Analisis Kompetensi Guru Kelas Rendah terhadap Pembelajaran di SD Gondrong 7
This study aims to determine the competence of teachers in Gondrong 7 Elementary School. As well as to find out what are the weaknesses and strengths of teacher competencies at the Elementary School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the analysis of this study note that the teacher's competency needs are very important to teach lessons in class. If a teacher does not have competence, the learning process will not be conducive, because the teacher is an intermediary between learning and students. Furthermore, the teacher also acts as a parent in the school, so the teacher will be the only person trusted by students in the school so that students have the will to study harder
Pembelajaran Anak Autisme di SDN Larangan 5
The purpose of this research is to find out how children with autism participate in learning at SDN Larangan 5. To find out how teachers guide students with autism at SDN Larangan 5. By using qualitative methods. Based on the results of research at SDN Larangan 5 researchers have presented the data in the previous chapter using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation, so conclusions can be drawn. In participating in classroom learning, students who have autism usually only follow orders from the teacher, the way children learn at school is by getting closer to students who have autism, giving good examples so that children are easy to follow orders from class teachers, with lots of practice making the main key in the learning process in the classroom
