Enhancing the Supply Chain Management in Construction using Artificial Intelligence

    Get PDF
A new wave of digitization is reshaping the construction industry, but it also brings a wealth of new prospects. Building materials manufacturing, planning, design, and construction are all in a supply chain projected to be boosted by artificial intelligence. Along with this, facility management is also expected to benefit from this technology. Choosing the optimal project management solution, particularly for major building projects, is sometimes complicated and fraught with uncertainty. As per the original references, the success and efficiency of project management rely on using three pillars called “Management involvement,”“create and streaming systems,” and “using the tools.”Tools and procedures are directly in the knowledge areas of executives andengineers. On the other hand, the other two pillars rely on the outputs of the tools and procedures indirectly. As a result, tools and methods play a critical part in project management’s effective implementation. However, artificial intelligence includes collectingdata, induction, and experiment analysis to comprehend human intelligence modeling and non-numerical methods to solve complicated issues. Hence it can be used as a tool in four major fields: Integration Management, Project Procurement Management, Project Risk Management, and Project Communications Management;they can be used in numerous applications

Present investigation is carried out during the study period Jun 2010 to May 2011 to study the fish fauna from Paintakli dam. It is a perennial water resource which used for human consumption, agriculture and fisheries in taluka Chikli and Mahekar, district Buldhana. It is situated approximately 45 km from district Buldhana. In the present study it was observed that the ichthyofauna belong to 07 order 10 families, 19 genus and 21 species, were Cyprinidae family is dominant with 10 (47.61%) species followed by Channidae and Mastacembelidae with 02 (9.52%) species, Balitoridae, Bagridae, Clariidae, Belonidae, Notopteridae, Cichlidae, and Poecilidae contribute 01(4.76%) species each. Finally it may be concluded that the water parameters are within permissible limit and support  fish diversity  of Paintakli dam were Cyprinidae family which is dominant and still in a position to set a good example of conservation and sustainable management of fish and fishery.&nbsp

Nowadays major wants of top quality videos while not reproduce interruption. Considering on various request at the same time, it was delaying videos of upper bitrates. During this paper, the load balancing video streaming method we tend to thought of as reinforcement learning task. We tend to outline a state to explain this state of affairs, as well as the index of the requested phase, this offered information measure and alternative system parameters for every streaming step. For this reinforcement learning task a finite state Andre Markov Decision Process (MDP) may be sculptured. To specialize in the problems connected with video streaming is that the psychological feature work of this analysis. On load equalization on server, less buffering, individuals have less time to buffering video and streaming depends. However, with the introduction of two internet server system performance is seems to be increased

Cp2ZrCl2: AN EFFICIENT CATALYST FOR MULTICOMPONENT SYNTHESIS OF CAROTENOID DEHYDROSQUALENE SYNTHASE INHIBITING PYRANO[2,3-d]PYRIMIDINEDIONES

Objectives: The present protocol deals with zirconocene dichloride (Cp2ZrCl2) catalyzed synthesis of pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidinediones through one-pot multicomponent reactions of aromatic aldehydes with malononitrile and barbituric acid at ambient temperature. All the synthesized compounds were characterized and evaluated for antibacterial, antifungal, and antioxidant activities. Furthermore, a molecular docking was carried out to reveal the atomic insights between synthesized compounds and carotenoid dehydrosqualene synthase (PDB ID: 3ACX). Methods: All the synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activity by diffusion method. Antioxidant activities such as 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and radical scavenging activity. A mixture of barbituric acid 1 (1 mmol), malononitrile 2 (1 mmol), benzaldehyde 3a (1 mmol), ethanol (5 mL), and Cp2ZrCl2 (5 mol %) was stirred at ambient temperature for specified time. After completion of reaction as indicated by thin-layer chromatography, the obtained crude product was filtered and purified by column chromatography on silica gel (Merck, 60–120 mesh) using ethyl acetate:pet. ether to afford pure product which was then characterized by spectroscopic methods such by FTIR, nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy. Results: All the synthesized pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidinediones were characterized by spectroscopic analysis. The results revealed that pyrano[2,3-d] pyrimidinediones (4 a-k) displayed the zone of inhibition in the range of 3–13 mm. The most active compound 4b displayed largest zone of inhibition of 13 mm for Escherichia coli (NCIM-2832) and 9 mm for Bacillus subtilis (NCIM-2635). The antifungal and antioxidant activity of all synthesized pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidinediones (4a-k) showed moderate to good activity. Molecular docking studies suggest that pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidinediones might inhibit the carotenoid dehydrosqualene synthase activity. Conclusion: All the synthesized pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidinediones display moderate to good antibacterial, antifungal, and antioxidant activity. This molecular docking studies supported that pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidinediones might inhibit the carotenoid dehydrosqualene synthase (PDB ID: 3ACX)

Nowadays people widely use internet for purchasing a home, car, furniture etc.  In order to obtain information for purchasing that product user prefer advertisements, pamphlets, and various sources or obtain the information by means of Salesperson. Though, to receiving such product information on computer or any device, users have to use  lots of mouse and keyboard actions again and again, which is wastage of time and inconvenience. This will reduce the amount of time to gather particular information regarding the particular product. User is also unable to determine its inner dimensions through images. These dimensions can be predicted by using 3D motion tracking of human movements and Augmented Reality. Based on 3D motion tracking of human movements and Augmented Reality application, we introduce a such kind of interaction that is not seen before . In the proposed system, the main aim is to demonstrate that with better interaction features in showrooms as well as online shopping could improve sales by demonstrating the purchasing item more wider. With the help of the our project the customer will be able to view his choices on screen according to him and thereby can make better decisions. In this paper, we proposed hand gesture detection and recognition method to detect hand movements , and then through the hand gestures, control commands are sent to the system that enable user to retrieve data and access from Information Kiosk for better purchase decision.
