The Effect of Matlab Software Mastery on The Students’ Learning Motivation of Linier Equation and Matrix Materials
The study aimed to determine the effect of motivation on the learning outcomes of linear equation and matrix materials by using Matlab software. This study was an ex-post facto quantitative research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The descriptive test results showed that the average student learning motivation score was 61.46 which means that the learning motivation score was in the moderate category in general, while the mean value for the linear equation and matrix materials of the students learning outcomes was 69.29 which meant that the mathematics learning outcomes were in the medium category, while the inferential test results by using the results of regression test analysis proved that the regression equation obtained was . From the results of the significant test, it was obtained the significant value as many as , the result from the significant value , so that H0 was accepted. It could be inferred that there was significant effect on the learning motivation by using Matlab software toward the students’ learning outcomes of linear equations and matrix materials
IDENTIFIKASI JENIS TIRAM DAN KEANEKARAGAMANNYA DI DAERAH INTERTIDAL DESA HARIA KECAMATAN SAPARUA KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH
Tiram memilki peranan yang sangat penting, baik itu secara ekologis dan ekonomis. Secara ekologis tiram dikategorikan sebagai biota penting pembentuk ekosistem.Daerah intertidal merupakan salah satu habitat dari tiram.Daerah intertidal Desa Haria memiliki wilayah pasang surut terbuka dan mendapat pengaruh langsung dari lautBanda yang merupakan habitat bagi tiram. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat 4 jenis yaitu spesies Saccostrea cuculata, Saccostrea echinata, Chama pacifica, dan Isognomon pernadengan rata-rata nilai keanekaragaman adalah 1,3362 yang digolongkan pada keanekaragaman sedang karena nilai keankeragamannya berada pada kisaran 1-3.

PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR GAMIFIKASI PADA MATERI LIMIT FUNGSI DAN TURUNAN KELAS XI SMAN 13 GOWA
This research was carried out with the aim of producing gamification teaching material products for limiting functions and class IX derivatives that met the feasibility criteria, namely valid, practical, and effective. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model. The stages of the ADDIE development model consist of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product feasibility assessment using validation sheet instruments, student response questionnaires and teacher response questionnaires, as well as learning outcome tests. The collected data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results obtained are: (1) Valid, the average validation results for teaching materials, rpp, student and teacher response questionnaires and learning outcomes tests are 4.66 which are categorized as valid because they are in the range of 4≤V_a<5. (2) Practical, based on the teacher response questionnaire with an average result obtained of 91.66% and the student response questionnaire of 91.25% is in the range of 85% ≤R_G≤100% so that the teacher and student response questionnaire is categorized as very Positive. (3) Effective, the results of the student learning outcomes test analysis were obtained by 80% classically complete and were in the high category. Pengembangan Modul Matematika Materi Perbandingan Berbasis Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) SMP
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan modul pembelajaran matematika pada materi perbandingan berbasis contextual teaching learning (CTL) kelas VII. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran berbasis contextual teaching learning (CTL) yang valid di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau research & development dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu meliputi tahap analiysis (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (penerapan), evaluation (evaluasi). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil validasi modul adalah 4,3 yang berarti modul berada pada ketegori sangat valid, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul matematika materi perbandingan berbasis contextual teaching learning (CTL) untuk kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bontonompo Selatan Kabupaten Gowa telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan
People behavior and anopheles mosquitous bionomic and its correlation with malaria parasite prevalence and case fatality rate (CFR) in West Seram Regency
WHO mentions that 300-500 million of people in the world are infected with malaria every year, 110 million of people perform the symptoms, and 2.7 million are even died. In 2005, malaria patients in West Seram Regency were 7.760 people. The research design was Survey and Case control in order to investigate the behavior of local society, Anopheles mosquito bionomic, malaria prevalence and case fatality rate (CFR). Purposive sampling was taken from the people of 2 villages in 3 districts with the highest numbers of patients. 30 people were taken from each village so total sample was 180 respondents. Anopheles bionomics involved habitat and breeding. Malaria cases in 2012-2016 obtained from public health center, health department office and public hospitals. Data analysis was done by using Pearson correlation test. The results showed that people behavior strongly agreed in overcoming the spread of Anopheles mosquitoes and malaria. Natural breeding habitat in swamps area where mangrove trees grow and sago trees at trenches, rice fields, ponds and water on the boat. Anopheles larvae species encountered was Anopheles sundaicus that actively bite all night inside and outside the house with peak activity at 02.00-03.00 a.m. Average larval density was 5.00, 9.00 and Average density of Anopheles mosquitoes was 5.09 - 9.85. The Prevalence Rate of Malaria is still high and Case Fatality Rate (CFR) is low. FAKTOR FISIK KIMIA LINGKUNGAN PENDUKUNG KEANEKARAGAMAN DAN KEMERATAAN HOLOTHUROIDEA PADA ZONA INTERTIDAL DESA HILA KECAMATAN KEPULAUAN ROMANG KABUPATEN MALUKU BARAT DAYA
Background: The sea is an ecosystem that has high biodiversity. Hila Village is one area that has a large enough waters located in the western part of Romang island, District of Romang Islands, Southwest Maluku District. Intertidal Zone Hila Village has different types of substrate, both muddy, sandy, sandy, dreamy, rocky, rocky, sandy, rocky, and rocky rocked. The existence of the types of sea cucumbers (Holothuroidea) in the coastal waters of Hila village quite a lot, physical chemical environmental factors in the coastal waters of Hila Village support the life of the sea cucumber.
