya sekolah dalam menerima perubahan teknologi yang ada. Padahal pemanfaatan dan penguasaan teknologi sangat penting untuk dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang manajemen pembelajaran daring melalui platform e-learning dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik di sekolah menengah atas. Landasan teori yang digunakan yaitu konsep dasar manajemen artinya proses dimana seseorang menggunakan sumber daya yang ada dalam suatu lembaga atau organisasi yang dipimpinnya dengan efektif dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu, teori manajemen pembelajaran daring dikaji untuk menggali informasi mengenai penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, yang menekankan kepada gambaran mengenai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hambatan dan solusi pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipasi dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi data sumber. Sumber data primer di penelitian ini yaitu guru, wakasek dan kepala sekolah. Data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen pembelajaran. Pengolahan dan analisis data dengan reduksi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) perencanaan pembelajaran daring dilakukan dengan persiapan sekolah dengan mengadakan rapat dan mengadakan webinar. Sementara, guru menyiapkan administrasi pembelajaran seperti silabus, ipk, rpp dan media pembelajaran. 2) pengorganisasian pembelajaran dilakukan dengan arahan kepala sekolah kepada wakasek kurikulum untuk diteruskan ke guru dan tim it sekolah. Guru membuat dan menyusun administrasi pembelajaran bersama mgmp. 3) pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dilakukan dengan memberikan informasi jadwal dan tata cara oleh wakasek kurikulum. Guru memberikan informasi melalui pesan whatsapp dimulai dengan kegiatan pendahuluan, isi dan penutup, 4) evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan penilaian tes maupun non tes. 5) hambatan pembelajaran daring yang dialami yaitu hambatan teknis dan non teknis. Dan 6) solusi pembelajaran daring yaitu pemberian kuota, menghilangkan batas waktu pengumpulan tugas, mengundang orang tua dan memanfaatkan platform e-learning
The Effectiveness of Improving the Performance of Teachers of Islamic Religion Education Through Teacher Certification Programs in SMA / SMK in Bogor District
This research is motivated by the phenomenon that the effort to improve the quality of education at the senior secondary level is the teacher's performance. With good teacher quality, the learning process can take place in a quality manner, which in turn leads to quality output. One of the efforts to improve the performance of Islamic Education teachers is the provision of certification allowances for Islamic Religious Education teachers to improve their performance, which has been low so far. On the other hand, the certification of teachers for Islamic Religious Education at the SMA / SMK level is also very important, given the limited limitations of the government in appointing teachers as Civil Servants, so that the existence of teacher certification can be an alternative in an effort to improve teacher welfare. This study generally aims to obtain an overview of the certification program, implementation, evaluation, constraints and future solutions in improving the performance of SMA / SMK Islamic Religious Education teachers in Bogor Regency. The specific objectives of the study were to determine the objectives and programs, implementation, evaluation, constraints and solutions in the future to improve the performance of Islamic Education teachers of SMA / SMK in Bogor Regency through optimization of the PAI teacher certification function. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results showed that the improvement of the performance of PAI SMA / SMK teachers in Bogor Regency through the teacher certification program has been implemented, and has had an optimal impact. This is shown, among others, by the level of teacher discipline in implementing learning at least 24 hours a week, being active in participating in training activities, workshops and educational seminars and improving the welfare of Islamic Education teachers. However, improving teacher performance is still constrained by both internal and external constraints. Internal constraints include low understanding, skills and motivation to carry out their main tasks and functions as educators. Meanwhile, the external obstacle is that the supervision of principals, supervisors and related agencies is still not optimal in an effort to improve teacher performance. The recommendations of this study include: the government needs to finance the implementation of the Teacher Professional Improvement program, apply strict discipline by making regulations for certified teachers, and the existence of cooperation between various parties in encouraging the teacher certification program. This is done by implementing strategic management in planning, implementing, evaluating and supervising the effectiveness of the certification program
Kyai Policy Implementation in Improving Teacher Performance in Darul Muttaqien Bogor Pondok
The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of kyai policies in improving teacher performance in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is a descriptive method as a problem-solving procedure which is investigated by describing or describing the condition of the subject or object of research (a person, institution, society, etc.) at the present time based on visible facts, or as it should be. Pelatihan Software Mendeley Dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Artikel Ilmiah Bagi Mahasiswa
Salah satu hal yang membuat karya tulis berkualitas yakni berkaitan dengan unsur plagiasi yang sering terjadi akibat tidak menggunakan manajer referensi pada pengutipan. Dalam melakukan pengelolaan referensi yang bersumber dari buku ataupun jurnal, dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan beberapa software/aplikasi yang tersedia, seperti Mendeley. Adanya perangkat lunak seperti mendeley yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membantu penulisan sitasi, membuat para penulis dapat mengolah dokumen referensi yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan terlihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta terkait Aplikasi Mendeley sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Namun demikian, dari segi kemampuan menginstall aplikasi di laptop dan Ms. Word serta menggunakan Aplikasi mendeley untuk membuat daftar pustaka beberapa peserta belum dapat menguasai secara maksimal (100%), sehingga harus tetap dibantu dan diarahkan walaupun pelatihan telah selesai dilaksanakan. Accreditation Policies Implementation to Improve Performance Quality in Madrasah
Accreditation policy is based on the principle that all citizens have the right to obtain a quality education. In order to hold quality education, every educational program should fulfill the standard of accreditation policies Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri. Hence, this research aimed (1) to investigate MTsN accreditation policy, (2) to investigate the implementation of MTsN accreditation policy, (3) to examine the monitoring and evaluation of MTsN accreditation policy, and (4) to examine creative and innovative ideas of the implementation of MTsN accreditation policy. This research employed a qualitative approach with a Case Study method.
