Penerapan Model Kirkpatrick untuk Evaluasi Program Diklat Teknis Subtantif Materi Perencanaan Pembelajaran di Wilayah Kerja Provinsi Kepulauan Riau

Evaluasi yang mengunakan Model evaluasi Kirkpatrick dengan 4 level (Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Model) dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program Diklat Teknis Subtantif Materi Perencanaan Pembelajaran di Wilayah Kerja Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara dilakukan kepada peserta diklat, atasan peserta diklat yakni kepala madrasah, dan teman sejawat peserta diklat yakni guru. Hasil evaluasi ini adalah bahwa penilaian pada level 1 reaksi, hasil reaksi peserta terhadap panitia penyelenggara dan narasumber sangat tinggi. Hanya perlu perhatian persiapan bahan materi pelajaran perlu disiapkan di awal diklat dan perlengkapan ATK (alat tulis kantor) seperti flashdisc perlu di cek kembali. Pada level 2 belajar, kemampuan kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta sangat signifikan penilaiannya. Pada level 3 perilaku, pelaksanaan evaluasi dilakukan setelah peserta kembali ke tempat kerjanya masing-masing. Ada peningkatan Perubahan perilaku dari alumni diklat dari sebelum diklat dan setelah diklat. Perubahan perilaku seperti kedisiplinan kehadiran, cara berpakaian, memotivasi teman sejawat, berkomunikasi dengan baik, serta ketepatan dan kecepatan menyelesai tugas-tugas sehari-hari. Pada level 4 dampak, ada peningkatan kinerja alumni diklat. Alumni mampu membimbing dan mendesiminasi ilmu yang telah didapat dari diklat kepada sesama teman sejawatnya, mampu mengembangkan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar, dan pembuatan Rancangan Program Pembelajaran (RPP) menjadi lebih baik

Cetacean Ecology for Santa Monica Bay and Nearby Areas, California in the Context of the Newly Established MPAs

Data on cetacean ecology are important for monitoring animals and developing conservation and management strategies in a specific area, and are crucial in the decision making process during the creation of marine protected areas (MPAs). Cetacean occurrence, distribution and behavior were investigated in Santa Monica Bay, California (1997-2007). A total of 425 boat-based surveys documented three species inhabiting the bay year-round - the common bottlenose dolphin, Tursiops truncatus, the long-beaked common dolphin, Delphinus capensis, and the short-beaked common dolphin, D. delphis - and ten species occurring occasionally. Coastal bottlenose dolphins were mostly found traveling, diving and feeding in waters within 0.5km of shore in 81.4% of the sightings (n=221), but were also observed occasionally in offshore waters. All other species were seen \u3e0.5km of shore, often feeding near escarpments and submarine canyons. Endangered species such as blue whales (Balaenoptera musculus), humpback whales (Megaptera novaeangliae) and northern right whale dolphins (Lissodelphis borealis) were also recorded in the bay. The presence of a rich and diverse cetacean fauna suggests the need for long-term monitoring and a precautionary approach toward these species. These data are also essential in conservation and management decisions associated with the current creation of a MPA in Santa Monica Bay

Second Degree Heart Block Associated with QT Prolongation

Pseudo 2:1 AV block when sinus intervals are shorter than the ventricular refractory period has been reported with long QT syndrome (LQTS). We report the characteristics and treatment of a patient suffering from congenital LQTS with episodes of true 2:1 AV block. The pseudo 2:1 AV block relates to the extreme prolongation of ventricular refractoriness. Several histologic studies have documented abnormalities within the conduction system, including apoptosis. Because of the rare occurrence and poor prognosis of the LQTS with impaired AV conduction, international guidelines for diagnosis and treatment are needed

The Investigation of the Research on Out-of-School Learning Activities in Turkey: A Systematic Review

This research aims to analyze the studies on out-of-school learning activities in Turkey between 2000 and 2020. For this purpose, 303 studies were selected, of which 211 articles, 73 master's thesis, and 19 doctoral dissertations, with the phrase "out-of-school learning" in the title and keywords. A systematic literature review was conducted in the research. The data were entered into the Content Analysis Monitoring Form, and the analyses were made on the Microsoft Excel program. In line with the findings obtained, it was determined that most of the studies on out-of-school learning activities were carried out in 2020. In these studies, it was seen that it was mainly aimed to determine the opinions of teachers or students about out-of-school learning activities, the sample was selected in the range of 21-40 people, and the most selected sample group was secondary school students. It was also determined that the studies were mostly done in the science discipline and that the case study from qualitative and experimental research design from quantitative methods was used. When all the findings were evaluated, since there are not many studies on the effect of out-of-school learning activities on anxiety, motivation, and interest, it is recommended to carry out studies in this area and to increase the studies to be done towards high school, preschool, primary school students

