In the countries of southern Europe, the economic adjustment policies being applied are causing a progressive weakening of the museological action in its various forms. Questioned within the transformation process involving a profound change of the management models and of the prevailing values, museums seek a Sustainable Museology. In this context, new museological formulas emerge associating sustainability to social creativity and to valorization of diversity. This is the case of the Costume Museum in São Brás de Alportel (MuT), in the Algarve, and its "Museology on layers". A model based on shared management, taking as its starting point a deep knowledge of the territory, the collective construction of senses and local cultural meanings, and the reframing of ancestral knowledge, with the objective of contributing to an equitable development. In this paper we present the structure, the method and the results of one of the reference projects: Photography, memory and identity (FMId). In this case, a contrastive analysis between the collaborative research and the cartography of meanings associated with pictures of each family is performed. This exercise of memorial archaeology leads to decoding diverse segments of local culture. Its resonances reach every one of the museological functions and processes of MuT, but also each of the families involved in the project, have now a current account of memory in their hometown Museum.

The MINOM – International Movement for a New Museology is, in Portugal, an example of associative longevity, of critical mass aggregation and of inspiring reflection for museum practice and museological theory. It is a critical Movement with a social base and territorial impact, reasoned on the relationship with Social Museology and Sociomuseology, which are part of its basic philosophy and characteristics. In a process of self-criticism and in an attempt to overcome the immobility of the Portuguese associative movement, MINOM-Portugal recently defined its action strategies to accompany the 21st century social changes and the consequent adaptation needs of museology and museums.

permitiendo a ambas partes beneficiarse.
sostenible por impactar en las ODS 1; 8 y 9; y obtener un VAN Social de S/ 3,111,068.Del Mantaro is a solution that is presented to address the problem of small potato
producers in the department of Junín, who obtain income below the national average price of
S/ 0.94 per Kilo for the sale of their products (Minagri, 2020).
To achieve this, Del Mantaro will implement a frozen pre-fried potato plant and will
work directly and without intermediaries with small farmers as potato suppliers, offering
them a fair payment and a long-term strategic alliance that allows both parties to benefit. On
the other hand, the product offered by Del Mantaro is a solution that fits perfectly with the
needs of small and medium-sized independent pollerias in Lima Norte, since these companies
currently have problems with stock control and efficient supply of their potatoes, therefore,
Del Mantaro offers a product of better quality and greater durability than local informal
suppliers and a more competitive price than the main importers of Peru.
In order to confirm that Del Mantaro could be a successful enterprise, it was validated
that it is desirable through a survey for the pollerias managers, giving a result of the
willingness to buy of 53% of the respondents; In the same way, the operational feasibility and
the marketing plan were tested, obtaining as positive results a gross margin greater than 50%
for the first case; and a return of 4.7 times for each dollar invested in the marketing plan.
Additionally, it was proved that the project is viable by performing Montecarlo simulations
that showed that the probability of obtaining an NPV of less than US 921,104 and
an IRR of 20% is obtained from the financial analysis; In addition to being a sustainable
solution for impacting on SDG 1; 8 and 9; and obtain a Social VAN of US$ 777,767

Prevalence, associated factors and outcomes of pressure injuries in adult intensive care unit patients: the DecubICUs study
Funder: European Society of Intensive Care Medicine; doi: http://dx.doi.org/10.13039/501100013347Funder: Flemish Society for Critical Care NursesAbstract: Purpose: Intensive care unit (ICU) patients are particularly susceptible to developing pressure injuries. Epidemiologic data is however unavailable. We aimed to provide an international picture of the extent of pressure injuries and factors associated with ICU-acquired pressure injuries in adult ICU patients. Methods: International 1-day point-prevalence study; follow-up for outcome assessment until hospital discharge (maximum 12 weeks). Factors associated with ICU-acquired pressure injury and hospital mortality were assessed by generalised linear mixed-effects regression analysis. Results: Data from 13,254 patients in 1117 ICUs (90 countries) revealed 6747 pressure injuries; 3997 (59.2%) were ICU-acquired. Overall prevalence was 26.6% (95% confidence interval [CI] 25.9–27.3). ICU-acquired prevalence was 16.2% (95% CI 15.6–16.8). Sacrum (37%) and heels (19.5%) were most affected. Factors independently associated with ICU-acquired pressure injuries were older age, male sex, being underweight, emergency surgery, higher Simplified Acute Physiology Score II, Braden score 3 days, comorbidities (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, immunodeficiency), organ support (renal replacement, mechanical ventilation on ICU admission), and being in a low or lower-middle income-economy. Gradually increasing associations with mortality were identified for increasing severity of pressure injury: stage I (odds ratio [OR] 1.5; 95% CI 1.2–1.8), stage II (OR 1.6; 95% CI 1.4–1.9), and stage III or worse (OR 2.8; 95% CI 2.3–3.3). Conclusion: Pressure injuries are common in adult ICU patients. ICU-acquired pressure injuries are associated with mainly intrinsic factors and mortality. Optimal care standards, increased awareness, appropriate resource allocation, and further research into optimal prevention are pivotal to tackle this important patient safety threat
