    Analytical modeling of synchronous demodulation of a multi-DOF gyro-accelerometer

    This paper reports a analytical model of a 4-DOF gyro-accelerometer consisting of 2-DOF drive and 2-DOF sense oscillators configured orthogonally. A detection scheme for time varying angular rate and linear acceleration, by combining the structural-model of gyro-accelerometer with the processes of synchronous demodulation and filtration, has also been spelt out to investigate frequency responses at the event of angular motion and linear acceleration. Finally, the results of the model have been validated by comparing with MATLAB®/Simulink data which shows excellent matching with each other

    UV-LIGA fabrication process for realization of metal based MEMS gyroscope

    This paper reports the complete fabrication process flow based on UV-LIGA technology for realization of metal based MEMS gyroscope. In this process, nickel is used as the structural layer and copper as the sacrificial layer. The economical three mask process has been optimized and the detailed step by step procedure for carrying out the fabrication is presented. The fabrication results after each process step have been presented and discussed. Scanning electron micrograph images of the released prototype gyroscope devices have been presented to demonstrate the successful fabrication of the prototypes

    Agricultural plant hyperspectral imaging dataset

    Detailed automated analysis of crop images is critical to the development of smart agriculture and can significantly improve the quantity and quality of agricultural products. A hyperspectral camera potentially allows to extract more information about the observed object than a conventional one, so its use can help in solving problems that are difficult to solve with conventional methods. Often, predictive models that solve such problems require a large dataset for training. However, sufficiently large datasets of hyperspectral images of agricultural plants are not currently publicly available. Therefore, we present a new dataset of hyperspectral images of plants in this paper. This dataset can be accessed via URL https://pypi.org/project/HSI-Dataset-API/. It contains 385 hyperspectral images with a spatial resolution of 512 by 512 pixels and spectral resolution of 237 spectral bands. The images were captured in the summer of 2021 in Samara and Novocherkassk (Russia) using Offner based Imaging Hyperspectrometer of our own production. The article demonstrates the work of some basic approaches to the analysis of hyperspectral images using the dataset and states problems for further solving.This work was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation under Grant 00600/2020/51896 agreement number 075-15-2022-319

    В данной работе описаны теоретические аспекты обобщённых линз. Были описаны структуры обобщённой гармонической линзы, имеющей различные и диаметры и различные степени N. Так же рассмотрена функция рассеяния точки (ФРТ) системы, состоящей из нескольких обобщённых гармонических линз, таким образом, была отражена многокомпонентная оптическая система. This work described theoretical aspects of generalized lens. We described a generalized harmonic lens with diffrent diameters and having variuos degree N. Also the point spread function system consisted from several generalized harmonic lens was shown.     Calculation and modeling of harmonic lenses with variable height microrelief

    В работе произведён расчёт структуры гармонической линзы c переменной высотой рельефа (рельеф которой рассчитан под 3 длины волны: 450, 550 и 650 нм) и с постоянной высотой микрорельефа с заданным порядком (N = 10), была вычислена функция рассеяния точки для данных типов гармонических линз, произведено сравнение размеров главных максимумов в области 40х40 микрон при падении на данные линзы 3- х длин волн (соответственно 450, 500 и 650 нм) и при падении 11 длин волн (от 450 нм до 650 нм с шагом 20 нм). После этого показана функция рассеяния точки в области 1х1 мм 3-х диапазонной гармонической линзы и гармонической линзы с постоянной высотой микрорельефа. The calculation and modeling of harmonic lenses is carried out.     Modified method of direct laser writing radially symmetric structures

    Предложен и промоделирован модифицированный метод прямой лазерной записи по фоторезисту. Метод основан на использовании плоскопараллельной пластины для смещения пишущего пучка. Проведено экспериментальное исследование по записи радиально-симметричных структур пучком со смещенной фокусировкой. A modified direct laser photoresist recording method was proposed and modeled. The method is based on using a planar-parallel plate to shift the writing beam.