The Europeanization process and Kurdish nationalism in Turkey: The case of the democratic society party

This study aims at analyzing the impact of the European integration process on Kurdish nationalism in Turkey by focusing on the Democratic Society Party (Demokratik Toplum Partisi, DTP) as the major pro-Kurdish political party in Turkey between 2005 and 2009. It argues that the Europeanization process in Turkey, which accelerated in the post-Helsinki period, has brought about some important consequences concerning the recognition and expression of Kurdish identity. The study examines Europe's impact on the DTP through analysis of party documents and interviews with party representatives, in order to investigate the meaning and use of the European integration process in the DTP's sub-state nationalist ideology. This analysis shows that, although the Europeanization process in Turkey has somewhat broadened opportunity structures for Kurdish sub-state nationalist politics, overall the EU's impact on the DTP's nationalist politics has remained indirect and limited. © 2012 Association for the Study of Nationalities

Begavî tefsirinde kıraat olgusu

Bu çalışmanın amacı, V/XII. yüzyıl âlimlerinden olan Begavî’nin Me‘âlimu’t-Tenzîl adlı tefsirinde esas aldığı kıraat anlayışını ve kıraatleri kullanma keyfiyetini ortaya koymaktır. Begavî’nin tefsiri her ne kadar kıraat ilmine dair bir eser olmasa da, Kur’ân’ın okunuşu ile ilgili pek çok kıraat farklılığını içermektedir. Ayrıca kıraat tarihinde on’lu sistemin (kıraat-i aşere) yerleşmesinde önemli bir role sahip olan Begavî, kıraat ilmine dair müstakil bir eser kaleme almıştır. Biyografik kaynakların çoğunda Begavî’den “mukrî” olarak da bahsedilmektedir. Bu özellikleri sebebiyle kıraat ilminde önemli bir konuma sahip olan Begavî’nin bakış açısıyla kıraatlerin nasıl ele alındığı ve değerlendirildiği önem arz etmektedir.The aim of this study is to present understanding of the recitation and the determination of the using arbitrariness of recitation in the 5th and 12th century scholar al-Baghawī's interpretation called Me‘ālimu’tTenzīl. Although al-Baghawī's commentary is not a work of recitation science, it includes lots of differences of the recitation in the readings of the Qur’ān. Moreover, al-Baghawī who had an important role in the settlement of the system of ten (Reading ten of the recitation sciences) in the history of recitation, has received an specific piece of work related to the recitation science. Biographical sources are referred to as “reader” by himself. Because of these features, it is important to see how the cherries are handled and evaluated by al-Baghawī who is an important personal figure in the recitation

Turistik Tren Yolculukları ve Sosyal Medya Etkileşimi: Van Gölü Ekspresi Hakkındaki Youtube Paylaşım Videosunun Analizi

Ulaşım, turizm sektöründeki faaliyetlerin önemli bir parçasıdır. Bir ulaşım aracı olarak trenler, turistik deneyim oluşturmak amacıyla kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. İnsanlar şehir yaşamından uzaklaşmak, doğayla birlikte olmak, yeni kültürleri, yerleri keşfetmek ve bu deneyimlerini sosyal medya platformlarında paylaşmak istemektedirler. Sosyal medya platformları turistik destinasyonların reklamı, tanıtımı ve pazarlanması açısından önemli rol oynamaktadır. Son yıllarda turistik tren yolculukları sosyal medya etkileşimiyle popüler hale gelmiştir. Çalışmada turistik tren yolculukları ve sosyal medya etkileşimi kavramsal olarak açıklanmış, Van Gölü ekspresi ve Van ilinin turizm potansiyeli hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı Van Gölü Ekspresi’nin sosyal medya etkileşimleriyle turizme konu olabilecek şekilde değerlendirilmesi ve Van’ın sahip olduğu turizm değerleriyle birlikte Van ilinin turizmine katkı sunması oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada sosyal medya platformu YouTube’da en çok izlenen Van Gölü Ekspresi videosu nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan söylem analizi metoduyla incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları, Van halkının ve turizm sektöründe çalışanların misafirperver, samimi ve içten olduğunu, Van Gölü Ekspresi turistlerinin de Van’da katıldıkları faaliyetler ve yöresel değerlerin korunmasına göstermiş oldukları duyarlılıkların Van ilinin turizmini olumlu etkilediğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca Youtube’da Van Gölü Ekspresi ile ilgili paylaşılan videoların kişilerin Van Gölü Ekspresi tren seferlerini tercih etmelerinde önemli rol oynadığı ve tren seferinin yoğunluğundan dolayı popüler hale geldiği belirlenmiştir
