Developing a Model for End User Information Systems Satisfaction with Justice Based Approach
End user satisfaction (EUS) is one of the most widely used measures in assessing (efficiency/ effectiveness) of an information system. The goal of this research is to identify influential factors on (EUS), based on justice theory. So we identified 8 influential factors on (EUS) such as interactional justice, distributive justice, information system (IS) performance expectation, equitable relatedness fulfillment, equitable self-development fulfillment, procedural justice, equitable work performance fulfillment and IS performance. Then the model was tested in a real case. The results of study showed that interactional justice, distributive justice, information system (IS) performance expectation, equitable relatedness fulfillment, equitable self-development fulfillment had significant relation with IS end user satisfaction but procedural justice, equitable work performance fulfillment and IS performance had no significant relation with IS end user satisfaction
Designing a Decision Support Expert System for Supporting the Process of Knowledge Management Strategy Development
Chooshing the Knowledge management strategy is affected by different organizational factors like business strategy, organizational structure, organizational culture, Information Technology strategy, human resource management, and dynamics of knowledge. It is difficult for strategists to consider all these factors in choosing appropriate KM strategy. In this research after presenting a six step methodology for KM strategy development, we designed a decision support expert system for supporting the process of knowledge management strategy development. This system has been implemented in three Iranian companies as a multi-case study. We used a questionnaire for validating the knowledge base and model base of the system. Furthermore, we compared the expert system results with the result of developing KM strategy without using expert system by analytical statistics techniques

Impact of technology foresight on the policy-making process in Iran
Technology foresight as a policy intelligence tool, can offer vital inputs for policy-making in various domains. The relationship between foresight and policy-making has been presented in the literature by the policy-related functions of foresight, but the literature reflects a theoretical gap with the systematic evaluation of the impact of foresight on policy-making. So this study tries to bridge the existing gap by development an evaluation model. The data collection tool is a questionnaire and in order to test the proposed model; a sample of fifteen experts is included. In this article a case study is conducted to implement the confirmed model in the real word and Partial Least Squares (PLSs) path analysis is used to advance our understanding of the relationships and the structure of the proposed model. The results confirm the proposed dimensions of the model and provide insight for those who are concerned with this topic
