The Relationship of Parenting Patterns to Student Achievement in Elementary School
Abstract: This study aims to determine the parenting applied by the parents of students, student achievement, the relationship between parenting parents with student achievement. The research was conducted at SDN 45 Talaga, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. This type of research is ex post facto using a quantitative approach. The research population was 183 students of SDN 45 Talaga. The number of samples is 33 students with a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection was done by observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by observation, documentation and questionnaires. Descriptive data analysis, prerequisite test and hypothesis submission with the help of SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 types of parenting, namely: democratic parenting, permissive parenting, authoritarian parenting. Learning achievement is in 4 categories, namely less, low, medium, and high. Parenting style has a significant relationship with student achievement at SDN 45 Talaga.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua siswa, prestasi belajar siswa, hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 45 Talaga Kecamatan Enrekang Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis penelitian adalah ex post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SDN 45 Talaga sebanyak 183 siswa. Jumlah sampel 33 siswa dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data secara deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan pengajuan hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada 3 jenis pola asuh yaitu : pola asuh demokratis, pola asuh permisif, pola asuh otoriter. Prestasi belajar berada pada 4 kategori, yaitu kurang, rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Pola asuh orang tua memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa SDN 45 Talaga
Increasing Learning Outcomes and Critical Thinking Skills Through Project Based Learning Strategy Integrated with Local Wisdom ’Dangke’ Approach in Science Learning
The research aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) strategy integrated with the local cultural wisdom of making dangke in improving learning outcomes and critical thinking skills of elementary school students in science material. This type of research is experimental research carried out at SDN 122 Pangbuluran in 2023. The subjects of this research are fourth grade elementary school students, who are divided into an experimental group and a control group. The data analysis techniques used are: descriptive data analysis in the form of: mean, data range, class interval, class length, percentage, variance and standard deviation; and inferential statistical data analysis techniques in the form of: normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. The instruments used are multiple choice questions to measure student learning outcomes and essay questions that have been validated and declared reliable as test instruments. The results of data analysis obtained hypothesis testing: tcount learning outcomes of 10.2 > ttable, until H0 rejected, while tcountcritical thinking skills of 9.9 > ttable, until H0 rejected. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) strategy integrated with local cultural wisdom in making dangke in improving learning outcomes and critical thinking skills of elementary school students in science material
Bimbingan Konseling Islam Dalam Membentuk Kecerdasan Spiritual Siswa SMP Belajar Di Rumah
Abstract: The main problem in this researc is the formation of students’ spiritual intelligence in islamic guidence counseling. Students who used to have a bad attitude towards their parents and lack of attention to yher worship, honest attitude, self-awareness and have a sense of love. This study aims to shape students’ spiritual intelligensi so that they can be useful in the future. This research was conducted using qualitative method steps. The research focused on junior high school stdents in Ba’ka Hamlet consisting of 2 students. This study consisted of 3 meetings with data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, obervation and documentation.
