The Analysis of Market Orientation and Entrepreneurship Orientation on Company Performance Based on the Supply Chain Strategy
Abstract- The goal of present paper is testing the entrepreneurship marketing model for analysis the effects of marketing strategies, entrepreneurship orientation, marketing orientation and performance of companies in Jey industrial park based on the supply chain strategy. For this goal we present seven hypotheses. In order to gathering necessary information for testing these hypotheses, we were used an author constructed questionnaire, this questionnaire consists of 34 questions in 6 dimensions and were distributed between 110 managers in Jey industrial park. For analysis of data and the results of hypotheses, we use structural equation modeling in the way of Partial Least Square or PLS and using the Smart Pls software. The results show that between all discussed variable, except entrepreneurship orientation, there is a positive and meaningful effect with the marketing entrepreneurship. In addition, between all discussed variable there is a positive and meaningful effect with the company performance
Helical liquid of snake states
We derive an exact solution to the problem of spin snake states induced in a
nonhomogeneous magnetic field by a combined action of the Rashba spin-orbit and
Zeeman fields. In an antisymmetric magnetic field the spin snake states are
nonlocal composite particles, originating from spatially separated entangled
spins. Adding an external homogeneous magnetic field breaks the spin-parity
symmetry gapping out the spectral branches, which results in a regular beating
pattern of the spin current. These new phenomena in a helical liquid of snake
states are proposed for an experimental realization.Comment: 5 pages, 3 figure
Suboptimal Stabilization of Unknown Nonlinear Systems via Extended State Observers
This paper introduces a locally optimal stabilizer for multi-input
muti-output autonomous nonlinear systems of any order with totally unknown
dynamics. The control scheme proposed in this paper lies at the intersection of
the active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) and the state-dependent Riccati
equation (SDRE) technique. It is shown that using an extended state observer
(ESO), a state-dependent coefficient matrix for the nonlinear system is
obtainable which is used by the SDRE technique to construct a SDRE+ESO
controller. As the SDRE technique is not guaranteed to be globally
asymptotically stable, for systems with known linearization at the equilibrium,
an algorithmic method is proposed for an approximated estimation of its region
of attraction (ROA). Then, it is shown that the global asymptotic stability is
achievable using a switching controller constructed by the SDRE+ESO method and
ADRC for inside and outside the estimated ROA, respectively.Comment: 6 pages, 1 figur
