ALTERNATIVE IMAGES FOR PUBLIC POLICY: FAMILY STRUCTURE VERSUS FAMILIES STRUGGLING.
A constrast is drawn between public policy and programmatic implementations of policy. Consequently guidelines for a progressive policy for families is proposed, along with examples of programs that might derive from it. Copyright 1989 by The Policy Studies Organization.
