Complete Genome Sequence of a Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus Isolated in Belgorod, Russia, in 2008.

OBTAINING THE MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF MEANS AND METHODS OF THE DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF THE TRANSMISSIVE GASTROENTERITIS OF PIGS AND RESPIRATION CORONAVIRUS INFECTION OF THE PIGS ON ITS BASE

The object of investigation: virus of the transmissive gastroenteritis of the pigs and respiration coronavirus of the pigs infection. The purpose of the work: obtaining the lines of the hybride cells, persistently secreting the monoclonal antibodies, specific to antigenes of the transimissive gastroenteritis virus (TGV), and the improvement of means and methods of the diagnostics of the transmissive gastroenteritis of pigs and its differentiation from the respirator coronavirus of the pigs ifection on its base. Obtained have been 19 new lines of the hybride cells lines, secreting the monoclonal antibodies, and, on its base, the sensitive, specific, capacity and expressor methods of the solid-phase immunoferment analysis and the method of histochemical immunoferment analysis and the method of the fluorescenting antibodies for the differential diagnostics of TGV and RCV infection of pigs. The normative-technical documentation for two sets of the diagnostic preparations has been developed.
