    LEGENDA MENAK SOPAL DALAM DRAMATARI GAJAH SETO

    Setiap daerah selalu mempunyai tradisi cerita-cerita lisan.. Dalam penciptaan karya tari, penulis tertarik mengambil fokus dari sejarah tradisi cerita lisan Kabupaten Trenggalek yakni dari kejadian dimana  Menak Sopal mencari akal merangkul rakyat Trenggalek untuk dapat memeluk agama Islam dengan membangun bendungan yang harus mengorbankan gajah milik Mbok Randha Krandon.Koreografer menyampaikan karya tari dalam bentuk dramatari. Karya dramatari “Gajah Seto”, koreografer menghadirkan proses perkembangan tari tradisi Jawatimuran gaya Mataraman yang dikembangkan dengan eksplorasi kain. Dalam unsur dramatari koreografer menghadirkan pula vocal tembangan, vocal monolog dialog, dipadukan dengan garap musik tradisi jawatimuran.Kajian pustaka dan kajian teori yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya diantaranya mengunakan teori dramatari dari Peni Puspito, Jaquelin Smith, dan Sal Murgianto. Metode penciptaan yang dipakai dalam karya tari Gajah Seto adalah metode konstruksi. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan penciptaan, konsep pencptaan, dan juga proses.Struktur penyajian karya tari Gajah Seto terdiri dari lima bagian. Elemen utama tari yaitu gerak dengan eksplorasi kain sedangkan elemen pendukungnya yaitu dialog dan monolog, tata rias busana, pola lantai, musik pengiring, dan tata teknis pentas. Karya ini diharapkan dapat menyampaikan pesan moral melalui tema yang di hadirkan yaitu tentang kepahlawan Menak Sopal, dimana nilai-nilai terkandung didalamnya dapat digunakan sebagai suri tauladan. Kesimpulan dalam penulisan Legenda Menak Sopal Dalam Dramatari Gajah Seto adalah membuat bentuk baru dalam sebuah karya tari cerita yang diangkat. Teknik gerak serta teknik penggunaan kain menjadi hal yang  perlu diperhatikan di dalam karya tari ini. Kedua hal tersebut sangatlah berkaitan dan menjadi motivasi untuk penyampaian isi karya tari. Adapun dengan adanya karya tari Gajah Seto dapat dijadikan inspirasi dan motivasi untuk mengemas suatu dramatari yang lebih menarik. Karena hakekat dramatari lebih mengedepankan gerak tari daripada dialog atau monolog para penarinya.  Kata Kunci : Gajah Seto, Menak Sopal, DramatariEach region has always had a tradition of oral stories .. This method uses the approach to creation, concept pencptaan, and also the process.Structure display Gajah Seto dance work consists of five parts. The main elements of dance is movement with the exploration of fabric while supporting elements, namely dialogue and monologue, cosmetology fashion, floor patterns, mood music, and performing technical procedures. This work is expected to convey moral messages through themes which at present is about kepahlawan Menak Sopal, where the values contained therein can be used as a role model.Conclusions in writing legend Menak Sopal In Dramatari Gajah Seto is create a new form in a work of dance story raised. Mechanical motion and technique using fabric into things to note in this dance work. Both of these are very related and the motivation for content delivery dance work. As with any dance work Gajah Seto will be an inspiration and motivation to pack a dramatari more interesting.     This study is based on high discipline of studying citizens in participating in teaching and learning of equivalency program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru City. The formulation of this research problem is how high the level of Discipline Students Learn In Following Teaching and Learning Activities Equalization Program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail Sub-District Pekanbaru ?. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of discipline learners in participating in teaching and learning activities equivalency program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail Sub-District Pekanbaru. The population in this study as many as 36 citizens of study and sample of this study 33 people studying with a critical level of 5%, the sample used is proporsionate stratified random sampling. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire with 70 statement and after trial live 61 valid statement to be made in research instrument. Data analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of the presentation of the answers obtained the findings of research discipline study participants in participating in teaching and learning activities equivalence program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail District Pekanbaru City is the percentage of 56.92%.     This study aims to (1) analyze the significance of the effect of compensation to employee performance Homeschooling Kak Seto in Surakarta. (2) analyze the significance of the influence of labor discipline on employee performance Homeschooling Kak Seto in Surakarta (3) analyze the significance of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance Homeschooling Kak Seto in Surakarta (4) analyze the significance of the effect of compensation to employee performance homeschooling kak seto in Surakarta moderated by organizational culture (5) to analyze the significance of the influence of labor discipline on employee performance Homeschooling Kak Seto in Surakarta moderated by the organization\u27s culture. The population in this study are employees Homeschooling Kak Seto in Surakarta totaling 30 people, test instrument using validity and reliability test. Classic assumption test using the test: multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. Based on the validity of the test showed that all valid instrument and of the reliability test showed all instruments reliable. Classic assumption test results show that the variable data of this study has been to meet the assumptions required by multiple linear regression model that does not happen multikolinearitas problem, does not occur heteroskedastisitas, and autocorrelation, and residual normal. The conclusion of this study are that: (1) compensation no significant effect on the performance of employees (2) discipline of work have a significant effect on the performance of employees, (3) organizational culture significantly influence employee performance, (4) the organizational culture does not moderate the influence of compensation on performance, (5) does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance work discipline

    sPHENIX is a major upgrade proposed for the PHENIX detector. As part of this proposal, a forward spectrometer to cover the rapidity range 1<eta<4 is in a conceptual stage to complement the detectors in the central region. The forward rapidity region is important for the study of high density of gluons in a nucleus, as well as for the measurement of the spin structure of the nucleon.     Diseño y manejo del olivar en seto: efecto en la producción y calidad del aceite

    El olivar en seto adaptado a la recolección con vendimiadora modificada, supone una alternativa viable a los olivares preparados para la recolección con vibrador de tronco. Presenta como principales ventajas: altas producciones en los primeros años, bajo coste de recolección, menor mano de obra y recolección rápida en el momento óptimo. Sin embargo, estas características sólo son posibles con estructuras óptimas, mantenidas en el tiempo. La intercepción de la radiación solar es el factor determinante de la producción de aceite, así la estructura óptima del seto deberá tender a maximizar la iluminación de la copa. Debido a que el olivar en seto es de reciente implantación, se desconoce la respuesta de la producción y calidad de aceite en setos de diferentes tamaños en distintas localidades. Las simulaciones de producción y calidad de aceite para distintos diseños serán útiles para el sector a la hora de decidir la estructura óptima.     Empirical evidence for impacts of internal migration on vegetation dynamics in China from 1982 to 2000

    Migration is one of the major socio-economic characteristics of China since the country adopted the policy of economic reform in late 1970s. Many studies have been dedicated to understand why and how people move, and the consequences of their welfare. The purpose of this study is to investigate the environmental impacts of the large scale movement of population in China. We analyzed the trend in the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) from the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) along with China migration data from the 1 percent national survey during 1982-1987, the 4th national census during 1985-1990 and the 5th national census during1995~2000. We found that the internal migration in China has a statistically significant negative impact on vegetation growth at the provincial scale from 1982 to 2000 even though the overall vegetation abundance increased in China. The impact from migration (R2=0.47, P=0.0001) on vegetation dynamics is the second strongest as among the factors considered, including changes in annual mean air temperature (R2=0.50, P=0.0001) and annual total precipitation (R2=0.30, P=0.0049) and gross domestic production (R2= 0.25, P=0.0102). The negative statistical relationship between the rate of increase in total migration and the change in vegetation abundance is stronger (R2=0.56, P=0.0000) after controlling for the effects of changes in temperature and precipitation. In-migration dominates the impacts of migration on vegetation dynamics. Therefore, it is important for policy makers in China to take the impacts of migration on vegetation growth into account while making policies aiming at sustainable humanenvironment relations

    Silicon-based resonant-cavity-enchanced photodiode with a buried SiO2 reflector

    We report on a silicon-based resonant cavity photodiode with a buried silicon dioxide layer as the bottom reflector. The buried oxide is created by using a separation by implantation of oxygen technique. The device shows large Fabry-Perot oscillations. Resonant peaks and antiresonant troughs are observed as a function of the wavelength, with a peak responsivity of about 50 mA/W at 650 and 709 nm. The leakage current density is 85 pA/mm(2) at -5 V, and the average zero-bias capacitance is 12 pF/mm(2). We also demonstrate that the buried oxide prevents carriers generated deep within the substrate from reaching the top contacts, thus removing any slow carrier diffusion tail from the impulse response.