Abstrak: Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pembentukan kecerdasan spiritual siswa dalam layanan bimbingan konseling islam. Siswa yang dulunya mempunyai sikap yang tidak baik terhadap orangtuanya dan kurangnya perhatian terhadap ibadahnya, sikap jujurnya, kesadaran diri sendiri dan memiliki rasa kasih sayang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membetuk kecerdasan spiritual siswa agar dapat berguna di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah metode kualitatif. Penelitian difokuskan pada siswa SMP yang ada di Dusun Ba’ka beranggotakan 2 orang siswa. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Koperatif Tipe Number Head Together Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa SD
Abstract: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in class III UPT SDN 138 Kulinjang through the application of the NHT (Number Head Together) type of cooperative learning model. The collected student learning outcomes data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the application of the NHT (Number Head Together) type of cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of third grade students of UPT SDN 138 Kulinjang. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle, the average score of students is 75.63 with a learning completeness percentage of 66.67% and the average value of students in the second cycle is 85.83 with a learning completeness percentage of 83.33%. Thus, there is an increase in student learning outcomes after applying the NHT (Number Head Together) learning model, so it can be concluded that the NHT (Number Head Together) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in subtheme 1 characteristics of living things in class III UPT SDN 138 Kulinjang, Enrekang Regency.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Peserta Didik di kelas III UPT SDN 138 Kulinjang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Number Head Together). Data hasil belajar Peserta Didik yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Number Head Together) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Peserta Didik kelas III UPT SDN 138 Kulinjang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar Peserta Didik pada siklus I nilai rata-rata Peserta Didik 75,63 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 66,67% dan nilai rata Peserta Didik pada siklus II 85,83 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 83,33%. Dengan demikian, terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar Peserta Didik setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran NHT (Number Head Together), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran NHT (Number Head Together) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Peserta Didik pada subtema 1 ciri-ciri makhluk hidup di kelas III UPT SDN 138 Kulinjang Kabupaten Enrekang
Pendampingan Individu Calon Guru Penggerak Angkatan 9 Kabupaten Enrekang
Motivating Teachers is an educational program from the government to improve teacher competency. Apart from that, the presence of mobilizing teachers is expected to be able to mobilize the learning community. The principle of the program is to encourage efforts to improve the quality of education in schools and outside schools using andragogy and blended learning approaches. This activity was carried out with the aim of providing individual assistance to Prospective Mobilizing Teachers before they carry out workshop activities. The activity will last for 5 days, namely from 11-15 September 2023 which will take place face to face in five (5) schools, namely: SD Negeri 13 Curio, SD Negeri 147 Pelali, SMP Muhammadiyah Cece, SD Negeri 140 Kabere, SD Negeri 165 Pudete and SD Negeri 85 Laba. The results of the mentoring activities are: CGP is able to discuss online learning challenges; CGP was able to reflect on the implementation of class changes according to Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts; CGP is able to carry out discussions on creating a portfolio framework; and CGP is able to discuss self-position maps and self-development plans within the competence of driving teachers
Konformitas Sebagai Prediktor Pengambilan Keputusan Untuk Menjadi Pelaku Demonstrasi pada Mahasiswa di Kota Makassar
Abstract: This study aims to see the effect of conformity on decision-making to become perpetrators of demonstrations on students in the city of Makassar. This study is a quantitative study conducted on 413 student demonstrations in the city of Makassar. This study uses a scale constructed by the researcher. The decision-making scale is based on the theory of Kemndal & Montgomery and the conformity scale is based on the theory of Baron & Byrne. Reliability test using Cronbach's alpha on a decision-making scale of 0.0653, and for a conformity scale of 0.758. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test using lisrel 8.70. Hypothesis testing was analyzed using a simple regression analysis technique with a significant value of p < 0.05 and resulted in the conclusion that conformity can affect decision making to become perpetrators of demonstrations on students in the city of Makassar. The influence of conformity on academic procrastination is 5.8% with a negative direction.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh konformitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan untuk menjadi pelaku demonstrasi pada mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada 413 mahasiswa pelaku demonstrasi di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang dikonstruksi oleh peneliti. Skala pengambilan keputusan dibuat berdasarkan teori Kemndal & Montgomery dan skala konformitas dibuat berdasarkan teori Baron & Byrne. Uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan Cronbach’s alpha pada skala pengambilan keputusan sebesar 0.0653, dan untuk skala konformitas sebesar 0,758. Uji Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) yang menggunakan lisrel 8.70. Uji hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan nilai signifikan p < 0.05 dan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa konformitas dapat memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan untuk menjadi pelaku demonstrasi pada mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Besar pengaruh konformitas terhadap prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 5.8% dengan arah pengaruh negatif
