Implementasi Mobile Syncing Owncloud sebagai Media Storage Menggunakan Sistem Operasi Berbasis Open Source
Owncloud is one of application sharing data and free editions also accompanied the business and Enterprise Edition, provides good security. Implementation of mobile syncing with the concept of onwcloud is required because the Exchange or sharing of data like images, video, and other files more accessible and practical. Then the confidentiality of data between employees, was more assured because owncloud-based. The research was carried out using the method of mobile syncing. Mobile syncing allows for storage of two or more versions of the same file, stored on your computer and on the network folder, identical to each other. These methods through the stages of implementation, configuration and data synchronization. From the application of the mind that this support owncloud software data storage both in the application that has been synchronized so owncloud owncloud can run in well and smoothly when used, such as in the form of a video, image, text to be accessible on the intranet or the internet.

Every organization or company engages in product selling, creates strategies, or attempts aiming at increasing their sale or market. One of them which is discussed in this research is the implementation of quality product improvement in increasing product sale. The objective of this research is to investigate the effect or the role of quality product improvement in increasing its sale in Textile Fabric of Boi Tulus Sianipar in Toba Samosir regency. This research also concerns on unique product of one area compared with others. Based on the data gathered and data analysis, it is concluded that the improvement of quality product affects its sale

Upaya Memperoleh Bibit Suweg {Amorphophallus Paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson} Melalui Stek Umbi Dan Stek Rachis Yang Dimanipulasi Dengan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh [Propagation of Suweg {Amorphophallus Paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson} Using Tuber and Rachis C
Elephant yam {Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson} can be developed as food for diversification in Indonesia. The main obstacle is in propagation, due to long period dormancy of tuber and slow life cycle. Study on propagation of elephant yam was conducted in of Bogor Botanical Garden nursery. The aims of this study are to propagate elephant yam using tuber and rachis cutting manipulated with Plant Growth Regulators (PGR) respectively to break dormancy and to obtain an effective and efficient propagation method. PGR used in tuber cutting (small adjacent tuber and sliced-bulb) is GA3 10 ppm, GA3 20 ppm, IBA 10 ppm, IBA 20 ppm, BAP 10 ppm, BAP 20 ppm and control with or without burned husk, meanwhile PGR used in rachis cutting (R1, R2 and R3) is BAP 1 ppm, NAA 1ppm, and Rootone-F 1600 ppm. Propagation with tuber showed that IBA, GA3, control, and BAP gave similar result in developing bud numbers. Propagation with small adjacent tuber gave better result in sprouting number. Propagation with small adjacent tuber and manipulated with GA3 resulted highest sprouting number. Rootone-F 1600 ppm caused death, meanwhile BAP, NAA, and their combination (BAP-NAA) had no influence on rachis cutting growth. Lower doses Rootone-F, BAP, NAA, and BAP-NAA higher doses, rachis cuttings from juveniles are recommended
The Changes of Social Culture and the Level of Migrant Welfare Batak Who Worked in the Informal Sector in Bogor
The purpose of this research is to analyze the changes of social culture and the level of migrant welfare Batak who worked in the informal sector in the city of Bogor. This research provides a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach is obtained from the results of the indepth interviews. Quantitative survey method using approaches that take the 35 respondents. There is no society which does not suffer changes Migrant Batak is no exception. Changes that occur on the migrants include Batak culture and social change in the level of well-being. Social change include the interactions he does as well as relations with his family before and after becoming migrants. Culture change includes the values of religion, customs and mindset towards material and individualist attitudes. The welfare changes include income levels, access to medical services as well as housing conditions and ownership of the valuables owned by migrant Batak before and after become migrants in the informal sector
Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Hansen Terhadap Kandungan Gosipol Pada Kultur Kalus Gossypium Hirsutum L.*[the Effect of Saccharomycetes Cerevisiae Hansen Extract on Gosipol Content of Gossypium Hirsutum L. Callus Cultures]
This study concentrated on the effect of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Hansen extract on gosipol content of Gossypium hirsutum L callus cultures. There were many ways commonly used to obtain high secondary metabolites product by using tissue culture,i.e. elicitation.The objective of this study was to increase the production ofgossypol on G. hirsutum callus cultures using elicitor derived from S. cerevisiae.The callus grew optimally and produced gossypol on Linsmaierand Skoog (LS) medium with the addition of 10 M NAA and 10 M 2,4-D. Callus derived from cotyledon was subcultured five times.Callus was then elicited with elicitor derived from autoclaved S. cerevisiae and concentration of elicitor tested were 0.5, 1.0 and 2.5% (b/v). The harvesting times were 0, 2, 4, dan 6 days after elicitation. The gossypol was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).Gossypol content was influenced significantly by concentration of elicitor and harvesting time.The maximum ofgossypol content was obtained on the 4 day after elicitation i.e. 469.233 Β± 2.332 pg/g dry weight in the elicited callus of G. hirsutum
Penerapan Teori Backward Recursive Untuk Menentukan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Dan Gaji Pada PT Xyz
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan Program Dinamik dengan perhitungan mundur (backward recursive) model matematis : fi(Si,Xi) = ri(Si,Xi) + f(i β 1)(S(i β 1),X(i β 1)) dimana i = nomor tahap (i = 1, 2, ..., n), Xi = variabel keputusan pada tahap i, Si= keadaan pada tahap i, ri (Si,Xi) = keputusan pada tahap i, fi, (Si,Xi)= keputusan optimal dari tahap 1 sampai i, fiβ1 (Siβ1,Xiβ1 )= keputusan optimal dari tahap i sampai 1. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari Perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan teori Program Dinamik perhitungan mundur maka jumlah jam kerja efektif 573.460 jam dapat dioptimalkan menjadi 468.714,27 jam dengan jumlah tenaga kerja (orang) yang dibutuhkan setiap bulan pada tahun 2011 adalah 152 orang/ bulan. Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebesar Rp 3.976.509.219 dengan menggunakan program dinamik dapat dioptimalkan menjadi Rp 3.236.431.421,94
