Analisis Akad Qardhul Hasan (Studi Kasus di KSPPS BMT Mentari Bumi Purbalingga)
Adanya pendanaan Qardhul Hasan di BMT (Baitul Maal wa Tamwil) diharapkan mampu memecahkan permasalahan yang di alami oleh masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah. Pemberian dalam bentuk permodalan ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat serta membangun kemandirian masyarakat dalam berwirausaha, karena pemberian modal ini diharapkan mampu mendorong dan memajukan perdagangan, produksi dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pelaksanaan akad Qardhul Hasan di KSPPS BMT Mentari Bumi Purbalingga. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan metode pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan Qardhul Hasan Syariah di KSPPS BMT Mentari Bumi Purbalingga terdapat tidak adanya keterangan secara jelas mengenai pemisahan sumber atau aliran dana pada laporan keuangan serta apakah dana tersebut berasal dari hasil pengumpulan dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah atau hasil usaha. Disamping itu, tujuan pembiayaan Qardhul Hasan hanya berlaku untuk para pegawai BMT sehingga tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang disebutkan dalam Fatwa DSN DSN No: 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 tentang Qardhul Hasan yang menyebutkan bahwa dana Qardhul Hasan diberikan kepada nasabah yang memang membutuhkan baik internal maupun eksternal
Controlled engineering of spin polarized transport properties in a zigzag graphene nanojunction
We investigate a novel way to manipulate the spin polarized transmission in a
two terminal zigzag graphene nanoribbon in presence of Rashba spin-orbit (SO)
interaction with circular shaped cavity engraved into it. A usual technique to
control the spin polarized transport behaviour of a nanoribbon can be achieved
by tuning the strength of the SO coupling, while we show that an efficient
engineering of the spin polarized transport properties can also be done via
cavities of different radii engraved in the nanoribbon. Simplicity of the
technique in creating such cavities in the experiments renders an additional
handle to explore transport properties as a function of the location of the
cavity in the nanoribbon. Further, a systematic assessment of the interplay of
the Rashba interaction and the dimensions of the nanoribbon is presented. These
results should provide useful input to the spintronic behaviour of such
devices. In addition to the spin polarization, we have also included an
interesting discussion on the charge transmission properties of the nanoribbon,
where, in absence of any SO interaction a metal-insulator transition induced by

A review on the rotary ultrasonic machining of advanced ceramics
Advanced ceramics are likely candidates for many industrial applications due to their superior properties. However, their high machining costs lead to limited applications. Rotary ultrasonic machining (RUM) is one of the cost-effective machining processes available for drilling holes in advanced ceramics. This paper reports on investigations in the last few years on RUM process of advanced ceramics. Emphasis is given on the effect of RUM process parameters (such as applied static load, rotational speed, ultrasonic power and vibration amplitude, abrasive grit size and coolant) on machinability parameters (such as material removal rate, tool wear and surface roughness). Results on tool wear and edge chipping are also reported
Prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in rheumatoid arthritis
Background: Respiratory tract infection is an important source of morbidity in patients with RA. The exact prevalence of pulmonary infection in this population is reported variably. Agents that block the action of tumour necrosis factor (TNFα) etanercept, infliximab and adalimumab are established as effective agents in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, especially in patients with disease unresponsive to standard disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). In countries like India, with high prevalence of tuberculosis the estimated risk of reactivation is estimated to be 10% while on treatment with tumour necrosis factor α inhibitors. This study is aimed to find the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods: Patients with definite diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis attending the rheumatology clinic and chest clinic of Calicut Medical College during the study period were evaluated for evidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Total of 217 patients were included in this study.Results: 18 patients had evidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. 5 patients had active disease and 13 patients had evidence of healed pulmonary tuberculosis. The prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis was 8.3%. This is much higher than the prevalence in the Indian population which is 13-25 per thousand. Of the 5 patients who had active disease 3 patients were on leflunamide for 1 year or more. On analysis it was found that patients on leflunamide were at an increased risk of developing tuberculosis (p <0.001) and the risk estimate showed an odds ratio of 14.2.Conclusions: Prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the study population was found to be 8.3%. In countries with high prevalence of latent and active tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis patients should be carefully monitored for pulmonary tuberculosis before and during the treatment with immunosuppressive drugs
Cloning and Expression of the Haemagglutinin-neuraminidase Gene of Newcastle Disease Virus Strain Af2240 Lnto Eschericia Coli
A 1815 bp sequence of the open reading frame (ORF) of the
haemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN) gene of velogenic-viscerotropic Newcastle
disease virus (NDV) strain AF2240 was amplified reaction (PCR) using primers SI (5'CACCAATAGCAGACTCCA3') and S2
(5'CCTTGGCATTGCAGAAG3'). Both primers had dUMP extensions which
allowed direct cloning of the amplified product into the pAMP1 vector, which
also has the complementary protruding termini.The recombinant plasmid was transformed into competent Eschericia
coli strain DH5u. A total of 174 transformants were obtained and the
transformation efficiency was 3.8 x 10⁴ CFU/µg. The presence of the HN
specific inserts in the transformants were detected by colony hybridization,
Southern blotting and finally nucleotide sequence analysis.
