    PRACTICUM AS A MEDIA FOR PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERSTeacher problems will be increasingly complex, where teachers must have competence in dealing with technological developments. Responding to technological challenges has become the basis of human life. Prepare students who are qualified and able to compete globally, and master technology. The research objective was to improve the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers through practicum training. The activities in this study consisted of diagnosis, action planning, action taking and action evaluation. Data collection techniques using observation techniques. The observation instrument used was a teacher's ability assessment tool in the form of: 1) learning media development instrument, 2) teacher ability assessment instrument in compiling lesson plans. The data analysis used was a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The quantitative data obtained are described in the form of words or explanations. Then the data comparison was carried out to ensure that there was an increase in the ability of teachers to increase the ability of teachers to develop learning media and prepare lesson plans. The results showed that the practicum can improve a) the ability of elementary school teachers to develop learning media by 27.8%. b) Increasing the ability of elementary school teachers in preparing lesson plans by 39.7%, the findings were successful. From the t-test results, it was found that there were significant differences. This means that understanding of concepts and Science Process Skills (SPS) increases after the teacher experiences the practical learning process of science learning material in practicum. From the results, the average value of conceptual understanding increased from 62.42 to 86.68 and the average value of science process skills increased from 56.19 to 87.86. 94% of teachers responded positively, namely agreeing and strongly agreeing that the science learning process with practicum can improve science process skills and understanding of subject matter for elementary teachers

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Mixed Methods Explanatory kuantitatif-kualitatif yang terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu efikasi diri (X) dan variabel terikat yaitu perilaku menjaga kesehatan lingkungan Bogor (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan perilaku menjaga kesehatan lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan maret-juli 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di kecamatan Bogor Selatan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 169 orang. Hasil pengujian prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas menggunakan uji liliefors untuk Y atas X menunjukan galat baku taksiran normal. selanjutnya pengujian homogenitas dengan uji Bartlett menunjukan populasi bersifat homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara efikasi diri dengan perilaku menjaga kesehatan lingkungan, yang berarti efikasi diri memberikan kontribusi terhadap perilaku menjaga kesehatan lingkungan namun menunjukan hubungan yang sedang. Hasil penelitian kualitatif yang didapatkan selain variabel efikasi diri yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku menjaga kesehatan lingkungan, terdapat pula variabel lain yang berpengaruh yaitu pengetahuan, pola asuh orangtua, peraturan dan sanksi, serta pergaulan

    This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analytic method. The purpose of this study was to describe an analyze learning at SMALB Dharma Wanita Kota Bogor. This research was carried out from February 2019 to Juli 2019 with several informan namely Biology Teacher 1, Principal, Biology Teacher 2, Parents Of Students, Students and Curriculum. This research was conducted with direct contact with the subject of research foun in the field and obtained two types of data, namely primary data derived from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data derived from study documentation, based on data analysis, biology learning in to 3 processes, bamely planning, implementation and evaluation.     Pengembangan Media Alat Peraga Papan Genetika Elektrik Untuk Meningkatkan Penguasaan Konsep Siswa

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa SMA dengan pengembangan alat peraga papan genetika elektrik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Cigombong Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE dan kelas uji coba sebanyak 1 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 36 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pre test dan post tes dengan soal pilihan ganda dan angket tanggapan siswa. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan N Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai N Gain penguasaan konsep sebesar 0,57 atau 57 % (kategori sedang) dan hasil angket tanggapan siswa sebesar 90,5% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan alat peraga papan genetika elektrik mampu meningkatkan pengusaan konsep siswa SMA. Keywords: Alat peraga, papan genetika elektrik, penguasaan konse

    Analisis Sikap Konsumerisme Hijau Terhadap Perilaku Ramah Lingkungan

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi yang terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu sikap konsumerisme hijau (X) dan variabel terikat yaitu perilaku ramah lingkungan (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap konsumerisme hijau dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April hingga September 2018, dengan jumlah sampel 155 siswa yang diambil melalui teknik Proporsional random sampling. Hasil pengujian prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas uji Lilliefors untuk Y atas X menunjukan galat baku taksiran normal. Selanjutnya pungujian homogenitas dengan uji Barlett menunjukan populasi bersifat homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara sikap konsumerisme hijau dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan, yang berarti sikap konsumerisme hijau memberikan kontribusi terhadap perilaku ramah lingkungan namun menunjukan hubungan yang rendah. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi dapat diintegrasikan bahwa sebelum mendapatkan sikap konsumerisme hijau, siswa telah memiliki perilaku ramah lingkungan dan setiap kenaikan satu unit sikap konsumerisme hijau, maka perilaku ramah lingkungan akan bertambah pula. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara sikap konsumerisme hijau dengan perilaku ramah lingkungan

