Tematem pracy magisterskiej jest hipoteka - jako forma zabezpieczenia wierzytelności. Praca magisterska została podzielona na cztery rozdziały. Rozdział pierwszy to prezentacja pojęcia i funkcji hipoteki, w tym społeczno-ekonomiczne cele zastosowania hipoteki oraz hipoteka - jako podstawowa forma prawna rzeczowego zabezpieczenia wierzytelności pieniężnych. Rozdział drugi omawia proces postania hipoteki i jej rodzaje, w tym hipoteki umownej, przymusowej, łącznej, ustawowej, inne szczególe postacie hipoteki oraz specyfika zabezpieczenia wierzytelności hipoteką na udziale we współwłasności nieruchomości. Trzeci rozdział stanowi opis przedmiotów zabezpieczenia i obciążenia hipoteką, w tym: prawne formy zabezpieczeń wierzytelności, prawo własności nieruchomości, użytkowanie wieczyste, lokale stanowiące odrębną własność oraz inne prawa majątkowe. Czwarty rozdział to analiza procesu dochodzenia wierzytelności od dłużnika hipotecznego, w tym wymagalność wierzytelności hipotecznej, zaspokojenie wierzyciela z przedmiotu hipoteki w sadowym postępowaniu egzekucyjnym, zaspokojenie wierzyciela z przedmiotu hipoteki w administracyjnym postępowaniu egzekucyjnym oraz zaspokojenie wierzyciela z przedmiotu hipoteki w postępowaniu upadłościowym.Na końcu pracy znajduje się bibliografia oraz orzecznictwo Sądu Najwyższego z którego autorka skorzystała przy napisaniu niniejszej pracy magisterskiej.The subject of the thesis is a mortgage - as a form of securing the claim. The master's thesis has been divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the presentation of the concept and function of a mortgage, including the socio-economic goals of using a mortgage and a mortgage - as the basic legal form of material security of monetary receivables. The second chapter discusses the process of mortgage entry and its types, including contractual, compulsory, joint, statutory mortgage, other details of mortgage forms and the specificity of securing the mortgage on share in the co-ownership of the real estate. The third chapter is a description of the collateral and mortgage collateral items, including: legal forms for securing claims, ownership of real estate, perpetual usufruct, premises that are separate property and other property rights. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the process of debt recovery from the mortgage debtor, including the mortgage claim, satisfaction of the creditor from the subject of the mortgage in the enforcement court, satisfaction of the creditor from the subject of the mortgage in administrative enforcement proceedings and satisfaction of the creditor from the subject of the mortgage in bankruptcy proceedings.At the end of the work there is a bibliography and case law of the Supreme Court from which the author benefited from writing this master's thesis

Reproducibility of fluorescent expression from engineered biological constructs in E. coli

We present results of the first large-scale interlaboratory study carried out in synthetic biology, as part of the 2014 and 2015 International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competitions. Participants at 88 institutions around the world measured fluorescence from three engineered constitutive constructs in E. coli. Few participants were able to measure absolute fluorescence, so data was analyzed in terms of ratios. Precision was strongly related to fluorescent strength, ranging from 1.54-fold standard deviation for the ratio between strong promoters to 5.75-fold for the ratio between the strongest and weakest promoter, and while host strain did not affect expression ratios, choice of instrument did. This result shows that high quantitative precision and reproducibility of results is possible, while at the same time indicating areas needing improved laboratory practices.Peer reviewe
