Amplitude of radial oscillations and imbalance parameters of the rotating rotor
The paper proposes a method of continuous definition of imbalance magnitude of a rotating rotor in process of its operation on the basis of analysis of amplitude of the radial fluctuations, which is measured (identified) as a distance between rotation and symmetry axes of a roto
Main factors that cause negative complications of foot function after receiving mechanical traumatic injuries
The article is devoted to an important and relevant area of forensic and clinical research to clarify and implement in medical theory and practice the main factors that cause negative complications of lower extremity function after fractures and other injuries due to mechanical trauma during traffic accidents ( further - road accident) and lead to permanent disability of more than 33%. Therefore, the aim of the study was to identify the criteria that indicate the occurrence of severe consequences of mechanical injury in the form of permanent disability of more than 33%, and to determine the value of these prognostic criteria.
The material of the study was 180 forensic examinations and tests and medical records of victims of road accidents. Of these, 120 examinations and research - the main group, and 60 - control. A number of current legal documents describing the concepts and types of disability have also been studied.
The methods were scientific analysis of legal sources and methods of descriptive statistics of medical and forensic documentation.
The results of the study allowed us to identify 8 groups of symptoms that cause the negative consequences of post-traumatic changes in the form of permanent disability of more than 33%. Based on the study of these signs, prognostic criteria for modern forensic assessment of the severity of injuries burdened with loss of general ability to work in the above range were developed.
The ranking of these prognostic criteria in the main group (voters) was carried out.
A number of clinical and forensic features of modern forms and types of mechanical trauma of the lower extremities during an accident and the consequences of such injuries have been identified.
A number of inconsistencies of by-laws regulating forensic medical examination in the field of glossary on permanent disability are shown.
Conclusions and recommendations for improving the theory and practice of forensic determination of the degree of disability are given

Microwave Antennas and Circuits Modeling Using Electromagnetic Field Simulator
Electromagnetic field simulators have become a widely used tool in a design process of microwave circuits and systems. A proper usage of electromagnetic (EM) field simulators allows substantial reduction of the design time providing reliable results. In such case the required parameters of the designed circuit can be reached even at the first manufactured prototype in spite of high complexity of the structure. However, EM simulation as a numerical process suffers from systematic and random errors similar to measurement using real equipment. Thus the setting of the EM-field simulator such as a frequency range, mesh properties, usage of PEC and PMC walls etc. has to be done with the highest attention and the simulation results have to be always verified using well-established techniques. The aim of the paper is to demonstrate the selected capability of EM-field simulators with a few examples of antenna and circuit modeling. Also an issue of reliability and simulation errors will be discussed

Arbitrary Q-factor Dielectric Resonator
New circuit component, active resonator, is proposed for use in microwave and millimetrewave circuits. It consists of a common resonator and an amplifier, compensating for losses in the resonator. Properly designed, such an arrangement behaves as a (passive) resonator with dramatically increased quality factor. High quality factors can be achieved even at millimetrewave frequencies, where common resonators suffer from losses due to small skin depths. Viability of the component is experimentally verified at microwave region using a TE01 dielectric resonator and an oscillator

Possibility to study eta-mesic nuclei and photoproduction of slow eta-mesons at the GRAAL facility
A new experiment is proposed with the aim to study eta-mesic nuclei and
low-energy interactions of eta with nuclei. Two decay modes of eta produced by
a photon beam inside a nucleus will be observed, namely a collisional decay
\eta N \to \pi N inside the nucleus and the radiative decay \eta \to \gamma
\gamma outside. In addition, a collisional decay of stopped S_{11}(1535)
resonance inside the nucleus, S_{11}(1535) N \to N N, will be studied. The
experiment can be performed using the tagged photon beam at ESRF with the
end-point energy 1000 MeV and the GRAAL detector which includes a
high-resolution BGO calorimeter and a large acceptance lead-scintillator
time-of-flight wall. Some results of simulation and estimates of yields are
given.Comment: 20 pages, 19 figure
