Multi-channel hardware and software complex for monitoring and analysing vibrosignals

    Get PDF
The description of complex construction and operation principles for vibrosignal analysis is presented. The distinguishing feature of the complex is application of the wavelet analysis method. Peculiarities of wavelet transformation when solving the problems of mechanical system vibrodiagnostics in comparison with the Fourier analysis are shown. Hardware and software model of measuring complex has been created; its tests have been carries out

Socio-humanitarian nature of professionalism of the journalist

"Professionalism" as a concept has been historically formed in socio-humanitarian paradigm. Post-industrialism has made significant changes in the social structure of the modern world, the changes have affected both economic and socio-cultural spheres of life. The number of people employed in the manufacturing sector has decreased, and the number of people employed in non-productive areas such as trade, services, information sector has increased. The requirements for professional skills, attitudes towards professionalism have also changed. The aim of the study is to expose the changes concerning the concept of professionalism in journalism, associate external social factors with the professional qualities of the individual journalist. We have used comparative-historical method of studying the legal and regulatory framework, methods of qualitative social research: participant observation, personified interviews, expert inquiry. 52 journalists have been polled from 41 leading Russian publications. The study found that awareness of professionalism among journalists in Russia was formed in terms of high humanistic views. In Soviet times, these ideas underwent a qualitative change and were heavily politicized and idealized but did not lose their humanistic principles. As a result of the economic changes occurred in Russia at the turn of the century, the notion of professionalism in journalism assumes utilitarian and practical nature and is determined more by external circumstances (rating, careerism, political commitment) than the internal culture of the individual and the humanistic principles of the journalist. Formation of professional skills of the journalist is influenced by socio-cultural, economic, technological and political factors. The image of a professional journalist is not individual any longer, depersonalized workers with a certain set of skills and abilities are replacing the individuals in the profession

Vibrational spectra and conformational isomerism of 2-phenoxy-5,6-benz-1,3,2-dioxaphosphepins

Using vibrational spectroscopy methods in different aggregate states and solutions with variation of the polarity of the medium, we have studied 2-phenoxy-5,6-benz-1,3,2-dioxaphosphepin and its oxo, thio, and seleno analogs. In the liquid and solutions, they exist as a conformational equilibrium of three forms: two chair forms, differing in the orientation of the phenoxyl radical, and a twist form. The population of the twist form is no more than 25%. The content of the chair conformers is determined by the solvent. In the crystal, all the compounds have the chair form with axial phenoxyl group. Β© 1989 Plenum Publishing Corporation

Vibration spectra and conformations of 1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes containing an exocyclic P-N bond

    1. Unsubstituted 2-dialkylamino-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes with three- and four-coordinated phosphorus exist as a mixture of two conformers in the liquid and solutions of polar solvents according to the vibration spectral data and calculations by the method of atomic-atomic potential functions; the conformers with an equatorial orientation of the dialkylamino group is energetically more advantageous and is realized in a crystal. 2. The cis-isomer of 2-diethylamino-2-thio-4-methyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane is conformationally homogeneous. Conformational equilibrium in which three conformers participate based on the results of the calculations: two chair and boat forms, is found for the less stable trans-isomer. Trends and lessons of anti-crisis legal regulationin in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic

    Get PDF
The article attempts to structure the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the sociopolitical organization of society and legal regulation. The authors offer their own vision of the most significant changes that have occurred in various spheres of society in this specific period. The pandemic has demonstrated the diverse effects of digitalization (both highly positive in terms of social progress and sustainable development, and extremely negative). In addition, during the period of antiviral regulation, certain trends and patterns of legal regulation were spontaneously laid down; they can lead to fundamental and critical changes in the legal system. The article features the trends outlined by the pandemic and formulates proposals, allowing to take into account the extreme experience of survival in the conditions of the viral threat and to enter the post-pandemic world with minimal losses

New and Old Results in Resultant Theory

Resultants are getting increasingly important in modern theoretical physics: they appear whenever one deals with non-linear (polynomial) equations, with non-quadratic forms or with non-Gaussian integrals. Being a subject of more than three-hundred-year research, resultants are of course rather well studied: a lot of explicit formulas, beautiful properties and intriguing relationships are known in this field. We present a brief overview of these results, including both recent and already classical. Emphasis is made on explicit formulas for resultants, which could be practically useful in a future physics research.Comment: 50 pages, 15 figure

Bottom topography, length, chamber structure of timergazin canyon-like valley and problems of oil and gas exploration in basement

In this article there are specified: a sub-latitudinal valley bottom topography of South Tatar arch, valley length and a position of directive pallial-crustal first order fracture. The valley bottom chamber was considered as continental rift structure with fracture-block tectonics in plan. The possible contribution of the valley to hydrocarbon transit from deep formations is estimated. The Subkhankulovsky swell is specified as possible hydrocarbon deposit within the basement. Β© 2009

Vibrational spectra and structure of antimony (III) trialkoxides

    1. According to their vibrational spectra, antimony trialkoxides of formula Sb(OR)3 with R=CH3, C2H5, n-C3H7, and i-C4H9 are associated; no signs of association are observed for the compounds with R=i-C3H7 and t-C4H9. 2. The molecules of antimony tri-t-butoxide in the liquid state at 20Β°C exist in the form of rotational isomers having C1 (Cs) and C3 (C3v) symmetry, with the C1 (Cs) conformer predominating. Upon freezing, the C3 (C3v) conformer remains in the crystal. Β© 1981 Plenum Publishing Corporation
