    本文分别结合知网 (HowNet) 和WordNet 讨论知识工程中最常用的两种语义分析方法,即义素分析和语义场分析的方法。知网和WordNet分别是目前应用最广泛的汉语和英语的知识库。知网是以汉语和英语的词语所代表的概念为描述对象,以揭示概念与概念之间以及概念所具有的属性之间的关系为基本内容的常识知识库,1999年上网发布,并不断更新,最新版为2008年版。本文以1.0版为讨论对象。WordNet是由美国George A. Miller主持完成的一个大型的英语知识库(a large lexical database of English),迄今也不断更新,本文也主要以较早(1997年)发布的16版为考察对象

    "积极修辞" 是汉语修辞学研究从日本近代修辞学中借用来的一个概念,和 "消极修辞" 相对。具体含义可参照王易 《修辞学》所作的解释: "消极者为修辞最低标准之准备上必要现象,积极在为向修辞最高标准上经过现象。 (1926: 33) 陈介白的《修辞学》则照抄了这段话: "消极方面是修辞最低标准的准备上必要现象; 积极方面是向修辞最高标准上经过现象。(1930: 14) 王易《修辞学》、陈介白《修辞学》以及后来的陈望道的《修辞学发凡》都受到日本著作的深刻影响,基本上把 "积极修辞" 变成了 "辞格" 的代名词。这个传统一?延续到了当代汉语修辞学研究中。而最近几年,西方认知语言学对隐喻的研究取得了很多重要的研究成果,在这些成果的影响下, 汉语修辞学研究也逐渐摆脱语言技巧方面的探讨,并尝试用认知的方法来研究以比喻为主的 "积极修辞" 或辞格。在这个新的认知的理伦架构中,辞格由于在语言运用方面的创新而被推崇型为一种有创造力的认知工具。"积极修辞" 和创新思维紧密相连,修辞甚至能够帯来科技的创新和发明,似乎已经成了修辞学界的共识了。(束定芳2000: 100) 这种把修辞学当成一种工具性的学科的观点,无疑会大大抬高修辞学的学科地位。但是作为修辞学研究者,我们必须要实事求是,必须对修辞学研究的性质保持清醒的头脑。我们认为,积极修辞的创新仅仅是一种语言运用的创新,这种创新始于语言,也终于语言,和科技的创新并没有多大的关系。过分拔高修辞学研究,不仅不利于科技的创新和进步,在一定程度上也会损古人们对修辞学研究本身科学内涵的认识,从长远来看,对修辞学本身的友展也是不利的

    Can sports participation be a protective factor against suicide-related outcomes in adolescents: a systematic review

    BackgroundSuicide-related outcomes among adolescents have become a serious public health problem worldwide. Emerging evidence suggests that sports participation may interact with suicide-related outcomes. The objective of this systematic review is to systematically review and summarize the association between sports participation and suicide-related outcomes among adolescents.DesignA systematic review according to PRISMA Statement (International Platform of Registered Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols registration: INPLASY202330072) https://inplasy.com/inplasy-2023-3-0072/.MethodsThe literature search was conducted in three electronic databases: Web of Science, PubMed, and EBSCOhost.ResultsA total of 16 studies (12 cross-sectional studies, 4 prospective studies) met the inclusion criteria were evaluated. Strong consistent evidence was found for the negative association between suicidal ideation, suicide attempts, and sports participation among adolescents. There was insufficient evidence to support consistency in the association between sports participation and suicide plans, and no evidence regarding gender differences between sports participation and these suicide-related outcomes. Furthermore, there was heterogeneity in the measures of sports participation and suicide-related outcomes across the included studies.ConclusionEvidence suggests that more sports participations are associated with lower suicidal ideation and suicide attempts in adolescents. However, the directionality of the observed associations should be examined based on more high-quality longitudinal studies in the future

    A Novel Frequency Domain Iterative Image Registration Algorithm Based on Local Region Extraction

    Because of the differences of imaging time, position between sensor and target position, scaling, rotation, translation, and other transformations between the series of images will be generated by the imaging system. The conventional phase correlation algorithm has been widely applied because of its advantages of high speed, precision, and weak influence of the geometric distortion when computing these changing parameters. However, when the scaling factor and the rotation angle are too large, it is difficult to use the conventional phase correlation method for high precision registration. To solve this problem, this paper presents a novel method, which combines the speeded up robust features algorithm and the phase correlation method under the log polar. Through local region extraction and reusing a two-step iterative phase correlation algorithm, this method avoids excessive computation and the demand of characteristics of the image and effectively improves the accuracy of registration. A plurality of visible light image simulation verifies that this is a fast, accurate, and robust algorithm, even when the image has large angle rotation and large multiple scaling

    Feature-Assisted Machine Learning for Predicting Band Gaps of Binary Semiconductors

    The band gap is a key parameter in semiconductor materials that is essential for advancing optoelectronic device development. Accurately predicting band gaps of materials at low cost is a significant challenge in materials science. Although many machine learning (ML) models for band gap prediction already exist, they often suffer from low interpretability and lack theoretical support from a physical perspective. In this study, we address these challenges by using a combination of traditional ML algorithms and the ‘white-box’ sure independence screening and sparsifying operator (SISSO) approach. Specifically, we enhance the interpretability and accuracy of band gap predictions for binary semiconductors by integrating the importance rankings of support vector regression (SVR), random forests (RF), and gradient boosting decision trees (GBDT) with SISSO models. Our model uses only the intrinsic features of the constituent elements and their band gaps calculated using the Perdew–Burke–Ernzerhof method, significantly reducing computational demands. We have applied our model to predict the band gaps of 1208 theoretically stable binary compounds. Importantly, the model highlights the critical role of electronegativity in determining material band gaps. This insight not only enriches our understanding of the physical principles underlying band gap prediction but also underscores the potential of our approach in guiding the synthesis of new and valuable semiconductor materials

    Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are endogenous, non-coding RNAs, which are derived from host genes that are present in several species and can be involved in the progression of various diseases. circRNAs’ leading role is to act as RNA sponges. In recent years, the other roles of circRNAs have been discovered, such as regulating transcription and translation, regulating host genes, and even being translated into proteins. As some tumor cells are no longer radiosensitive, tumor radioresistance has since become a challenge in treating tumors. In recent years, circRNAs are differentially expressed in tumor cells and can be used as biological markers of tumors. In addition, circRNAs can regulate the radiosensitivity of tumors. Here, we list the mechanisms of circRNAs in glioma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and non-small cell lung cancer; further, these studies also provide new ideas for the purposes of eliminating radioresistance in tumors
