This Community Service program is one of the efforts made so that families of children with disabilities have a good source of income. The care of children with disabilities is different from other ordinary children. Children with disabilities need special protection, especially from their families. Caring for children with disabilities is very expensive, until children with disabilities get their basic rights as children. With this service program, children with disabilities can grow and develop like other ordinary children. The training was conducted by forming a curtain-tailing group from the Medan Polonia Women's Community (KPMP). From the results of this training, all group members can measure, sew and install pleated curtains and ring styles. This training gives parents who have children with disabilities have economic resources to continue a good life without having to leave their children at home alone

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui berbagai program gerakan literasi sekolah dalam menumbuhkan minat baca siswa SDN 06 0857 Jl. Durung No. 130 Medan. Membaca merupakan suatu hal yang seharusnya dikembangkan sejak dini. Rendahnya tingkat literasi di Indonesia menjadi hal yang mendasari tumbuhnya kesadaran tersebut. Literasi atau kemilekan adalah istilah umum yang merujuk kepada seperangkat kemampuan dan keterampilan individu dalam membaca, menulis, berbicara, menghitung dan memecahkan masalah pada tingkat keahlian tertentu yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Gerakan literasi di sekolah dasar ini bertujuan menumbuhkan budi pekerti melalui pembudayaan ekosistem literasi di sekolah agar mereka menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Memperkenalkan kebiasaan membaca sejak dini akan membantu siswa menjadi lebih terbiasa membaca dan memperluas wawasan mereka. Adapun cara yang dapat dilakukan agar Siswa lebih mudah membaca yaitu dengan membuat jadwal rutin untuk membaca, membuat dinding motivasi dan membaca buku pelajaran dan buku non pelajaran. Therefore, each village is expected to form a village children forum, as a forum for children to play a role in development. USU's Social Welfare Study Program is a study program that prepares social workers. Law Number 14 of 2019 concerning Social Workers states that a social worker is someone who has the knowledge, skills and values of social work practice and gets a certificate of competence. In carrying out social work practices based on a)non-discriminatory, b)solidarity c)justice d)professionalism e)expediency f)cohesiveness g)partnership h)accessibility and i)accountability. As a prospective professional social worker, you must prepare yourself to provide social services to everyone without exception. This includes providing social services to persons with disabilities. One type of disability is a group that has hearing loss or can't hear at all, who are often called deaf or deaf people. They have difficulty communicating with listeners. Therefore a social worker must be able to understand or communicate with deaf people. The Mono Community Service Program 2021 with the title Improving Skills of Prospective Social Workers in Improving Social Services for Disabilities Groups Through Sign Language Training has started in August with training methods conducted face-to-face and via zoom. Forming Family Welfare Villages: Efforts to Prevent Early Marriage in Denai Sarang Burung Village, Deli Serdang Regency

This service activity was carried out in Denai Sarang Burung Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, which has the challenge of early marriage as a serious social problem. Early marriage, which occurs when couples have not met the standards and age limits for married life, can have a negative impact on the local community. Therefore, prevention efforts involving families and adolescents are needed. Prevention activities are conducted through activities that aim to build communication between parents and teenagers. This includes training on making flower bouquet, snack bouquet and money bouquet. In addition, knowledge transfer was conducted on marriage law, the dangers of teenage promiscuity, and teenage reproductive health. The outcomes of this community service activity include the publication of scientific articles to be published in national journals, publication through mass media, and the making of videos to be uploaded on the YouTube platform. This activity was carried out in Denai Sarang Burung Village, Deli Serdang Regency, using FGD, counseling, and mentoring methods, involving synergy between local partners and the academic community of the University of North Sumatra

The Role of Dharma Wanita Sahabat Kampus in Creating a Sexual Violence-Free Campus Environment

This service discusses the strategic role of Dharma Wanita Sahabat Kampus (DWP) and the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (Satgas PPKS) in addressing sexual violence within the University of North Sumatra (USU). DWP USU plays a key role in socialization, training, and advocacy to create a safe and supportive campus culture. The USU PPKS Task Force, through socialization and education activities, aims to raise awareness and involve the entire campus community in the prevention and handling of sexual violence. Data shows that sexual violence at USU, especially between lecturers and students, requires concrete action. The socialization of DWP and PPKS Task Force covers aspects of definition, impact, reporting procedures, and the role of ASN wives in supporting policy implementation. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that a campus environment free of sexual violence will be established and empower the entire academic community. This journal details the concrete steps, embracing the active participation of DWP, PPKS Task Force, and other campus elements to achieve these goals

