Employment, community and territory: three objects of incubation in a solidar economy
This article proposes to construct a conceptual reference for the actions of university incubators in solidarity economy, from the differentiation of objects and goals that these incubators in relation of traditional incubators, and the different ways of evaluating the results of extension actions developed in these incubators. It is observed that, unlike traditional incubators, the development of entreprises is not the main objective of the incubator, but rather the development of community spaces and territorial articulations that allow the search of collective solutions for economic problems, based on the solidarity and collective managemen

career development, motivation, and organization cultural at Perusahaan Umum
Perumahan Nasional, (2) To determine whether there is influence between career
development on job satisfaction at Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional, (3)
To determine whether there is influence between motivation on job satisfaction at
Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional, (4) To determine whether there is
influence between organization cultural on job satisfaction at Perusahaan Umum
Perumahan Nasional,(5) To know how large the contribution of career
development, motivation, and organization cultural on job satisfaction at
Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional. The sample of this research are 127
employees at Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional. Research data retrieval
by survey method with questionnaries and the data processed with SPSS 20
version. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The sampling
technique used in this research is stratified random sampling. The result of
regression showed that there is positive and significant correlation between
career development on job satisfaction, there is positive and significant
correlation between motivation on job satisfaction, and there is positive and
significant correlation between organization cultural on job satisfaction. Career
development,motivation,and organization cultural large the contribution 72,8%
on job satisfaction
Working-through of defensive mechanisms in relation to work in Entrepreneurship of Solidary Economy
Este artigo pretende contribuir para uma fundamentação teórica, a partir da experiência em Incubadoras de Empreendimentos de Economia Solidária, sobre a manutenção, dentro do processo de incubação, de mecanismos defensivos frente ao trabalho adaptados à s experiências anteriores dos trabalhadores em empreendimentos de lógica capitalista heterogestionária. É analisado teoricamente como a manutenção desses mecanismos defensivos pode ocorrer a partir da noção de compulsão à repetição e perlaboração pensada a partir da psicanálise, da teoria crÃtica e da psicodinâmica do trabalho, bem como das ações voltadas para a superação desses mecanismos defensivos inadequados para o contexto atual do trabalhador da economia solidária.This article intends to contribute to a theoretical basis based on the experience in Incubators of Solidarity Economy Enterprises, on the maintenance, within the incubation process of defensive mechanisms against work adapted to the previous experiences of the workers in enterprises of heterogeneous capitalist logic. They are theoretically analyzed as the maintenance of these defensive mechanisms can occur from the notion of repetition compulsion and Working-through, thought from psychoanalysis, critical theory and work psychodynamics, and actions aimed at overcoming these defensive mechanisms inadequate for the current context of the solidarity economy worker

Implementation of The Internship Report (PKL) gain experience related to the study, to meet one of the lecture program S1 management Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta and give the students knowledge in the field of human resources Regarding the process of reporting needs education and training programs, make the journal mapping staff, recapitulate the coaching memo results, recapitulate the interview test results, make a Budget Plan Approval Application (PPRA) and check the attachments to registration BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and BRI Bank Account. In addition, to build and improve the good relations between State University of Jakarta with the company. PKL held on National Urban Development Corporation where are located in Jl. D.I Panjaitan Kav. 11, East Jakarta. Implementation of PKL for 41 workdays at the start since July 03 to 31 August , 2017. The internee placed on the field Human Resource Development. In the previous PKL can be concluded that the internee build experience and new knowledge in the work managing Human Resource Department National Urban Development Corporation.

THE EFFECT OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO THE ACTIVITY OF LEARNING STUDENTS IN SMPN 25 TANGERANG CITY
The purpose of this study is to find out how significant a significant level of scientific influence on student activity. The school which is the object of this research is SMP Negeri 25 Kota Tangerang on Jl. Inpres Raya RT. 003/004 Kel. Gaga Kec. Larangan Tangerang City. The method used in this study is to use t-test testing with the comparative hypothesis testing of two samples to assess whether the effect of an action on behavior or to test whether there is an effect of that action between the Scientific Approach and Student Activity. After the authors conducted t-test testing by testing the comparative hypotheses of two samples. Testing using t-test correlates with the right side test because the alternative hypothesis (Ha) sounds better. Hypothesis testing obtained t-hitung -15.637 and ttabel at position 1.668 which means that there is a high influence of scientific application on the activeness of students in social studies class VIII at SMP Negeri 25 Kota Tangeran

