Manajemen perpustakaan dalam mendukung gerakan literasi digital di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Madiun

Information and technology developments have changed the culture of manual library services to digital. School libraries have a role in providing digital information to students in schools. This study aimed to determine library management in supporting the digital literacy movement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2, Madiun City, through an analysis of library planning, implementation, and evaluation activities. The results showed that the library's digital literacy program planning activities were based on class, school culture, and the community. The process of formulating digital literacy program planning used an analysis of the madrasa work plan, previous programs, internal and external factors, analysis of the competence and potential of program implementers, and socialization. The library implementation activities are formulating programs, dividing the implementing team, and creating work instructions by establishing coordination and good relations with program implementers, the head of the library, the implementing team and teachers, the head of the library, and the head of the madrasa. Evaluation activities are in the form of internal evaluation by the head of the library and the head of the madrasa, performance evaluation by the implementing team, evaluation of performance results, and evaluation of program achievement. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2, Madiun City, has developed android-based library access, electronic catalog, and social media. Thus, it concludes that library management has been running quite well in supporting the digital literacy movement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Madiun City

Improving library services through digital-based promotion

Libraries use learning resources and information providers that have an essential role in increasing their promotion through digital. The IAIN Ponorogo library is one of the libraries that has implemented several digital-based library promotions. This research is to determine how to implement digital-based library promotions and understand the obstacles in carrying out activities through social media. The method uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. They are collecting data through participatory observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive design, which includes data reduction, data presentations, and conclusion drawings. The results show that efforts to improve services through digital promotions at the IAIN Ponorogo library have developed quite well. There are several digital-based promotional models, namely: library branding with the CERIA (Intelligent, Effective and Efficient, Friendly, Sincere, and Trustworthy), library copywriting, library websites, library vlogs, and the application of library social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp (chat only)). The problem is that there are no program designs, individual budgets for promotion development, and professionals in the field of information technology

Optimizing librarian performance in improving the efficiency and quality of library services

Libraries, as educational institutions and information centers, are essential in providing efficient and quality services to their users. Librarians' performance is a crucial factor in achieving these goals. This study aims to optimize the performance of librarians to improve the efficiency and quality of library services. They use a qualitative approach with data collection through various sources, including documentation, interviews, and observations. The collected data is analyzed through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, then drawing data conclusions to identify factors that affect librarian performance and analyze the implications with the efficiency and quality of library services. The results showed that several factors can affect the performance of librarians. These factors include librarians' knowledge and skills, management support, use of information technology, collaboration between librarians, and work motivation. This research also identifies several strategies that can be applied to improve the performance of librarians, including training and development, improved communication, and cooperation between librarians. By optimizing librarian performance by implementing appropriate strategies, libraries can achieve higher operational efficiency and improve the quality of services provided to users. The results of this research can guide libraries in developing policies and programs to improve librarian performance and the efficiency and overall quality of library services

Strategi Pengembangan Industri Kreatif Lintas Sektoral di Kabupaten Ponorogo Jawa Timur

Riset ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan nilai rantai kegiatan produksi, strategi kemitraan, dan prosedur pengembangan industri kreatif kriya kulit lintas sektor di Ponorogo.Metode penelitian menggunakan riset pengembangan yang dilaksanakan di wilayah Ponorogo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan industri kreatif diawali dari penyediaan bahan baku berkualitas dengan harga kompetitif. Peningkatan mekanisme modern pemotongan hewan, penyamakan modern, pembinaan tenaga profesional melalui pelatihan vokasional dan pengembangan program studi kriya kulit pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pengembangan model kemitraan dengan pelibatanfour helix of innovation didasarkan pada kesadaran bersama dan ko-operasi (cooperation). Pengembangan kemitraan industri kreatif dibangun berdasar pada isu dan problem yang berkembang di Ponorogo. Pengembangan manual prosedur meliputi, prosedur penyiapan bahan baku, produksi, dan pemasaran baik yang bersifat online maupun offline
