As requirement regarding energy consumption increases we are switching over the unconventional methods such as Nuclear Fuel, Solar Power etc, and In Present situation we have to take care of our environment also ,In many countries research are going on Unconventional resources of energies and different type of unconventional Fuels. Few researchers working on mixture of Hydrogen and oxygen(stoichiometric ratio 2:1, i.e Hydroxy Gas) , and use this mixture as a fuel in internal combustion engines ,As the calorific value of hydrogen is quite high so we can use this mixture as a fuel in all type of combustion heat engines. This type of Heat engines requires Hydrogen and oxygen mixture as a Fuel, so we require Gas generators which can Produce Fuel mixture (Mixture of hydrogen and oxygen) on demand. In present paper we will discuss such method in which we will limit the current to a minimum value (in order of miliampere) and water is separated by voltage simulation process

Energy efficient Hydroxy Gas Generators Produces Mixture of hydrogen and oxygen Gas in (stoichiometric ratio 2:1) in energy efficient way.Hydroxy Gas can be used in Internal combustion Engine as well as in different Industrial Process and Gas Turbine Also .These gas Generators Uses Voltage simulation Process to Separate water in to its component, for this water is kept in Strong Electric Field between the capacitor Plates, Due to strong electric field between capacitor Plates Water molecule gets elongated and finally dissociates in to its component, in this Process Electric Fields works on water Molecule as the water serves as a dielectric medium between capacitor before dissociation so current in circuit is very Low so Power consumption is very Less[1].For this Hydroxy Gas Generators use Zero Point Energy of Vacuum inside void space of Hydrogen and oxygen atoms of water molecule.  In the Present Paper we will discuss what Vacuum Electromagnetic energy is and how it changes in to Energy of an Electric Field to Perform Useful work

Objective: The objective of present study was to develop and validate a specific and sensitive HPLC method for the quantitative determination of genotoxic impurity 2-cyano-4'-bromomethyl biphenyl present in irbesartan drug substance. Methods: The development activity was conducted by HPLC with UV as a detector. The impurity was separated on Kromasil C18 250 x 4.6 mm, 5 µm analytical column with a mobile phase consisting of buffer pH 3.2 and acetonitrile in the ratio of 60:40 v/v at a flow rate 1.5 ml/min. The effluent was monitored by UV detection at 258 nm with column temperature maintained at 40 °C and the injection volume 30 μl. Acetonitrile was selected as diluent. Results: Validation activity was planned and completed based on the ICH guideline. The LOD and LOQ value were found to be 0.167 µg/g and 0.506 µg/g and accuracy results were well in the range 98.34 to 103.46 %. The linearity curve showed the correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and method very sensitive. Conclusion: From validation data, it was confirmed that the developed method is specific, sensitive, linear, precise and accurate for the determination of 2-cyano-4'-bromomethyl biphenyl genotoxic impurity in irbesartan drug substances

Hybrid Taguchi-GRA-CRITIC Optimization Method for Multi-Response Optimization of Micro-EDM Drilling Process Parameters

In this study, an attempt is made to investigate how the operational parameters such as capacitance, voltage, feed rate, and rotating speed affect the material removal rate, tool wear, overcut, and taper angle for micro-EDM drilling of aluminium 6061 utilizing brass C360 electrode. A novel Taguchi-GRA-CRITIC hybrid optimization methodology is used to obtain the optimal combination of micro-EDM drilling process parameters. The experiment was designed using the Taguchi L18 orthogonal array, and responses were recorded for each experiment. Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) is applied to improve the multi-response of the planned experiment. The weighting values corresponding to various responses are determined using CRITIC (criterion importance through intercriteria correlation) analysis. The hybrid methodology determines the best combination of process parameters for different responses. ANOVA was used to discover the most critical parameters. Finally, confirmation experiments were conducted with optimal parameters to identify improvement in grey relational grade over the initial parameters. The study\u27s findings indicate that, compared to the initial process parameter setting, the grey relational grade (GRG) increased by 92.36% with the optimal parameter setting

Experimental Assessment of Moringa oleifera Leaf and Fruit for Its Antistress, Antioxidant, and Scavenging Potential Using In Vitro and In Vivo Assays

We have investigated effect of Moringa oleifera leaf and fruit extracts on markers of oxidative stress, its toxicity evaluation, and correlation with antioxidant properties using in vitro and in vitro assays. The aqueous extract of leaf was able to increase the GSH and reduce MDA level in a concentration-dependent manner. The ethanolic extract of fruit showed highest phenolic content, strong reducing power and free radical scavenging capacity. The antioxidant capacity of ethanolic extract of both fruit and leaf was higher in the in vitro assay compared to aqueous extract which showed higher potential in vivo. Safety evaluation studies showed no toxicity of the extracts up to a dose of 100 mg/kg body weight. Our results support the potent antioxidant activity of aqueous and ethanolic extract of Moringa oleifera which adds one more positive attribute to its known pharmacological importance

Spectrum of Transfusion Transmitted Infections Among Apparently Healthy Blood Donors in Blood Bank RIMS Ranchi From 2008 to 2014

Context: Apparently healthy blood donors might carry out transfusion transmitted infections which might be fatal for the donor himself as well as the recipient later on.Aim: To assess the seroprevalence of transfusion-transmitted infections (TTI) among apparently healthy blood donors in Ranchi, India. Methods and Materials: All blood samples were screened for HIV-I and II, HBsAg, HCV (by using third generation enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay technique), Syphilis (by Rapid Plasma Reagin Kit), and Malaria antigen both for plasmodium  falciparum and plasmodium vivax (by One step, rapid, immunochromatographic test).Result: On screening of 106,306 blood units for TTIs, 1,462 (1.37 %) donors were found positive for one of the TTIs. Highest prevalence was for HBV (970 donors - 0.91%) ranging from 0.73% to 1.19%. This was followed by Malaria (272 donors - 0.25%) ranging from 0.08% to 0.48%, HCV (127 donors - 0.11%) ranging from 0.04% to 0.25%, HIV (72 donors - 0.06%) ranging from 0.03% to 0.10%, and syphilis (21 donors 0.01%) ranging from 0.00% to 0.09%.Conclusions: Apparently healthy blood donors are not omitted from the danger of transfusion-transmitted infection.

Development of Graphene Nanoplatelets Reinforced Shape Memory Polyurethane and Their DMA Studies

    Get PDF
Shape memory nanocomposites have been synthesized using ether type shape memory polyurethane (SMPU) and graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs). A twin screw co-rotating microcompounder with a back flow channel has been employed to ensure proper dispersion of GNPs in the polymer matrix. Four compositions of GNPs in SMPU have been prepared. Morphology of fractured nanocomposites reveals uniform dispersion of graphene in SMPU. The dynamic-thermo-mechanical properties of nanocomposites at 0.1 and 10 Hz have been studied. Addition of 1 phr GNPs increases storage modulus of SMPU from 2.8 to 3.73 GPa and the value of tan δ peak has been decreased from 0.81 to 0.53. The GNPs in SMPU matrix influence shape recovery which improves with the addition of GNPs with in experimental range