The Effectiveness of the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling Approach to Increase Social Awareness in Class VIII A Students at Enrekang 2 Public Middle School
Social awareness is a process in which a person understands and understands a situation that makes the individual himself aware and understands very well what is happening and what will happen. Facts on the ground show that students at SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang have experienced a decline in social awareness. This is why researchers offer solutions to increase students' social awareness by using SFBC counseling (solution-focused brief counseling). The use of this approach places more emphasis on short counseling times and has a lot of research that proves its effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the approach and the effectiveness of the solution-focused brief counseling approach in increasing social awareness among students at SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The sample used in this study were 10 students in class VIII A at SMP Negeri 2 Enrekang. The results showed that the use of the SFBC approach with the scaling question technique had an effect on increasing students' social awareness compared to without using the SFBC approach with the scaling question technique
Siri' Culture-Based Psychoeducation Services in an Effortalleviation of Adolescent Problems Due to the Negative Impact of Globalization
Education is an entity that is very close to human culture and civilization. In the era of disruption, progress in science and technology has been seen and can be enjoyed by mankind. Culture as a national character, clearly cannot fade and its existence must be strengthened.Indonesia has a wealth of culture including local wisdom values ​​contained in each region, these values ​​contain positive meanings to be maintained and implemented today. This research is based on the idea that socio-cultural changes that are so fast make teenagers. So one of the efforts to maintain the values ​​of local wisdom that exist in Indonesia, needs to be revitalized again, one of which is through siri' culture-based psychoeducation services in an effort to alleviate youth problems due to the negative impacts of globalization. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Pentingnya Kesehatan Mantal Bagi Guru di Masa Pandemi
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced many people from all age groups in various countries to adapt to new norms/habits that can interfere with individual mental health. The impact of Covid-19 that hit Indonesia made teachers and students feel anxious, many people lost their jobs due to the declining economy, and had to be confined to their rooms during the lockdown, all of which were threatened with a decline in mental health. This community service project aims to educate the general public, especially teachers, about the importance of maintaining mental health, both during and after the epidemic (next life). Through mental health seminars, the success of the program is evaluated using a survey methodology and a mental health questionnaire. It can be concluded that the teacher's ability to overcome mental health problems is influenced by the availability of information and knowledge about mental health
Layanan Bimbingan Konseling Islam Untuk Merubah Perilaku Agresif Siswa di SMP 3 Alla Enrekang
Abstract: Aggressiveness that is owned by some students, mostly comes from problems that occur in the family, so that students tend not to be able to accept and manage problems let alone solve them. There was a report from the counseling guidance teacher at Alla 3 Middle School that there were some students who behaved aggressively, which prompted the researcher to change this behavior. This problem must be resolved and find out the main cause, by testing the effectiveness of Islamic guidance and counseling services by conducting guidance and counseling action research. The Islamic counseling approach in question is an individual counseling process whose essence is directing clients to understand, accept, internalize, and actualize Islamic religious values ​​in their lives so that the heart and soul strength emerges to return to their nature. The research subjects were 35 students in class VIII at SMP 3 Alla Enrekang. The method used in this research is guidance and counseling action research with cyclical procedures through the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that: (1) Islamic Guidance and Counseling services in guidance and counseling services are able to improve aggressive behavior of female students and (2) through Islamic Guidance and Counseling Services students have the ability to face, manage, and solve every problem they face.
Abstrak: Agresif yang dimiliki oleh sebagian siswa, sebagian besar berasal dari permasalahan yang terjadi di dalam keluarga, sehingga siswa cenderung tidak dapat menerima dan mengelola masalah apalagi menyelesaikannya. Adanya laporan dari guru bimbingan konseling di SMP 3 Alla bahwa ada beberapa siswa yang berperilaku agresif, sehingga membuat peneliti ini mengubah perilaku tersebut. Masalah tersebut harus di tuntaskan dan di cari tahu penyebab utamanya, dengan cara menguji efektifitas layanan bimbingan konseling islami dengan cara melakukan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Pendekatan konseling Islami yang dimaksud adalah suatu proses konseling individual yang esensinya mengarahkan klien agar memahami, menerima, menginternalisasi, serta mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam kehidupannya sehingga muncul kekuatan hati dan jiwa untuk kembali kepada fitrahnya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 35 siswa di SMP 3 Alla Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling dengan prosedur siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Layanan Bimbingan Konseling Islam dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling mampu memperbaiki perilaku agresif siswi dan (2) melalui Layanan Bimbingan dan konseling Islam siswa memiliki kemampuan untuk menghadapi, mengelola, dan mengentaskan setiap masalah yang dihadapinya
