    Propuesta de mejora basada en la metodología de reingeniería para el aumento de la productividad en la fabricación de piezas para cerraduras en el área de producción de la empresa Grupo Forte S.A.C - Lima, 2017

    RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general proponer una mejora para el aumento de productividad en la fabricación de piezas para cerraduras basada en la metodología de reingeniería en el área de producción de la empresa grupo Forte S.A.C. – Lima, 2017. La investigación realizada es del tipo correlacional con un diseño no experimental, el recojo de datos se realizó a través de entrevistas, data del área de finanzas y producción, el empleo de software de diseño. Se presentaron tres opciones de solución para mejorar el proceso en la producción de tiradores para cerraduras: 1) Manteniendo el proceso tal cual como hasta ahora viene realizando, tercerizando la producción de perfiles de tiradores de latón y mecanizándolo en la misma empresa; 2) Tercerizar por completo de producción de tiradores en material zamak; 3) La adquisición de una maquina inyección de zamak. Con la opción que propone la adquisición de una máquina de inyección de zamak se concluye lo siguiente resultados favorables en los 13 meses de producción que fueron analizados: a) La productividad se incrementara de un índice de 2.78 a 5.02; b) Se reducirían considerablemente los residuos en un 25.14% (S/ 21,536); c) Se reducirían los costos de producción en un 40.6% de S/. 0.3336 a S/. 0.1981 por unidad producida; d) Se reducirían los tiempos de producción en un 81 % de 6.0 Seg/Pza a 1.13 Seg/Pza.ABSTRACT The present research has as general objective to propose an improvement for the increase of productivity in the manufacture of parts for locks based on the methodology of reengineering in the production area of the company group Forte S.A.C. - Lima, 2017. The research carried out is of the type to correlate with a non-experimental design, data collection was done through interviews, data from the area of finance and production, the use of design software. Three solution options were presented to improve the process in the production of handles for locks: 1) Keeping the process as it has been doing so far, outsourcing the production of profiles of brass handles and machining it in the same company; 2) Completely outsource production of shooters in zamak material; 3) The acquisition of a zamak injection machine. With the option proposed by the acquisition of a machine of injection of zamak the following favorable results are concluded in the 13 months of production that were analyzed: a) Productivity will increase from an index of 2.78 to 5.02; (b) 25.14 per cent would be substantially reduced (S / 21,536); c) Production costs would be reduced by 40.6% of S /. 0.3336 a S /. 0.1981 per unit produced; d) Production times would be reduced by 81% from 6.0 Seg / Pza to 1.13 Seg / Pza

    LEARNING STYLES IN HYBRID EDUCATION PROCESSES

    A documentary review was carried out on the production and publication of research papers related to the study of the variables Learning Styles and Hybrid Education. The purpose of the bibliometric analysis proposed in this paper was to know the main characteristics of the volume of publications registered in the Scopus database during the period 2016-2021, achieving the identification of 92 publications. The information provided by the said platform was organized through tables and figures, categorizing the information by Year of Publication, Country of Origin, Area of Knowledge and Type of Publication. Once these characteristics were described, the position of different authors regarding the proposed topic was referenced by applying qualitative analysis. Among the main findings of this research, it is found that the United States, with 26 publications, was the country with the highest scientific production registered in the name of authors affiliated with institutions of that country. The Knowledge Area that made the greatest contribution to the construction of bibliographic material referring to the study of the different learning styles in hybrid education processes was Computer Science with 49 published documents, and the type of publication that was most used during the above-mentioned period was the conference article, which represents 53% of the total scientific production