The HN protein was shown to be expressed as an unglycosylated
protein of size 63.0 kDa which is comparable to that predicted from the
nucleotide sequence. Thus, this shows that the HN protein was successfully
expressed from the E. coli and the protein obtained could be used for further
analysis
PENGARUH SISTEM BA’I BI AL-TAQSITH PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PELANGGAN (Pada UD. Dina Mas Rotan Desa Karangsari Kec. Weru Kab. Cirebon)
HERMAN SUDIN : “Pengaruh Sistem Ba’i Bi Al-Taqsith Persediaan Bahan
Baku Terhadap Produktivitas Pelanggan (Pada UD. Dina Mas Rotan Desa
Karangsari Kecamatan Weru Kabupaten Cirebon)”.
Diantara persoalan penting namun kurang diperhatikan oleh kalangan umat
Islam baik yang pintar apalagi yang awam adalah masalah halal dan haram serta
syubuhat saat mencari rizqi, baik dalam berkerja maupun dalam bermuamalah
perniagaan “ba’i” padahal masalah ini adalah masalah yang sangat ditegaskan oleh
Allah SWT, Rasulullah dan para ulama’ salaf. Seperti yang tersirat dalam firman
Allah SWT, yaitu: “Hai orang-orang yang beriman, makanlah diantara rizki yang
baik-baik yang kami berikan kepadamu.” (QS. Al-Baqarah: 172)
Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah
adanya permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengusaha-pengusaha mebel rotan di
wilayah Kabupaten Cirebon di dalam kegiatan proses produktivitas usahanya,
karena sulitnya dan mahalnya persediaan bahan baku rotan untuk menunjang
kegiatan produksi tersebut. Dengan mahalnya bahan baku seluruh modalnya hampir
sebagian besar untuk membeli bahan baku saja. Sehingga tidak jarang pengusahapengusaha
mebel rotan membeli persediaan bahan bakunya dengan cara tempo atau
kredit kepada perusahaan suplayer bahan baku, salah satunya perusahaan dagang
UD. Dina Mas Rotan, di dalam kegiatan bisnisnya selain menjual dengan cara tunai
perusahaan juga menjual bahan baku dengan cara kredit “bai bi al-taqsit” yaitu
menjual dengan pembayaran tertunda, dan dalam bentuk cicilan dalam waktu yang
telah ditentukan sesuai dengan syari’at Islam .
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem ba’i bi al- taqsith
persediaan bahan baku terhadap produktivitas pelanggan di perusahaan dagang UD.
Dina Mas Rotan dan menjelaskan kosep jual beli menurut pandangan Islam, serta
untuk mengatuhui penilain dalam menganalisis persediaan bahan baku di
perusahaan tersebut.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah seluruh pembeli atau
konsumen (pelanggan) dari perusahaan dagang UD. Dina Mas Rotan dan sampel
yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31 pelanggan dengan teknik
random sampling.
Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa sistem ba’i bi al-taqsith persediaan
bahan baku memiliki nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya signifikan dan thitung 11,
265 > ttabel 1,701 artinya signifikan. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan sistem ba’i bi al-taqsith
persediaan bahan baku berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas
pelanggan pada perusahaan dagang UD. Dina Mas Rotan Kabupaten Cirebon.
