Background: The purpose of the current research was to investigate the biological roles of LINC00467 in inducing melanoma deterioration. Methods: Differential level of LINC00467 in melanoma tissues and its prognostic value were analyzed in GEPIA, which were further confirmed in clinical samples we collected. Regulatory effects of LINC00467 on proliferation, migration and invasion capacities of A375 and SKMEL1 cell lines were examined by a series of functional experiments. Potential downstream targets of LINC00467 were identified through dual-luciferase reporter assay, and their synergistic role in melanoma process was finally explored by rescue experiments. Results: LINC00467 was up-regulated in melanoma samples, but it did not have a prognostic potential in melanoma. LINC00467 has the capacities to stimulate proliferation, migration and invasion of A375 and SKMEL1 cell lines. The feedback loop LINC00467/miR-485-5p/PAK1 was identified, which was responsible for inducing melanoma deterioration. Conclusions: LINC00467 stimulates proliferation, migration and invasion capacities of melanoma via targeting miR-485-5p to upregulate PAK1, which provides potential targets for treatment of melanoma

Fungi and fungal community play important roles in the soil ecosystem, and the diversity of fungal community could act as natural antagonists of various plant pathogens. Biological control is a promising method to protect plants as chemical pesticides may cause environment pollution. Pseudomonas fluorescens 2P24 had strong inhibitory on Rastonia solanacearum, Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani, etc., and was isolated from the wheat rhizosphere take-all decline soils in Shandong province, China. However, its potential effect on soil fungal community was still unknown. In this study, the gfp-labeled P. fluorescens 2P24 was inoculated into cucumber rhizosphere, and the survival of 2P24 was monitored weekly. The amount decreased from 108 to 105 CFU/g dry soils. The effect of 2P24 on soil fungal community in cucumber rhizosphere was investigated using T-RFLP and DGGE. In T-RFLP analysis, principle component analysis showed that the soil fungal community was greatly influenced at first, digested with restriction enzyme Hinf I and Taq I. However, there was little difference as digested by different enzymes. DGGE results demonstrated that the soil fungal community was greatly shocked at the beginning, but it recovered slowly with the decline of P. fluorescens 2P24. Four weeks later, there was little difference between the treatment and control. Generally speaking, the effect of P. fluorescens 2P24 on soil fungal community in cucumber rhizosphere was just transient

The purpose of the systematic investigation of plant resources in Jiamusi University campus is to understand the composition, community characteristics and ecological distribution of plant resources in Jiamusi University, and to make rational use of them. In the process of investigation, the methods of actual step-by-step search and data search are adopted to carry out ecological evaluation. According to statistics, there are 113 kinds of plants on Jiamusi University campus, of which 93 are woody plants and 18 are herbaceous plants. Its growth environment is suitable for forest margin, undergrowth, hillside, and shrub and so on. Its main uses are greening, shading, dust prevention and noise reduction. It has high value. It is hoped that the research will provide a basis for the future construction of ecological civilization on campus

Censoring-Based Relay Transmission for Achieving Energy Efficiency in Cognitive Radio Networks

Energy efficiency (EE) is critical to achieve cooperative sensing and transmission in relay-assisted cognitive radio networks (CRNs) with limited battery capacity. This paper proposes an energy-efficient cooperative transmission strategy with combined censoring report and spatial diversity in cooperative process, namely, censoring-based relay transmission (CRT). Specifically, secondary relays (SRs) take part in cooperative sensing with differential censoring to reduce energy consumption, and the best SR assists secondary transmission to enhance communication quality in transmission stage and thus to improve secondary transmission EE. First, we derived generalized-form expressions for detection probability, reporting probability, sensing energy, and expected throughput for CRT. Second, we investigate a mean EE-oriented maximization nonconvex problem by joint optimizing sensing duration and power allocation for secondary users under secondary outage probability and sensing performance constraints. With the aid of Jensen’s inequality, an efficient cross-iteration algorithm with low complexity is proposed to obtain the suboptimal solutions, which is developed by golden segmentation search method. Finally, extensive simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of CRT. The results show significant improvements of SUs’ EE compared with traditional noncooperation single cognitive transmission schemes, which demonstrate the benefits of our proposed cooperative strategy in conserving energy for secondary transmission

Urban garden landscape is a topic of great concern in the process of modern urban construction. It belongs to the landscape with vitality in the construction process. The plant landscape is also the product of the combination of economy, politics, culture and technology. The cold land plants belong to the only life-changing and cyclical elements in the garden design process. They use the seasonal changes of their distinctive features to realize the planning and design, which can effectively enrich the overall landscape effect. The seasonal changes of garden plants in cold regions mainly include space and color. The seasonal changes of color include leaves, flowers, fruits and branches, and the spatial characteristics are different periods of plants. In the process of realizing the garden configuration, it is important to comprehensively study the seasonal changes of plants, which can effectively improve the role of gardens. The study analyzes the influence of seasonal changes of garden plants on the landscape construction of garden space from three aspects: function, season and beauty. Therefore, the characteristics of seasonal changes of garden plants in cold regions are analyzed, so as to improve the rationality of landscape plant configuration in different seasons, and improve the level of garden landscape construction

There are certain geographical differences in the design process of green areas along the streets of the cold city. The cold climate brings special geographical features to the city. The snow and ice add new vitality and characteristics to the city, and at the same time public demand new challenges for the excavation and creation of cold garden resources. The definition of standards for cold cities and the contribution of cold cities are movements to cold cities. Green space next to the city streets are systematically defined, and the role and influence of public life generated by the concept of greenbelt are inspected. This paper analyzes the design principles and theoretical basis of the green space design along the street in the cold city. An example is given to analyze the problems and optimization suggestions that should be paid attention to during the design process of the green space next to the city. From the solution of the problematic elements in the greening landscape design along the cold city street, the methods and strategies of the greening landscape design along the cold city street are analyzed from the aspects of plant
