Customer Experience, Brand Image and Its Impact Towards Revisit Intention to Batavia Café Jakarta

The diversity of people who live in big cities like Jakarta makes consumer demand and tastes always change. This makes the culinary business more enthusiastic to meet market demand and compete with other culinary business owners. In an effort to maintain market share and competitiveness, culinary and restaurant business actors can focus on the experience gained by customers during consumption rather than just selling products or services. Loyal visitors are very impactful for restaurant business managers. They will come back again to visit, write positive reviews on social media or blogs and even recommend to relatives, friends, friends to visit a certain restaurant that is considered good and interesting and worth visiting. Therefore, business owners or restaurant managers must be able to build a positive image of the restaurant. One of the efforts to build a positive image is through the brand.One of them is Café Batavia which has a building dating from the Dutch colonial period. Previously this building was the official residence of the Dutch Governor. The building is a cultural heritage that is very well preserved. The interior design is intentionally made in accordance with the Dutch colonial period so that visitors feel they are in the past. This uniqueness is not easily obtained in other places so that this can be a differentiator for culinary lovers and make Café Batavia have its own brand image in the minds of its consumers. However, local tourists' interest in visiting Cafe Batavia (20%) is only slightly due to the price of food which tends to be expensive and mostly western and chinese food. Cafe Batavia serves many menus such as wine, cocktails, or other menus that are difficult to accept or may only be enjoyed by certain circles of the local community. This study uses a quantitative approach, has an unknown population of customers of Café Batavia Jakarta. The sample size was obtained by 5x24 indicators, namely 120 consumers with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The final conclusion is that customer experience and brand image have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. It is also recommended several things related to repeated visits for future research purposes

Kelayakan Laboratorium Biologi Sebagai Penunjang Kegiatan Praktikum Di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Dan 2 Surakarta Tahun 2015

Many school there are not fully realized importace of Biologi lab in accordance with standards government has set. This research have to knowexpediency biology laboratories as supporting practical work activity at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Surakarta and compare expediency biology laboratories as supporting practical work activity at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Surakarta. This research constitute qualitative descriptive research. Subjects in this research were laboratory personnel biology teachers, while the objects of research is biology laboratories. Data was collected through observation, structured interview, and documentation. The test result of the research descriptive qualitative expediency laboratories at SMA mentioned show (1) design space biology laboratories at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Surakarta average already good enough, percentage yield observation sheet and 50% and yield on the structured interview 60%, (2) facility biology laboratories percentage 95%(very good) and 99% (very good), (3) completeness of material biology laboratory based on the observation sheet, already meet minimal standards as big as 100% categorized as very good, 4) administration of an average of biology lab at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Surakarta each 86,35% (good)and 72,7% (good), 5) the management organization of the practical at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Surakarta each72,25% (good) dan 89% (very good), 6) biology teaching activities at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Surakarta same 84,2% (very good). The idea of this study appear based on that de facto Prodi PAI Faculty Tarbiyah and Teaching (FITK) UIN Raden Fatah, who scored the candidate GPAI by decree of the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT) in 2000, bears the title of accreditation B, and now has increases with the predicate of accreditation A based SK BAN-PT Number: 182 / SK / BAN-PT / Akres / S / VI / 2014. Of course, the conditions and this position needs to be maintained and improved continuously (sustainable).Based on these facts the focus of this research is to explore simultaneously evaluate teacher competence (pedagogic competence, personality, professional and social) educational program students field experience (PPLK) PAI Prodi in the teacher's perspective pamong school / madrasah FITK partner UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. In this case performs a search view / response (response) and expectations (expectation) or conduct (cross check) to the field against the PPLK student teacher competence, especially students PPLK Prodi PAI. The question is whether the students PPLK Prodi PAI has the ability or competence in performing qualified practice in the field? In other words, if the student PPLK PAI Prodi has competence as required by the Law on Teachers and Lecturers and government regulation associated with it? The answers to these important questions to be explored in order to know how exactly the professionalism and competence of students PPLK Prodi PAI in PPLK their duties at school / madrasah partner.This research approach is qualitative research explorative, ie digging as much data as possible through in-depth interviews and observation (participant observation) related to the competence of teacher students PPLK Prodi PAI FITK UIN Raden Fatah and expectations of teachers tutor school / madrasah partner for the competence of teacher students PPLK Prodi PAI FITK UIN Raden Fatah to be constructed as a picture of the ideal model of graduates deemed appropriate quality standards and the expectations of the PAI LPTK (stakeholders). As the primary source of this study was composed of teachers tutor informant who comes MAN, MAS, and SDIT Private High School who had been a school / madrasah FITK partner UIN Raden Fatah. The informant retrieval tailored to the needs of data to be extracted and focus on issues that were analyzed.Based on data analysis can be concluded that students PPLK Prodi FITK PAI already meet the minimum standards (not disappoint) teacher competence. However, efforts to increase still needs to be done to achieve the maximum standard (satisfactory). Based on the answers of informants and the findings of this research, a lot of things that need to be evaluated and repaired by anyone FITK particularly Prodi PAI to improve the competence of teacher students Prodi PAI, ranging from increased knowledge, technical skills, strengthening governance and deepening of the material field of expertise (PAI) to reform giving assignments parenting courses to lecturers appropriate field of expertise and experience (not professors who are still amateur) as well as the need to involve practitioners (teachers professional) parenting courses that are directly related to the competence of jocularity and practice activities / arena experience learning real school / madrasah. Education is a right that must be obtained by all humans without exception. In its implementation, education consists of various important elements such as teachers, students, parents, and facilitators in the field of education. However, in reality, the implementation of educational activities is often found obstacles that hinder the fulfillment of educational needs. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the pandemic has become a major obstacle in implementing it. Another problem related to the implementation of educational activities is the uneven accessibility in several regions in Indonesia. One area that is currently experiencing these two obstacles is Roworejo Village, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study will look for the right method for the Roworejo village community in stabilizing their education sector and implementing a solution in the form of "Educational Houses" for the continuity of educational activities in the village area