ABSTRAK PERAN ORANG TUA DALAM MENUMBUHKAN MINAT BELAJAR ANAK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SMP NEGERI 1 NATAR LAMPUNG SELATAN Oleh FITRI HAIRANI SIREGAR Virus covid-19 atau sering disebut dengan corona virus merupakan sebuah virus yang dating dari Wuhan ibukota provinsi Hubei China pada tahun 2019, yang memberikan efek membahayakan bagi individu yang terserang virus ini. Pada tahun 2020 virus covid-19 ini sudah tersebar diseluruh penjuru dunia, salah satunya Indonesia. Dampak adanya virus covid-19 ini sangat berpengaruh pada kehidupan di Indonesia salah satunya pada sector pendidikan. Untuk menanggulangi angka penyebaran virus covid-19 pemerintah Indonesia melakukan kebijakan Work From Home ( WFH ) dimana seluruh kegiatan dilakukan di dalam rumah dengan sistem daring ( dalam jaringan ) atau biasa di sebut online.Pada situasi seperti ini peserta didik dituntut dapat belajar mandiri dirumah berbantuan alat komunikasi elektronik yang dapat menghubungkan peserta didik dengan guru di sekolah. Terlepas dari itu semua, peserta didik membutuhkan sosok nyata seorang guru guna membimbing peserta didik belajar di rumah saat pandemi seperti ini untuk meningkatkan minat belajarnya. Penelitian ini berawal dari kurangnya peran orang tua dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar anak di masa pandemi ini. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar anak pada mata pelajaran PAI di masa pandemi covid-19.Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deksriptif. Penulis melakukan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber diantaranya, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Adapun sumber datanya adalah guru PAI, orang tua peserta didik, dan peserta didik. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data, reduksi data ( reduction data ), penyajian data ( data display ), dan penarikan kesimpulan (verfikasi ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar anak pada mata pelajaran PAI di masa pandemi covid-19 yaitu, peran orang tua sebagai pembimbing berperan mengawasi saat belajar, mengingatkan mengerjakan tugas, menemani saat pembelajaran daring, dan membantu saat peserta didik mengalami kesulitan saat pembelajaran daring. Peran orang tua sebagai motivator yaitu, berperan mengajak untuk belajar dan mengerjakan tugas, , memberikan semangat, memberikan hadiah, dan memberikan nasihat pada saat peserta didik yang tidak bersemangat mengikuti pembelajaran daring. Peran orang tua sebagai fasilitator yaitu, orang tua menyiapkan kebutuhan alat tulis peserta didik, buku-buku dan Al-Qur’an, media elektronik, memeriksa buku tugas peserta didik, dan memerintahkan peserta didik mengulang kembali materi yang sebelumnya di berikan oleh guru PAI Kata kunci :Peran Orang Tua, Minat Belajar Anak, Pandemi Covid-1

Pengaruh volume penjualan terhadap laba bersih pada PT. Sierad Produce Tbk

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pergerakan laba bersih yang tidak sesuai dengan volume penjualan, pada PT. Sierad Produce Tbk. Sehingga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh volume penjualan terhadap laba bersih pada PT. Sierad Produce Tbk. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah volume penjualan terhadap laba bersih. Apabila volume penjualan meningkat maka laba bersih juga meningkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan 32 laporan keuangan sebagai sampel penelitian melalui teknik Purposive Sampling dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dari satu perusahan dan time series 8 tahun terakhir. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji deskriptif, uji normalitas, analisis regresi sederhana, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa volume penjualan (X) tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih (Y) pada PT. Sierad Produce Tbk, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) dengan nilai signifikan 0,826 > 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh volumje penjualan (X) terhadap laba bersih (Y) koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,003 (0,3%) yang artinya sumbangan pengaruh variabel X (volume penjualan) terhadap variabel Y (laba bersih) sebesar 0,3%. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini
