Kajian Yuridis Pasal 93 Ayat (2) Huruf F Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan Dikaitkan dengan Kewenangan Absolut Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial
Pasal 93 ayat (2) huruf f Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan mengandung elemen-elemen tertentu yang berkaitan dengan sanksi pidana pada pasal 186 Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan. Kekaburan pada pasal 93 ayat (2) huruf f tersebut berkaitan dengan harus atau tidak harus diputus oleh Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial jika atas elemen-elemen pada pasal 93 ayat (2) huruf f tersebut diperselisihkan antara pengusaha dan pekerja atau buruh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan Perundang-undangan. Dalam keseluruhan elemen dalam pasal 93 ayat (2) huruf f ini terpenuhi, maka pengusaha wajib membayarkan upah kepada pekerja atau buruh. Apabila dalam hal terpenuhi elemen tersebut tidak membayar upah pekerja atau buruh, maka pengusaha dapat dikenakan sanksi pidana pada pasal 186 Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan. Adanya perselisihan dalam hubungan kerja harus diputus terlebih dahulu oleh Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial sesuai dengan kewenangan absolut yang dimiliki oleh Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial. Setelah adanya putusan dari Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial yang menyatakan pengusaha bersalah, maka pemberian sanksi pidana kepada pengusaha dapat dilakukan di Pengadilan Negeri sesuai dengan kewenangan absolut Pengadilan Negeri.Kata kunci : Upah, Kewenangan Absolut, Pengadilan Hubungan Industria
A systematic review of the effectiveness of universal Health Visitor led Child Health Clinics
This paper presents the findings of a systematic review undertaken to assess how effectively health visitor led child health clinics (‘baby clinics’) contribute to the promotion of pre-school child health and the reduction of health inequalities.Despite the widespread presence of baby clinics across the UK, there is little published research about the service model, its purpose or effectiveness. The initial search produced 559 articles, after removing duplicates, 175 abstracts were assessed against the inclusion criteria and 24 qualitative studies were identified as relevant to the review. No studies were excluded based on quality issues, however the quality of studies was variable. Thematic analysis was used to organise and interpret the data. Although the review presents a synthesis of research over the last 30 years, there is a lack of evaluative research about the structure, process and outcomes of baby clinics, which makes it impossible to draw any conclusions about the effectiveness of the service offer. Findings suggest research on the value and purpose of baby clinics is now needed and whilst good evaluation studies with clear outcome measures are sought, it is clear that the theoretical processes through which positive outcomes are promoted need to be established first
Monte Carlo Simulations for Ghost Imaging Based on Scattered Photons
X-ray based imaging modalities are widely used in research, industry, and in
the medical field. Consequently, there is a strong motivation to improve their
performances with respect to resolution, dose, and contrast. Ghost imaging (GI)
is an imaging technique in which the images are reconstructed from measurements
with a single-pixel detector using correlation between the detected intensities
and the intensity structures of the input beam. The method that has been
recently extended to X-rays provides intriguing possibilities to overcome
several fundamental challenges of X-ray imaging. However, understanding the
potential of the method and designing X-ray GI systems pose challenges since in
addition to geometric optic effects, radiation-matter interactions must be
considered. Such considerations are fundamentally more complex than those at
longer wavelengths as relativistic effects such as Compton scattering become
significant. In this work we present a new method for designing and
implementing GI systems using the particle transport code FLUKA, that rely on
Monte Carlo (MC) sampling. This new approach enables comprehensive
consideration of the radiation-matter interactions, facilitating successful
planning of complex GI systems. As an example of an advanced imaging system, we
simulate a high-resolution scattered photons GI technique
Derived equivalence classification of the cluster-tilted algebras of Dynkin type E
We obtain a complete derived equivalence classification of the cluster-tilted
algebras of Dynkin type E. There are 67, 416, 1574 algebras in types E6, E7 and
E8 which turn out to fall into 6, 14, 15 derived equivalence classes,
respectively. This classification can be achieved computationally and we
outline an algorithm which has been implemented to carry out this task. We also
make the classification explicit by giving standard forms for each derived
equivalence class as well as complete lists of the algebras contained in each
class; as these lists are quite long they are provided as supplementary
material to this paper. From a structural point of view the remarkable outcome
of our classification is that two cluster-tilted algebras of Dynkin type E are
derived equivalent if and only if their Cartan matrices represent equivalent
bilinear forms over the integers which in turn happens if and only if the two
algebras are connected by a sequence of "good" mutations. This is reminiscent
of the derived equivalence classification of cluster-tilted algebras of Dynkin
type A, but quite different from the situation in Dynkin type D where a
far-reaching classification has been obtained using similar methods as in the

Categorification of a linear algebra identity and factorization of Serre functors
We provide a categorical interpretation of a well-known identity from linear
algebra as an isomorphism of certain functors between triangulated categories
arising from finite dimensional algebras.
As a consequence, we deduce that the Serre functor of a finite dimensional
triangular algebra A has always a lift, up to shift, to a product of suitably
defined reflection functors in the category of perfect complexes over the

Health promoting potential of herbal teas and tinctures from Artemisia campestris subsp maritima: from traditional remedies to prospective products
This work explored the biotechnological potential of the medicinal halophyte Artemisia campestris subsp. maritima (dune wormwood) as a source of health promoting commodities. For that purpose, infusions, decoctions and tinctures were prepared from roots and aerial-organs and evaluated for in vitro antioxidant, anti-diabetic and tyrosinase-inhibitory potential, and also for polyphenolic and mineral contents and toxicity. The dune wormwood extracts had high polyphenolic content and several phenolics were identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array-mass-spectrometry (UHPLC-PDA-MS). The main compounds were quinic, chlorogenic and caffeic acids, coumarin sulfates and dicaffeoylquinic acids; several of the identified phytoconstituents are here firstly reported in this A. campestris subspecies. Results obtained with this plant's extracts point to nutritional applications as mineral supplementary source, safe for human consumption, as suggested by the moderate to low toxicity of the extracts towards mammalian cell lines. The dune wormwood extracts had in general high antioxidant activity and also the capacity to inhibit a-glucosidase and tyrosinase. The Surgical Infection Society revised guidelines on the management of intra-abdominal infection
Background: Previous evidence-based guidelines on the management of intra-abdominal infection (IAI) were published by the Surgical Infection Society (SIS) in 1992, 2002, and 2010. At the time the most recent guideline was released, the plan was to update the guideline every five years to ensure the timeliness and appropriateness of the recommendations.
Methods: Based on the previous guidelines, the task force outlined a number of topics related to the treatment of patients with IAI and then developed key questions on these various topics. All questions were approached using general and specific literature searches, focusing on articles and other information published since 2008. These publications and additional materials published before 2008 were reviewed by the task force as a whole or by individual subgroups as to relevance to individual questions. Recommendations were developed by a process of iterative consensus, with all task force members voting to accept or reject each recommendation. Grading was based on the GRADE (Grades of Recommendation Assessment, Development, and Evaluation) system; the quality of the evidence was graded as high, moderate, or weak, and the strength of the recommendation was graded as strong or weak. Review of the document was performed by members of the SIS who were not on the task force. After responses were made to all critiques, the document was approved as an official guideline of the SIS by the Executive Council.
Results: This guideline summarizes the current recommendations developed by the task force on the treatment of patients who have IAI. Evidence-based recommendations have been made regarding risk assessment in individual patients; source control; the timing, selection, and duration of antimicrobial therapy; and suggested approaches to patients who fail initial therapy. Additional recommendations related to the treatment of pediatric patients with IAI have been included.