Pelatihan Manajemen Sederhana Keuangan Keluarga Di Desa Pelawi Selatan

Community Service Training on Family Financial Planning and Simple Bookkeeping for Housewives has the aim of training family financial planning and simple bookkeeping for housewives, especially for women in Pelawi Selatan Village, Babalan District, Langkat Regency. Based on the initial survey of 10 respondents, it is known that out of 10 participants, mothers and housewives have not carried out family financial planning properly. The record keeping is still very limited, that is, it only records people's debts. The service method uses counseling and qualitative analysis. The results of the service, after the pre-test and post-test were carried out from 10 counseling participants, all of the 10 participants had understood family financial planning and simple bookkeeping for housewives. So, housewives can do family financial planning and can make simple bookkeeping for housewives and can record family finances well

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION: Studi Pada Pembelajaran Lay Up Shoot Bola Basket

Permainan bola basket merupakan salah satu olahraga permainan yang lazim diajarkan di sekolah tingkat menengah, namun banyak siswa yang kurang menguasai teknik layup shoot. Penulis ingin menanggulanginya dengan menggunkakan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap kemampuan layup shoot siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Sumber. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan eksperimen dan menggunakan desain penelitian pretest and postest group design. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 20 orang siswa putra dari kelas VIII di SMP N 1 Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon yang di ambil dengan cara purposive. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan layup shoot menurut Jackson Baumgartner yang memiliki validitas 0,78. Data hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang cukup signifikan pada kemampuan layup shoot yang diakibatkan oleh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division. Dengan demikian diharapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Division dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran olahraga permainan terutama permainan bola basket teknik layup shoot

APLIKASI PENGENALAN ALAT MUSIK TRADISIONAL INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE BASED MARKER AUGMENTED REALITY BERBASIS ANDROID