Method: This research is descriptive research that reveal information about environmental characteristic (temperature, pH, salinity, and dissolved oxygen), diversity and evenness of sea cucumber in intertidal zone of Hila Village.
Results: The results of the research on the intertidal zone of Hila Village, Pulau Romang Subdistrict, Southwest Maluku District, were found 7 genus and 8 spesies. The types of Holothuroidea found in the study sites are Bohadschia argus, Holothuria atra, Holothuria edulis, Bohadschia marmorata, Holothuria scraba, Chiridota violaceae, Holothuria fuscopunctata, and Opheodesoma spectabili. The Holothuroidea diversity index in the Intertidal Zone of Hila Village is 1.56, categorized by medium diversity, for evenly distributed evenness because the fairness index is 1.05.
Conclusion: The index of the Holothuroidea diversity in the Intertidal Zone of Hila Village is 1.56, categorized by medium diversity, for evenly distributed evenness because the fairness index is 1.05. Chemical Physical Factors The envelope found was the average temperature of 28.270C, the average pH 6.373, and the average salinity of 4.94%, indicating that the Holothuroidea was able to adapt and live in the intertidal zone of Hila Village
Pengaruh Penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik dalam Kurikulum 2013 terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika
Penerapan pendekatan saintifik dalam kurikulum 2013 untuk melibatkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pendekatan santifik dalam Kurikulum 2013 terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif desain ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Tamalatea Kab. Jeneponto dengan jumlah 132 siswa sedangkan sampelnya 40 siswa ynag diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala penerapan pendekatan saintifik dalam kurikulum 2013 dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk penerapan pendekatan saintifik diperoleh nilai rata-rata 73,83 berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan hasil belajar matematika siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 78,39 berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan bahwa thitung> ttabel (4,622 >2,024) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif penerapan pendekatan saintifik dalam kurikulum 2013 terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Tamalatea Kab. Identification of Mathematics Questions in Student Books for Curriculum 2013 based on Cognitive Dimensions by TIMSS
Abstract:
TIMSS (Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study) study shows that Indonesia's mathematical problem-solving ability scores are below the average. This study aims to identify math problems in the 2013 grade VII curriculum students' books for even semesters based on the cognitive dimensions of TIMSS. This research is library research using a qualitative approach. The instrument in this study uses analytical guidelines based on the cognitive dimensions of the 2015 TIMSS, which consists of three domains, namely knowledge (knowing 35%), application (applying 40%), and reasoning (reasoning 25%). The results of the identification of 150 questions in which were identified obtained the level of the proportion of cognitive domains by the proportions tested in the TIMSS. The questions in the book have provided provisions for preparing and empowering students' thinking development to solve mathematical problems.
Abstrak:
TIMSS (Trends in Internasional Mathematics and Science Study) menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa Indonesia masih berada di bawah rata-rata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi soal matematika dalam buku siswa kurikulum 2013 kelas VII semester genap berdasarkan dimensi kognitif dari TIMSS. Penelitian ini bersifat kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman analisis berdasarkan dimensi kognitif dari TIMSS 2015 yang terdiri atas tiga domain yaitu pengetahuan (knowing 35%), penerapan (applying 40%), dan penalaran (reasoning 25%). Hasil identifikasi dari 150 soal diperoleh tingkat proporsi domain kognitifnya sesuai dengan proporsi yang diuji dalam TIMSS. Soal-soal dalam buku tersebut sudah mampu memberikan bekal dalam mempersiapkan dan memberdayakan tingkat perkembangan berpikir siswa untuk memecahkan masalah matematika
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KOMIK BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK PADA MATERI PENGUKURAN WAKTU
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan media komik berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Research and Development yang mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba terbatas yang dilakukan pada kelas V SDN 250 Bulu Kabupaten Soppeng, diperoleh bahwa: (1) hasil validasi media komik adalah 4,01 pada kategori valid, (2) hasil kepraktisan media komik adalah 95% dan berada pada kategori sangat positif, dan (3) hasil keefektifan karena telah memenuhi tiga kriteria yaitu kemampuan guru saat mengelola pembelajaran 4,7 (kategori sangat baik), persentase aktivitas peserta didik 86,1% (kategori sangat baik) dan persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik berkategori tinggi serta mencapai ketuntasan klasikal yaitu 100%. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam tahap uji coba terbatas yang dilaksanakan, media komik berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada materi pengukuran telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Media komik berbasis pendekatan saintifik dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar, tampilan yang menarik membuat aktivitas peserta didik semakin baik dan meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar matematika.AbstractThis study aimed to investigate the level of validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the developing comic media based on the scientific approach. The method used was Research and Development with ADDIE model. Based on the results of the limited test conducted at the fifth-grade students of SDN 250 Bulu in Soppeng Regency, it was found that: (1) the validation result of comic media was 4.01 in the valid category, (2) the practicality result of comic media was 95% which was in the very positive category, and (3) the results of the effectiveness had fulfilled three criteria, namely the teacher’s ability to manage learning was 4.7 (very good category), students’ activities were 86.1% (very good category) and the students’ learning completeness was categorized high and achieving 100% of classical completeness. Therefore, it could be concluded that in the limited test stage, comic media based on the scientific approach to the measurement material had fulfilled the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Comic media based on the scientific approach can be used in the teaching and learning process in elementary schools because attractive media makes the students’ activities better and improves their mathematics learning outcomes
