ВЛИЯНИЕ ПРИЕМА ГОРМОНАЛЬНЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ НА ОСТЕОИНТЕГРАЦИЮ ДЕНТАЛЬНЫХ ИМПЛАНТАТОВ

Currently, indications for the use of titanium implants in a larger number of patients in dentistry are increasing. The number of patients taking hormone therapy for various reasons is also increasing. Despite the good rates of regeneration of these implants, there are still difficulties that lead to important socio-economic consequences. Recently, there have been many studies related to the improvement of implant regeneration, a process called osseointegration. The research focuses on a new innovative area: systemic drug delivery. After implant placement, patients receive systemic drugs that can worsen or enhance osseointegration. The purpose of this literature review is to discuss the different effects of hormone therapy on the osseointegration of dental implants. This descriptive study considers the following criteria in publications over the past 5 years: clinical studies on healthy animals, as well as animals that have comorbidities (rats, rabbits, dogs); priority was used English-language articles published in the dental literature. Selected publications were translated from English to Russian.В настоящее время увеличиваются показания к использованию титановых имплантатов у большего числа пациентов в стоматологии. Число пациентов, принимающих гормональную терапию по разным причинам, также увеличивается. Несмотря на хорошие показатели регенерации этих имплантатов, все еще существуют сложности, которые приводят к важным социально-экономическим последствиям. В последнее время существует много исследований, связанных с улучшением регенерации имплантатов, процесс, называемый остеоинтеграцией. Исследования сосредоточены на новой инновационной области: системной доставке лекарств. После установки имплантата пациенты получают системные препараты, которые могут ухудшить или усилить остеоинтеграцию.