Augmented reality sebagai metode pengenalan alat musik tradisional indonesia adalah salah satu cara memperkenalkan alat musik tradisional bagi pemula yang ingin mengenal ataupun mengetahui bagaimanakah bentuk dan nada suara dari alat musik tradisional tersebut. Aplikasi untuk pengenalan alat musik tradisional ini mungkin nantinya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan rasa kecintaan terhadap alat musik tradisional yang berasal dari indonesia ini. Sep-erti yang kita ketahui bersama sangat jarang dijumpainya alat musik tradisional indonesia yang dimainkan di tempat tempat umum, padahal kombinasi alat musik tradisional seperti angklung dan gamelan ataupun alat musik tradisional lainnya sangatlah enak untuk didengarkan dan dapat menarik perhatian setiap orang baik warga lokal maupun interlokal selain untuk melestarikan bisa juga untuk mengundang ketertarikan turis mancanegara sehingga dapat menguntungkan negara. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mempermudah setiap orang baik muda dewasa ataupun yang sudah tua untuk memainkanya dimanapun berada tanpa harus pergi ketempat asal alat musik tradisional itu berada. Aplikasi augmented reality yang dibangun nantinya akan diaplikasikan dan dijalankan pada platform mobile android, dimana pada cara kerjanya aplikasi ini akan menggunakan kamera smartphone android sebagai inputan untuk melacak dan membaca marker (penanda) yang telah dibuat pada media seperti buku atau majalah dengan menggunakan sistem tracking. Setelah marker terbaca atau terlacak nantinya alat musik tradisional dalam bentuk 3D akan tampil dan virtual button pun akan muncul sehingga pengguna dapat mengenal alat musik tradisional ini berdasarkan bentuk 3Dnya dan dapat memainkan nadanya berdasarkan objek virtual button yang disentuh. Pengguna nantinya bisa mendapatkan aplikasi ini secara gratis dan mengunduhnya secara online, untuk media marker (penanda) seperti buku atau majalah dapat di unduh juga secara online dan gratis selain itu dapat juga dicetak atau di print sendiri oleh pengguna

PENINGKATAN READING SISWA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN STAD

Guna peningkatan reading siswa SMK Karya Bhakti Brebes maka  dilaksanakan PKM pada Kamis, 15 Juni 2023 pukul 09.00-11.00 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD. Dengan menggunakan website quizizz untuk pengerjaan pretest, gruptest dan postest. Siswa berasal dari jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL). Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM ini menunjukkan siswa lebih mudah memahami bagaimana cara membaca yang efektif dengan metode scanning dan skimming. Materi reading yang diujikan juga mudah dipahami para siswa sehingga tidak terlalu membebani para siswa dalam menjawabnya

Hubungan Pengetahuan terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Binangun Cilacap

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberkulosis. Tingkat keberhasilan pengobatan tuberkulosis sangat tergantung dari tingkat kepatuhan pasien. Pengetahuan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan seseorang dalam menjalani tahap pengobatan. Pengetahuan pasien tentang penyebab, tanda dan gejala, penularan, pencegahan cara konsumsi dan lamanya pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pasien tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Binangun Cilacap. Jenis penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dengan populasi penelitian yaitu pasien yang sedang menjalani pengobatan tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Binangun Cilacap. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 respoden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa responden dengan tingkat kepatuhan tinggi sebanyak 29 orang (90,6%). Responden dengan tingkat kepatuhan sedang sebanyak 3 orang (9,4%). Responden dengan pengetahuan dan tingkat kepatuhan tinggi sebanyak 19 orang (59,4%) dan responden dengan pengetahuan sedang dan tingkat kepatuhan tinggi sebanyak 10 orang (31,3%) sedangkan respoden dengan pengetahuan dan tingkat kepatuhan sedang sebanyak 3 orang (9,4%). Kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan uji Spearman Rho diperoleh p-value 0,028 < α (0,05) dan τ 0,389 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan lemah antara pengetahuan dengan tingkat kepatuhan pasien tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Binangun Cilacap yang bersifat positif
