    Get PDF
The article is devoted to an important topic - the assessment of survivability of complex technical systems, discusses the need to develop a methodology of forecasting reliability of complex systems on the example of liquid rocket thrusters with running a part of composite materials under actual operating conditions for their successful practical use in the propulsion systems. It is proposed to use graph-analytical method of risk analysis "tree structures" (a method of prof. Romanovsky) to predict the behavior of such systems

Development control systems takeover: Subject robotic arm on the example anthropomorhic robot AR-601

    Get PDF
It is proposed the formation software architecture of complex motion for robotic systems in the form of sets of behavior - patterns - similar to the motor reflexes of living organisms. To form patterns of behavior of the robot teh authors used a methodology of structural analysis of complex systems IDEF0, then developed types of elementary algorithms (patterns) that make up the dynamics of the anthropomorphic robot jump. The work is performed according to the Russian Government Program of Competitive Growth of Kazan Federal University

The intellectual component of the business of the construction industry enterprises

    Get PDF
At present, the issues of interrelation and mutual influence of the results of intellectual activity on the final results of the functioning of an enterprise are becoming more and more current, since the world community demonstrates the colossal growth and progressive development of enterprises of various industries using intellectual levers. Russian enterprises also strive to improve the efficiency of the qualitative and quantitative indicators of their companies’ activities, but at the same time use mainly material resources, which reduces the efficiency of resulting indicators. The article examines the indicators of the dynamics of economy and innovative development of the Russian Federation, presents the level of innovative activity of organizations in the period 2017-2019. The authors calculated the indicator of J. Tobin, which reflects the value of the intellectual capital of enterprises in the construction industry. The study showed that all the enterprises under consideration have intellectual capital, to a greater or lesser extent, however, its competent use and effective management are decisive in improving the efficiency of an enterprise

Mari of Bashkortostan in 1970-2010: Demographic and Linguistic Aspects of Ethnic Development

    Get PDF
The issues of ethnodemographic and ethnolinguistic development of the Mari population in Bashkortostan are considered. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the ethno-demographic situation in the regions of the country with a significant number of the Mari ethnic group. The results of a comparative analysis of the natural reproduction of the Mari in comparison with other ethnic groups in the republic are presented. The question is raised about the ethnolinguistic identity of the Mari population, which, according to census data, is losing its national language. The novelty of the study is seen in the fact that for the first time an analysis of the demographic and linguistic aspects of the development of the Mari population in the regions of the Ural-Volga region was carried out. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the issue of demographic development of the peoples of Russia at the present stage is becoming not only a social, but also a political and strategic problem. The authors elaborate on the results of interethnic interaction of the Maris in the zone of ethnocultural contacts. It is proved that, despite the high birth rate, the demographic development of the Maris has a negative balance. A review of the ethno-linguistic development of the Mari population is carried out taking into account the administrative-territorial division. It is concluded that the emerging trend of urbanization of the Mari negatively affects the preservation of the native Mari language

Manifestation of Identity among Diaspora Groups in Russian Multiethnic Region (on Example of Bashkortostan Jews)

The problems of identity manifestation in ethno-disperse groups, in particular Jews, in the Republic of Bashkortostan as one of the polyethnic Russian regions are considered. The study is based on the analysis of ethnolinguistic identity of Jews in the region in the late 19th, during 20th and early 21st centuries. It is noted that in the late 19th - early 20th centuries the ethnolinguistic identity of the Jewish population remained very high, but during the Soviet period, living in a multi-ethnic Republic, highly urbanized Jewish ethnic group, adapting to the local Russian-speaking environment, largely lost the native language of their nationality. Based on the results of a comparative analysis of the all-Union and all-Russian population censuses, it is proved that, despite the measures taken to revive the native languages, in the post-Soviet period, compared with the Soviet one, Jewish ethno-disperse group had no special changes in the ethnolinguistic identity - the recognition of the Jewish language as a native language remained very low. It is emphasized that the Jewish population living in Bashkortostan unlike representatives of other ethnic groups in the region (Bashkirs, Tatars, Russians, etc.), is mostly aware of the all-Russian identity more than regional

AR-601 anthropomorphic robot modeling and virtualization toolset for research and education purposes

    Get PDF
A program toolset for modeling and visualization of anthropomorphic robot AR-601 produced by "NPO Androidnaya technika" was implemented, allowing one to test the components of the control system and to debug control algorithms on a virtual model of the robot. The toolset might be used for both scientific and educational purposes. The work is performed according to the Russian Government Program of Competitive Growth of the Kazan Federal University (KFU)

© 2016 Fedorenko and Bykova. Open Access terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the modernization of engineering education aimed at specialists’ training to solve engineering and economic problems effectively. The goal of the paper is to develop the technology of the innovative content’s formation for engineering education. The leading method to the study of this problem is a method of quantization that allows compressing of the information to be studied and to create training modules and taxa. The study involved 430 teachers, 410 students who expressed their requirements for the content of engineering education, participated in the development and evaluation of training modules and taxa. Main results of the research consist in identifying of the stages for selection and structuring of the content for engineering education, requirements for the content (compliance with the invariant structure of professional activities; the system integrity of knowledge, abilities, skills, competences; taking into account of innovative educational, scientific and industrial developments) and defining of the rules for structuring (the compliance with professional functions; the identification of invariant and variant components; development of training modules; taxonomic representation of interdisciplinary relations; system integrity of structure-forming components). The significance of the findings is that the identified stages of selection and structuring of the content for engineering education provide extensive use of technology (controllability) of its formation; content requirements-selection of knowledge, abilities, skills, competences at the level of specific academic disciplines and their systematization; the proposed rules for structuring-integration of educational and vocational activities of students and research and teaching activities of teachers. The developed technology contributes to the relevance and accessibility of the content for engineering education, reliability of future engineers’ vocational training, which is manifested in their readiness for multi-functional engineering and technical activities

© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. Autonomous movement of an anthropomorphic robot is considered as a superposition of a set of typical elements of movement - so-called patterns, each of which can be considered as an agent of some multi-agent system [ 1 ]. To control the AP-601 robot, an information and communication infrastructure has been created that represents some multi-agent system that allows the development of algorithms for individual patterns of moving and run them in the system as a set of independently executed and interacting agents. The algorithms of lateral movement of the anthropomorphic robot AP-601 series with active stability due to the stability pattern are presented

The effectiveness of innovation activity is largely determined by the relevant infrastructure which is the basic component of a developed economy. The correlation between the development of the innovative economy and the intensification of investment activity is revealed. On the basis of retrospective analysis of trends and patterns in the development of investment activity, an assessment of the resource support of the investment process in the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out. The need for advanced development of the production potential of the investment and construction complex of the region and the material and technical base on the basis of the development of the local raw material base is justified. An economic and mathematical model of the interaction of investment recourses that determine the level of innovative development of the region is proposed. On the basis of the theory of factor models, the quantitative relationships between the factors that have the greatest impact on investment development are investigated. They are: gross regional product, investment in fixed assets, the volume of contract work, the volume of investment in housing construction, the cost of research and development in the gross regional product, the share of innovation costs in industrial investment