    Analysis of Participation in Maintaining Environmental Cleanliness through Ecological Intelligence

    This research is a sequential explanatory mixed method research which consists of a quantitative research and a qualitative research. This study consists of two variables, the independent variable (X) namely Ecological Intelligence and the dependent variable (Y) namely Participation in maintaining Environmental Cleanliness. This study aims to obtain information about relationship between ecological intelligence and participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and to find out other factors related to participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness of high school students in Cibinong. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Cibinong and SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong in the 2020/2021 academic year. The research began in November 2020 until June 2021. The subjects of this study are students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 2 Cibinong and SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong. The research population was taken using a multistage random sampling technique. The research sample was determined by proportional random sampling technique using the slovin formula. Based on the calculation of the slovin formula, the number of samples was 166 students. The instrument used in this study is a non-test instrument, namely a questionnaire. The results of the study found that there was a positive relationship between ecological intelligence and participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness in SMA Negeri students in Cibinong District. The positive relationship is shown by the regression equation à = 32.524 + 0.673x with an r value of 0.697 and a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.485, which means that 48.5% of ecological intelligence contributes to participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness, while the remaining 51.5% is a contribution from other factors beyond ecological intelligence. As for other factors related to participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness, namely: self-awareness, environment (family, friends, school), regulations, and information media. Keywords: Ecological intelligence, participation in maintaining enviromental cleanliness, student

    Abstract: Analysis of Principal Technology Leadership Indicators as Leaders of 21st Century Technology Implementation21st century principals must be leaders in technology implementation by using technology as the primary tool for transforming teaching and learning. Through technological leadership, principals can utilize the talents and potential of teachers to produce superior pedagogical methods based on information and communication technology (ICT). This study aims to describe technological leadership and the indicators that mark the principal's technological leadership style as a leadership style that must be developed in the 21st century. The study was conducted using the literature study method, where information was obtained from journals, literature books, research reports, mass media, and written sources, both printed and electronic. Based on the results of the study obtained 7 indicators to measure the principal's technological leadership, namely: (1) vision, planning, and management; (2) interpersonal and communication skills; (3) teacher development and training; (4) technology and infrastructure support; (5) excellence in professional practice; (6) digital learning and teaching culture; (7) digital citizenship; and (8) evaluation and assessment. Strengthening the principal's technological leadership is expected to optimize the innovative behavior of teachers which can improve the quality of education. Abstrak: Analisis Indikator Kepemimpinan Teknologi Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Pemimpin Implementasi Teknologi Abad 21Kepala sekolah abad 21 harus menjadi pemimpin implementasi teknologi dengan menggunakan teknologi sebagai alat utama untuk mengubah pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Melalui kepemimpinan teknologi, kepala sekolah dapat memanfaatkan bakat dan potensi guru untuk menghasilkan metode pedagogis yang unggul berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan teknologi dan indikator-indikator yang menandai gaya kepemimpinan teknologi kepala sekolah sebagai gaya kepemimpinan yang harus dikembangkan pada abad 21. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, dimana informasi diperoleh dari jurnal, buku literatur, laporan penelitian, media masa, dan sumber-sumber tertulis baik cetak maupun elektronik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 7 indikator untuk mengukur kepemimpinan teknologi kepala sekolah yaitu: (1) visi, perencanaan, dan manajemen; (2) keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi; (3) pengembangan dan pelatihan guru; (4) dukungan teknologi dan infrastruktur; (5) keunggulan dalam praktik professional; (6) budaya belajar dan mengajar digital; (7) digital citizenship; dan (8) evaluasi dan penilaian.     Development of Learning Media for E-Booklet Human Reproductive System Materials to Improve Cognitive Learning Outcomes of High School Students

    This study aims to develop a learning media E-Booklet for reproductive system materials to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in biology subjects for the human reproductive system. This research was conducted from December 2020 to June 2021. The trial in this study consisted of one class using the model one group pretest- posttest design. The results of the validation related to the feasibility of the media E-Booklet obtained a score of 91% in the Very Valid category. The results of the pretest and posttest scores of class XI IPA-1 students in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes. This is indicated by the average value of the pretest before using the learning media, which is 33. While the average posttest after using the learning media is 87 with a Biology minimum completeness criteria value of 72. The N-Gain value has an average of 0.81 or in N Gain% is 81% indicating high category. This shows that the learning media E-Booklet material for the human reproductive system can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes