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 127 karyawan Perusahaan Umum Perumahan Nasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS 20.0. Penelitian ini ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling. Hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja
O desejo como sintoma na economia solidária: uma perspectiva psicossociológica
O presente artigo apresenta uma pesquisa realizada com intuito de analisar a resistência ao processo de incubação em um empreendimento de economia solidária (EES) no ramo cultural na ITESS/UFGD. Partindo dos pressupostos da psicanálise e da psicossociologia, a resistência ao processo de incubação foi analisada levando em conta as possibilidades de manifestação do desejo nas instituições produtivas, bem como a resistência à manifestação do mesmo. Para isso, foram realizadas entrevistas individuais e grupos de discussão com os membros do EES, e observação de campo das atividades do empreendimento, buscando identificar a função que o EES desempenhava na estruturação de processos psÃquicos do grupo e de seus membros e o modo como o empreendimento era utilizado pelos mesmos para consecução de seus interesses. Percebeu-se que, para além da dimensão econômica, o EES, cumpria também a função de intermediação de processos identitários e de dinâmicas relacionais entre os seus membros, elementos esses que se mostravam prioritários em relação aos aspectos econômicos. Conclui-se que a resistência ao processo de incubação, e principalmente ao processo de formalização do EES, se dava em função do mesmo se orientar para atividades econômicas do EES, o que, por sua vez, ocorria em prejuÃzo de suas funções identitárias e sociais. Palavras-chave: Economia solidária. Em busca de novas solidariedades: os empreendimentos da economia social em questão
To this article, the issue treated is to discuss the notions of auto-management and autonomy, such from the theoretical as from the methodological point of view, in the context of the enterprises of the auto-manegement. We therefore search, to propose in this work the necessity of identifying the relations among the following levels of analysis: juridical-economical, political-administrative and psyco-social, in the tension wich is made to be felt between the processes of autonomy and heteronomy. We could think the subject in its relations with "the other" in a new ground of "co-operatio"? In these new configurations of partner-auto-manegement, the social link could not be realizing itself under the format of "donation"?Il s'agit, dans cet article, de remettre en question les notions d'autogestion et d'autonomie, aussi bien du point de vue théorique que méthodologique, dans le contexte des entreprises d'autogestion. Nous cherchons à proposer, dans ce travaille, la nécessité d'identifier les relations entre les niveaux suivant d'analyse: jurÃdico-économique, politico-administratrif et psyco-social, par la pression qui si fait sentir entre les procédés d'autonomie et de heteronomie. Nous pourrions penser le sujet dans sa relation avec l'autre, sur un nouveau terrain de "co-llaboration"? Dans ces nouvelles configurations socio-autogestionnaires, le lien social ne pourrait-il se réaliser sous la forme de "don"?Trata-se, neste artigo, de colocar em discussão as noções de autogestão e de autonomia, tanto do ponto de vista teórico como metodológico, no contexto dos empreendimentos de autogestão. Procuramos, portanto, propor neste trabalho, a necessidade de se identificar as relações entre os seguintes nÃveis de análise: jurÃdico-econômico, polÃtico-administrativo e psicossocial, na tensão que se faz sentir entre os processos de autonomia e de heteronomia. PoderÃamos pensar o sujeito na sua relação com "o outro" em um novo terreno de "co-laboração"? Nestas novas configurações sócio-autogestionárias, o laço social não poderia estar se realizando sob a forma de "dádiva"
O Paradigma do Dom e a Arte de Legar
Procurou-se com este artigo estruturar a noção de Legado, em sua articulação com o trabalho. Partindo das noções de conhecimento tácito, de Polanyi, da Teoria da Dádiva de Mauss, e de conceitos da psicanálise, procurou-se mostrar que o Legado se estrutura como um saber oriundo de uma sÃntese pessoal, que se insere em uma situação de circulação de um Dom, articulando ao mesmo tempo a dimensão pessoal do sujeito, e a dimensão social, em relação à qual o conhecimento foi estruturado
