    STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKPLACE DESIGNING AND INDIVIDUAL EFFICIENCY AMONG THE PERSONNEL OF TEHRAN SHAHID MODARRES HOSPITAL IN 2015

    Introduction: Today, one of main priorities of managers is increasing efficiency and improvement of provided services in health and treatment domain for increasing people satisfaction. By increasing efficiency in their organizations, managers could pave the way for achieving organizational aims and the country development in health and treatment domain. Regarding the different designing of workplace and factors effective on personnel efficiency in various organizations, this study has been performed with the aim of examining the relation between workplace designing and personnel efficiency. Materials and Methods: The present descriptive study was performed in 2015 in cross-sectional form. The study statistical population was constituted from 750 persons of Tehran Shahid Modarres hospital personnel. For collecting data, scholar- made questionnaire was used whose validity was confirmed. In this study, 107 men and 175 women randomly completed the questionnaire that totally 282 people were examined. The questionnaire validity was calculated using Cronbach alpha between 0.691 and 0.701. Data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS software and statistical analysis (variance analysis, dependent T-test, Pierson correlation test, regression). In data analysis the highest and lowest score was 1 and 5. Results: Findings indicate that workplace physical factor including furniture, temperature, noise and music had significant relations with efficiency and lighting and spatial arrangement did not have any significant relation with efficiency. Generally, temperature with correlation (0.241) had the highest impact and noise (0.137) had the least impact on efficiency. Conclusion: Improvement and suitable designing of workplace leads satisfaction and increasing personnel efficiency

    زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی جزء لاینفک هر فعالیت و کار اجرایی به شمار می رود، ارزیابی عملکرد بیمارستان نیز نقش مهمی در بهبود کمی و کیفی خدمات ارائه شده دارد و موجب می گردد پاسخگویی و مسئولیت پذیری در ارائه خدمات درمانی تقویت شده و حداکثر بهره برداری از منابع محدود و در دسترس سازمان میسر گردد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقش تعرفه های خدمات درمانی بر عملکرد بیمارستان تأمین اجتماعی امام علی(ع) استان چهارمحال و بختیاری می باشد. روش بررسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان بیمارستان امام علی (ع) استان چهارمحال و بختیاری تشکیل می دهد که تعداد 186 نفر به شیوه طبقه ای تصادفی به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شده اند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. پس از تأیید روایی جهت تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه 0/88 برآورد شده است. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون های t تک متغیره، آزمون t مستقل و آزمون فریدمن تحلیل شده است. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داده است که میانگین عملکرد بیمارستان امام علی (ع) در حد متوسط بالا (3/73 از 5) بوده است. نقش تعرفه های خدمات درمانی بر عملکرد بیمارستان به ترتیب عبارت است از: عملکرد مالی (3/96)، ارائه خدمات بهتر به بیماران (3/72)، رضایتمندی کارکنان (3/65)، بهره وری منابع (3/85) و اثربخشی سطح کلینیکال (3/61). نتیجه گیری: تعرفه های خدمات درمانی نقشی قابل توجهی (در حد متوسط بالا) بر روی عملکرد بیمارستان داشته و می تواند به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین ملاک های ارزیابی عملکرد جهت برنامه ریزی های بهبود عملکرد مورد استفاده قرار گیرد

    Providing a Model for the Participation of the Health Donors in the Direction of Digital Health Developments

    Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a model for the participation of health donors in the direction of digital health developments. There are different types of this partnership, which necessitates the goal of this paper. Method: This research has been done qualitatively and it is exploratory. Theme analysis technique has been used. Also, by examining different patterns related to charitable affairs in the country and abroad, a preliminary pattern was drawn by reviewing domestic and foreign studies. Using the snowball technique, 47 experts were selected in the qualitative section. Using semi-structured interview tools, 47 experts and philanthropists in Fars province were interviewed. The software used is ATLAS TI. Findings: Based on the results, 51 codes were identified. These 51 codes were divided into 8 categories of primary content. These 8 themes are codified plan and roadmap, interaction with donors in policy-making, providing legal facilities to donors, streamlining laws for donors, helping with education in the health sector, creating a culture for health, and spending financial resources in the sectors. Priority is given to costs in the prevention department commensurate with the treatment. Conclusion: Based on the designed model, creating strategy and planning, education and culture, ease of laws and regulations, as well as planning financial resources play an important role in managing the participation of health donors. With clear planning of health programs, benefactors see the clarity of decisions

    THE IMPACT OF HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM ON THE WORKING PROCESS OF IMAM JA’FAR SADIQ HOSPITAL, ALBORZ PROVINCE - 2016

    Objectives: This research has been done on the impact of the hospital information system on the staffing of Imam Jafar Sadiq Hospital in Alborz in 2016. The research method is applied and in terms of data collection method, descriptive-survey method. The statistical population consisted of all employees of contractual, design and contract personnel working in Imam Jafar Sadiq Hospital. Methods: In this study, 384 people were selected using Cochran's formula, which were selected by available sampling method. The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire and their reliability were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha with a coefficient of above 0.7. In the descriptive statistics section, mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage of frequency were used. In the inferential statistics, the inclination and elongation were used to determine the normality of the data. Results: The results of one-sample T-test and Friedman indicate that the hospital information system improves the work process of the staff members of Imam Jafar Sadiq Hospital. Conclusion: Hospital information system has the greatest impact on hospital support and administration and has had the least impact on hospital performance. It should be noted that the results are consistent with most studies performed.
